The Treehouse

Property was delightful. Appreciated coffee and condiments as we arrived after midnight. Communication concerning area restaurants, stores, etc. was greatly appreciated.

Quick family trip

My father, my daughter and myself needed a place to stay when coming to town for my nephew's high school graduation. This place was great for our small group. Very organized, owner was very responsive by text. Will definitely look here when returning

Wonderful!

Our stay was wonderful!! Loved, loved the Treehouse!! We've had a lovely experience. I wish we could have stayed longer. Our 15-year old daughter loved her sleeping area. We have enjoyed St. Petersburg. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Family visit

Cute little unit. Good location near downtown st. Pete. Owner was very informative of the rules of her unit. Common area with plants and dipping pool nice but she needs to give her plants some loving care.

Treehouse St Pete

We arrived 3 -days late. We were traveling from San Diego and the airlines kept rebooking us because Hurricane Idelia was predicted to plow through Tampa. Fortunately Tampa just got the fringes of the storm, and we were able to extend several days on the backend. The Treehouse was perfect for a young couple in their 60’s with no health problems. If you have bad knees or use a wheelchair, there is an ADA rental on the first floor. Great area and convenient to area attractions, yet very quiet and peaceful.

Central Location for City and Beach Activities

Our stay at the "Treehouse" was wonderful! I have to admit that we were a little concerned when we first arrived to the inner-city narrow street with extremely tight parking, but after getting the parking down pat and going for a stroll in the neighborhood, we felt much better. We enjoyed activities in St. Pete, Tampa, Clearwater, and Madeira Beach. Our favorite activity was exploring on the bicycles which were provided by the host. The apartment itself is very comfortable with a large king-sized bed, two full sofas, full kitchen and lots of extras, including awesome air conditioning when you come in from a long, hot day at the beach! We are looking forward to returning! Thank you Lisa! : )

Road trip

We were visiting St. Pete from SC for a combination birthday anniversary get away. We wanted to take in a Tampa Bay game because they were playing Toronto and my cousin is a Blue Jay! We also wanted to go beach hopping and whatever we found of interest. The Treehouse was a perfect location for the game and for just the two of us. Took us a bit to get our bearings otherwise, but we went to the Sunken Gardens, Pass A Grille beach and Ft DeSoto and State park beaches. Ate local seafood, and visited local Florida Orange Grove winery on the way out. Neat place and business! Next time we’ll stay longer as there was much to do and see! An FYI if you haven’t visited/stayed in this area of Florida - many of the rentals near the islands have several units that share a courtyard and parking. Some are part of owners house. Just read descriptions for particulars!

Nice, but some minor inconveniences

Lisa was absolutely wonderful to work with, she answered my text messages promptly and resolved any problems promptly. The Beach pass parking is a great feature and allowed us to park extremely close to the Pass-a-Grille Beach which was lovely. There is also a beautiful Crescent Lake Park within walking distance to this apartment which we walked to everyday. A couple minor inconveniences include: the tiny parking space in the back of a small alley where there are multiple garbage cans which barely fit our small SUV and we had to climb out the passenger side; and the back patio and pool areas are shared with a number of other units, although no one else was using them during our stay. Finally a major construction project is happening next door which was noisy including beeping from machinery starting at 7am. (Nothing Lisa could do about those). Also the faucet in the bathroom continuously runs. All in all, the beds are comfy and while the place is small it served us well. Thank you Lisa!

The host was very helpful and kind. She was easy to get a hold of, and the Treehouse was very nice. We felt safe, and it was very clean. The outdoor area was super cute and well taken care of.

Accurate

We enjoyed our stay at the Treehouse. It is accurately described. Planned to use the bikes, but couldn't adjust the seat, so we weren't able to ride as much as planned. Bed and pillows were super soft.

Great

We had a really great time staying at the Treehouse it was clean well equipped and the pool was so cute. We hit a couple of the local breweries and restaurants. Would definitely recommend/stay here again.

Clean, cute & compact

What’s compact about the property? The parking. Not impossible, and their are options for street parking nearby. We received advance notice about the parking & all was as promised. I’d recommend the place to family & friends. Thanks for the “extra” surprise. We had a fun, 2-night stay.

Wonderful Oasis !

Had such a fulfilling escape at this property. Unit was fully furnished for all of our needs plus more including a fine gift of wine set up for our arrival. Wonderful Courtyard area beautifully decorated with a secluded feel. Property is perfectly located to explore downtown or beaches all within an easy 30 minute drive. The property manager was delightful and so very approachable and eager to please us during our stay (including providing us with an outdoor grill upon request), and so knowledgeable about the area. Highly recomend !!

convenient location

Met our needs perfectly. Comfortable king size bed, fold down Ikea sleeper and twin bed. Well-appointed kitchen (although we didn't see a pizza cutter!). Has a dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer but no soap of any kind for either, must provide your own. Shampoo, condish and body wash in bathroom was much appreciated, however. Fun and comfortable backyard area - wish we had had more time to use it. A good landing spot in between activities. Lisa was responsive and has many suggestions and recommendations - appreciated the communication. Positive experience for sure for our family.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at the Treehouse! It is well appointed and has everything you need for your stay. The location allowed us to do lots of exploring. Crescent Lake is a bird sanctuary and so peaceful. Lots of great restaurants, breweries, and shopping within walking distance. The pier and shoreline are enchanting.

I manage two beautiful properties, Pagbeachhouse and stpetevacRent, located in two distinct areas - Pass-a-Grille Beach (a part of St Pete Beach) and St Petersburg (just 15 minutes away from each other). My properties are listed on multiple booking sites as well as available for direct booking.

I'm a proud mother of a fantastic young adult, and we love to travel, explore new destinations, and stay active. Personally, I've completed 8 Ironman races! In our home, we have a charming black miniature poodle named Charlie, and two adorable kitties - Tiger and Percy.

The courtyard to this home is just amazing when I saw it with the old Agusta Bricks I couldn't resist buying it.. the house needed a lot of work but it has been a great and fun ride and now i am happy to share it with you!
