We had an amazing stay at this vacation rental! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and the pool was amazing. Such a great neighborhood for walking, and very close proximity to all that St. Augustine has to offer. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the outdoor patio area for evening dinners and morning coffee. It truly felt like a home away from home. This home is perfect for a relaxing getaway. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next visit.

Loved our stay here. The pool is great for the kids. It was cold since it wasn’t heated but over all stay was great !

Wonderful place to stay in St. Augustine

This house was perfect for our trip and wonderfully located. The property management group was very responsive to communications too. Beautiful house and a great location. We don't visit St. Augustine often but would definitely stay here again!

In town getaway

We had our floors replaced and needed a place to stay for the week in town. This was perfect for us. It is in a great location, walkable to downtown and great restaurants. Already recommended it for family that is coming down to visit.

Lovely vacation home

The house was perfect for our multigenerational family trip. The inside was completely remodeled, lovely and filled with light. Beautiful, well appointed kitchen. The outside space was perfect, with a very inviting and refreshing pool. Lots of space for sitting and lounging. The location was wonderful. Close to the beaches as well as downtown. We would definitely rent this home again.

Mosquitos were the big winner this time of year. Property is nice however beds and couches were poor. Price is a bit too high for this property and location. It was not as clean as others on Checkin and TV's were locked and managers could not fix them. Overall I would rate this a C property however you pay the A Price.

Great cozy house on St Augustine's door step.

This house was perfect, the open floor plan was wonderful for my family and I to enjoy each other. The place was sqeaky clean with comfy king size beds in each room plus tvs in each room. My kids loved the beautiful pool and St Augustine's historic district was a quick walk over the bridge of lions. Perfect place if you want to enjoy everything St Augustine has to offer. We will definitely be back. Thank you Sunshine Realty and VRBO.

Great location

Really enjoyed our stay here. The house is location in walking distance to the Bridge of Lions which is great because parking in St. Augustine is hard to come by. The house was beautiful, also brought our dogs and they might have had more fun in the backyard than we did! Book this place you won't regret it. Also communication with the company was great, we booked an extra day and accidentally got locked out. But called them and they fixed it right away.

Nice property

We came in town for wedding. Everything from check in to check out was easy going. In between wedding events our kids enjoyed splashing around in pool. The downtown area is easily accessible from the property. There are also many restaurants that deliver in a short time to the house. We would definitely stay again.

House was simply AMAZING!!!!

Beautiful house, beautiful fenced in yard with a private pool. I was stunned at the beauty of the inside of the home, the amount of space and the cleanliness and the location! I would recommend this house to everyone. I will be using this company Sunshine 🌞 Reality through VRBO again when headed to Texas in August if they have one there..... I was 100% impressed!

Christmas Getaway

Beautiful property- we had an amazing time! Two things would have made it perfect. 1) heated pool 2) more more dining options in that section of the neighborhood. otherwise - outstanding stay!

Close to all of the action

We had a great time at this house. The weather was to cold to enjoy the pool but the backyard was great for us and our dogs. The only caution is the fence is not 100% secured (There are a few gaps). We were able to walk in about 15-20 minutes to downtown and publix was a short drive.

Oasis in St. Augustine

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. The house is nicely appointed and the updated features are spot on. The house set up is great with the main bedroom and guest bedrooms being on separate areas of the house. The house is in a nice neighborhood but the backyard/pool is private. The location is close to everything and is within walking distance to a brewery and restaurant. We would suggest an update to the main bedroom mattress and the living room couch. As well as a refresh to the pots and pans. We will definitely be rebooking!

Great Family Base

Clean and spacious inside and out. My parents and I stayed here with my kids while my oldest (7) went to a nearby day-camp in the mornings. There was plenty of open space for him to play and for the baby to roam around safely, as well as to pop a pack-n-play in the main room. Conveniently located to nearby restaurants, shopping and attractions without being overwhelmed by the crowds.

Loved this house!

This is a newer listing so we were a little hesitant but it was a great house! Stayed with in-laws and kids and the house set up was perfect. Great big kitchen for gathering. Comfy king size beds! We left some water toys which hopefully the management company will leave for the next family! The owner requested that the pool vacuum stay during our whole visit. This was unfortunate because we had kids who wanted to have the whole pool but we managed it!

Perfect home for vacationing with dogs

House was super clean, and really well laid out. The 3 king bedrooms were very big which was a nice surprise. This is a very recent renovation and they did a great job. Pool was excellent, kitchen was perfect for us. A little farther from the beach than I wanted but this was a great compromise between beach and old town. Great neighborhood for walking dogs. Easy walk to Conch House Marina. My only negative comments are superficial - need some kind of mirror in both secondary bedrooms and owner should strongly consider new gutters or they will ruin their foundation system. Would definitely stay again,

Great House!

Beautiful house - we loved the kitchen and the pool / backyard area. Nice having TVs in each room so we could all retire back to bedrooms at night. Our only suggestion is that the bed in master bedroom needs to be fixed / improved (every time you move it squeaks) and that the mattresses be replaced as they are very uncomfortable.
