Smukt ombygget 2 soveværelser, 2 bad hjemme beliggende i et roligt kvarter inden for 4-5 blokke med 2 strande! Carmel River State Beach og Carmel City Beach.

Køkkenet, stuen og spisepladsen er rummelige og komfortable til små sammenkomster af familie eller venner.

Dit hjem væk hjemmefra, nyd den udendørs gårdhave, kokken op middag i køkkenet eller på grillen og spis udenfor ved gasvarmeren. Og som aftenen afkøles, skal du smugge op med din yndlingsroman, når du tænder flisegassens brandkasse eller nyd en af dine yndlingsfilm på flatskærms-HD-tv fra vores filmsamling eller spil en af dine egne på vores Blueray DVD spiller. Comcast tilføjer 140 kanaler plus HBO, og wifi er også tilgængelig.

Spis på den berømte tidligere borgmester 'Mission Ranch' kun 3 gader væk. Se en live performance på den renoverede scenekunst 'Sunset Center' eller Golden Bough Theatre. Our family of 5 loved staying at BeachWalk. The home was well situated and easy to find. Despite the rainy weather we experienced, we were able to take lovely walks when the weather permitted. The host checked in with us shortly after our arrival, asking if everything was ok or if we needed anything.

This house is absolutely outstanding in every way. It is even better than the photos & we especially enjoyed the quiet location near the ocean, the comfortable amenities like the big gas fireplace, comfortable furniture, upscale kitchen appliances, great shower & the fact it is a one story home. Alec & Sandy are amazing hosts. When we lost power due to big rain/wind storm they were there to show us how to manage. Their gas fireplace kept us warm, lanterns gave us light, hot water in the master bathroom kept us clean & the stove top made tasty cups of cocoa & tea. We will definitely return!

The hosts were fantastic to work with. Great communication regarding the house. There was a massive power outage the day we were supposed to arrive. They let us know, kept us informed, and quickly.credited our account for missed day. The house was very clean, equiped with anything you would need, and conveniently located walking distance to two beaches, and about a mile from Ocean Ave. We would definitely stay there again.

We had an excellent stay at this home. The house was spotless, well cared for, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the beach and the Mission. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to others.

We kept thinking "Quintessential Carmel". Selfishly, we'd like to not gush about this home so that whenever we want a reservation, it's available. The truth is, we were so sad to leave because the owners have thought of everything for this beautiful home. Even when it rained, we weren't sad to remain indoors. However, on the sunny days, walks to the beach were refreshing as we ogled all the beautiful homes. The house was clean, well furnished with comfy beds. We can’t wait to return. Thank you Sandy and Alec!

We had such a wonderful, relaxing stay in this beautiful cottage home that is in a cozy and quiet neighborhood with arts and crafts styled individual homes. The beautiful downtown Carmel area with delicious savory and sweet finds is walkable as well as the beach. This location is ideal to visit the ocean and small art community of Carmel as well as being a quick drive to Big Sur or Monterray Bay. The owner makes you feel welcome and at home providing favorite walks and sites to see in the area.

The kitchen was well set up with everything that we needed, and all was labeled well. The home is beautiful and comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was skylights in the bedrooms, which made for too much light to sleep well.

Peaceful retreat

This home was absolutely perfect for our trip! The location couldn’t have been better. It was just a short walk to the beach and minutes from Carmel-by-the-Sea and Mission Ranch. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a peaceful garden patio that we loved spending time in. The hosts were responsive, thoughtful, and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a truly magical stay, we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Amazing House!

We loved this house! The location was so perfect! A few minutes walk to 2 beaches that were so gorgeous! The house was decorated so great and had everything that we needed! The beds were very comfortable! The house was spotless. Excellent communication from the owner and they have a great welcome book that has a lot of fantastic suggestions! Oh my highly recommend this property! We walked to the shops in Carmel, and we're so glad that we did as parking was difficult to find, and it was a very easy walk. We hope to be back again someday!

A Sweet Cottage in an Ideal Location

This is a beautiful and well appointed home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Nearby beaches and neighborhoods full of quaint architecture are footsteps away. The owner Sandy is very friendly and has paid great attention to detail regarding necessities. Our family loved the time spent here and hope to return!

Perfect!

This lovely home has it ALL for a Carmel stay. Three of us stayed for almost a week in June and it was the cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The host has thought of everything including every utensil you can think of. Nice glassware and silverware- we didn’t feel we were relegated to using garage sale finds as so many other rentals seem to provide. We walked several blocks to both beaches everyday and walked about a mile to downtown. It’s a gorgeous walk and you get to enjoy Carmel’s whimsical architecture and gardens! Listening to the waves crashing while enjoying a glass of wine around the firepit can’t be beat!We will absolutely book another stay at Sandy and Alec’s place again.

Excellent return trip!

Enjoyed our second stay at Beachwalk just as much as the first time! The location is great! Sandy and Alec are excellent hosts who think of everything you could possibly need. We highly recommend a stay here and look forward to returning in the future!

The perfect get away.

I've stayed in many vacation rentals, but this, by far was the absolute BEST. It is beautifully furnished with everything you could ever imagine you might need. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful home base while exploring the area.

Spontaneous Get Away

Beautiful, well appointed, excellent location, great vibe. We couldn't have been happier. We even met our hosts, and they were lovely people. They also made great suggestions and recommendations for food and activities. We would highly recommend and hope to return ourselves!My only 4 ranking was price. It was reasonable, and affordable. My only tiny complaint is the VRBO site said all fees were included, and gave us a price. When we got to check out the price was different.....maybe by 40 or so. Perhaps it was my error, or tax? But when the site says all included, and a figure, I don't go looking for holes in that description as to me, that only means one thing.

Lovely neighborhood

The location was in a quiet neighborhood but there was repairs being done to the street and there was a noisy dog next door. The master bedroom was nice but the second bedroom was so so. The main bathroom was functional but had poor lighting and an awkward door handle. The wi-fi continuously dropped its signal which made using it a pain. Aside from that the accommodation was lovely.

Cute Cottage with Great Patio and Garden

Absolutely clean everywhere. Very comfortable to relax indoors and outside on the patio with all the varied plants and occasionally hearing the sound of the ocean. Short walk to beach.

We gravitate to the ocean and beaches. Having made frequent trips to Monterey and Carmel over the years, we recently decided to move to the coast. Our dogs love walking on the two beautiful beaches! And within walking distance of downtown Carmel, the shops, the restaurants ....

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Two rather different beaches to walk to: The long main, gently sloping Carmel city beach, and the changeable, more steep and wild Carmel River State beach with its inner quiet river front and meadow.

A 20 minute walk through forested neighborhoods to Ocean Avenue and favorite restaurants and shops.
