Udvej har nem adgang til stranden, mange pools og en doven flod. Denne enhed er placeret pü øverste etage og giver en fantastisk udsigt over stranden, mole, pool, solnedgange og byen! Dette er en fantastisk ferie destination.

Vi er dedikeret til at give vores gĂŚster fremragende service og en god ferie udlejning. Denne smukke ejendom er komfortabelt og pĂŚnt dekoreret. Vi ser frem til at modtage din reservation og hosting din gruppe til en strand tur!

Great place to stay

Great place to stay! The only thing we didn’t like were the beach chair rentals taking up so much of their designated beach. The place was clean, offered several different pools and had a nice workout room. It’s also in a great location.

Spring break get away!!

We had a very good time condo was a blast had everything we needed the kids really enjoyed the lazy river / hot tub / a day at crab island!! Crystal was VERY helpful and on point when needed.

Great place to stay .

Great condo. Close to restaurants with out feeling on top of everyone. The owners worked with me when i needed to change my dates due to error on my part. They where very nice and answered questions in a timely manner. Pools where great. We had a great stay .

Perfect Family Getaway

The condo was just as advertised! Beds were comfortable. Very clean. The kids loved the pools and the lazy river. Super close to the beach and a beautiful beach view from the balcony. No complaints.

Very nice & cozy

This property was very clean, updated and cozy. It has a lovely balcony. We could see the ocean from the front door and the back. It had all of the amenities you need. We did not use the bunk beds because my teen son ended up not coming. He is 6'0 tall and he could have slept in the bunk bed very comfortably. There were 2 restrooms that were very nice as well. We just had a great experience.

Best pool in the area!

Wonderful family vacation! The pool at Gulfside was amazing! I’ve never worried about the pool because I’d rather be at the beach, but with 2 kids a great pool matters. It was so nice to stay at a complex that had a pool large enough for everyone. It was also very clean and well maintained! The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. The interior of the condo was very nice. It looks like the owners are making upgrades a little bit at a time. The kitchen appliances and living room furniture could use an update next, but were all functional. Overall a wonderful trip and we will be looking forward to staying at this complex again! Also, the management company for the condo were easy to work with and easy to communicate with. We didn’t have any issues while we there, but we had some questions before we arrived and they were very helpful.

Dirty when checked in

Not cleaned well at all a lot of dust on vents under bed mold in bathroom and on ceiling and the refrigerator smelled so much like fish we could not use it. Spent $200 on food before we arrived and the next morning had to throw it all out cause the fish smell was all over it. We did buy baking soda for smell but didn’t help. Needs to be replaced. Pulled out couch for my son to sleep on and there were no sheets for it and had dry cereal all over it. Would not stay here again!

Spring Break 2024

Unit was perfect size for 2 adults and 2 children. I appreciated the laundry soap, dish soap trash bags and paper products. I never had to break into the products I brought. The beach service (2 chairs and umbrella) is a great added service! Just make sure you go wait in line around 8:30am (opens at 9am) during the busy season…other wise you end up in the 2nd or 3rd row of chairs off the water. The unit has nice views of the ocean and great sunsets! Destin West is a busy family friendly resort…so if you’re looking for a peaceful beach experience I don’t recommend this place. Although the unit was basically sound proof…we never heard the neighbors. If I had any constructive criticism for the unit it would be to upgrade the master bed mattress. Thank you for a great stay.

Summer vacation

This property or unit is older & it is dated. Faucets in all rooms need to be replaced. the locking plate on the sliding door fell off & owner had to come in and fix. Even though the unit doesn't face the ocean the view from the balcony was very nice. Have to check in everyday in getting the chairs & umbrella that came with the unit. This makes no sense as we have those amenities all week. Had to stand in line every morning. Because of this I will not be looking to come back as we will look for another condo/unit that doesnt require us to stand in line every day for a beach chair.

Comfortable condo with truly amazing view

We absolutely loved the view from our balcony of the pool, crystal white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf!! Exquisite. The resort was lovely, grounds well maintained, staff friendly. Enjoyed the easy access to the beach. The condo had major requirements covered: comfortable king bed, good water pressure and lots of hot water, good washer and dryer. The cable service in the resort was not good but we heard destin West is going to replace the current provider. Only real complaint is poor communication during emergency situation from the rental company. Water main into our building broke and we were without water for most of three days. We were not notified that the water was going to be turned off. Since we rented through Sugar Sands the resort did not have us on their email list. The resort expects the rental companies to forward to their renters the email updates the resort sends out. That didn't happen. Texts were answered but more proactive communication would be much better. We were on our own. For three days we didn't know when it was safe to shower, wash clothes, run dishwasher cause water could go off again. Of course a water main break is unpredictable. Hopefully Sugar Sands will amend their emergency policy.

Awesome property

The renter was very responsive and helpful. The condo was very nice and clean and well stocked in the kitchen. Had an amazing view off the balcony and a short walk to the beach. Big pool and hot tub were so nice! We would definitely book this place again! Had a wonderful stay here!

This property is located close to good resturants and grocery stores, beaches are great, traffic much better than some other nearby areas.

Enjoyed our stay but could use some improvement

We enjoyed our stay but a couple things that could be improved. The beds were very comfortable, even the pullout couch! Communication with the property manager was great. Beautiful condo and resort with a great view from the balcony. Most things were very clean. The master bathroom on the other hand was not, shaved hair all over the vanity and in the bathtub. There also wasn’t enough toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags for 6 people for 6 days. Although stated in the Manuel in the hotel that they only proved you with a couple days worth, in my opinion for all the money we spent on the room those things should be available for the whole stay. Also takes about a day for the fridge to start getting cold after filling it up with groceries.

The property manager Crystal was very helpful. They also had extra amenities in the property that most condos don't. My family and I will definitely stay in this condo again.

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this unit! Everything was exactly as described and it even came equipped with household items most other condos don’t, like laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, hand soap, etc. The property was very clean and we did not have any issues! We also had absolutely perfect weather the entire week! The top floor has great views and you also won’t have any noise from units above. We would stay in this unit again!

Very nice for families

This was our first time to the Gulf coast and we really enjoyed the beach. It’s a great beach for young children—soft sand, calm water that you can walk way out into, dolphins and stingrays swimming around, and tide pools during low tide. The pools on property were also excellent—very clean—we saw them out there daily vacuuming and cleaning the deck area. We didn’t get to enjoy the pools much because they were FREEZING. We were told the heaters has been turned off a few days before and it was definitely not warm enough overnight yet to turn them off. The condo was fine—not amazing but fine. It has the very basics of what you need but nothing extra (which we have gotten used to when renting on vbro). I’d love to see some family games or movies available for rainy days, more silverware (we ran out well before we were out if dishes), and extra kitchen towels. The condo was comfortable in terms of space for a small family (3-5), but the beds were not comfortable (time for a new mattress). Checkin and communication was easy/excellent. The place seemed clean on the surface, but it wasn’t clean clean. I certainly wouldn’t say I won’t stay here again, but unless there are some easy updates done, I wouldn’t necessarily seek this particular unit again... and if we stayed in this unit again, I’d come prepared with more stuff from home. The beach and amenities are excellent—the condo itself is just okay.

Beautiful, comfortable condo - great experience!

Thank you to Frank who made the experience super easy and enjoyable. He provided clear, detailed instructions for arrival and departure. I like that you can drive up to the same level in the parking garage that your condo is on, instead of walking up and down twice. The elevators are in excellent condition. The condo seems newly renovated with brand new, comfy furniture. The king bed is awesome - even better than ours at home. Frank left tons of towels for both the bathrooms and the pool/beach. The kitchen is loaded with all kinds of cookware, including a teapot and Keurig. We visited in November, so it was a bit chilly out, but we enjoyed walking on the beach, dipping our toes in the water, and then soaking in the hot tub before dinner. The condo is on the top floor, so you get an absolutely breathtaking view of the beach, pool, pier and sunset from the balcony. Great experience, and we look forward to returning next year in warmer weather!

The pull out couch is not good at all for sleeping. When we pulled it out there was food on it. We went and bought a air mattress and slept on floor. Lots of the dishes were dirty and some were nasty. The condo itself was very nice and really appreciated the soaps, toilet tissue, laundry soap and dish soap. I would rent this place again for sure. Nice view of the ocean.

Very nice property. Was very convenient to walk to restaurants, pools, and beach. Had access to many pools, which was great for having a toddler.
