Vi har tilgængelighed efter 1. november 2019 og har diskonteret sidste weekend i Sundance.
HOA tillader ikke kæledyr i bygningen.
Vores Condo indeholder et smukt badeværelse med fuld størrelse vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, separat soveværelse med queen size seng og vaskeskab. Sovesofa i opholdsstuen.
Fuldt udstyret køkken med nye rustfrit stål apparater, granit bordplader og travertin backsplash.
Der er en fælles indendørs boblebad og udendørs opvarmet pool i stueetagen.
Vi er sikker på du vil blive imponeret over vores dejlige lejlighed. Det er ideelt til et par.

Vores øverste etage lejligheden er hjemsted for min kones forældre, når de besøger fra Tasmanien. De er ivrige skiløbere og nyder det nemt at træde ud af døren og på bussen, der stopper hvert 20. minut. De tager den hurtig tur op til den udvej med deres skistøvler allerede fordi bussen falder dem meget tæt på elevatorerne.
Nogle gange kommer de hjem midt på eftermiddagen, har en kop te, en lille pause og derefter gå ud til en restaurant til middag. Det er kun et par skridt væk til en af ​​en halv snes steder på blokken, men nogle gange er det tilbage på bussen og op til historiske Main Street til en spadseretur, nice måltid og eventuelt et udkast til et pubber. På andre dage dog med en hel dag på pisterne, de stopper af ved supermarkedet på vej hjem, har nice sættetid i varme karbad og bosætte sig i for aftenen.
Min mor-in-law lejlighedsvis afsluttes til frokost og går shopping for om eftermiddagen eller hænger omkring huset sende e-mails til folk tilbage i Tasmanien.

Our condo is in a great location to access the free bus service to the ski resorts and Main Street. We do have plans for upgrades this summer but will continue our policy of making the condo very well equipped for our guests.

Great Snow Holiday

Great location, close to transport (to everything). Well stocked with all of the essentials and then some. Huge clothes washer and dryer, which was great!

Agreed! Our condo can sleep 4 but we advertise as ideal for singles or a couple. The location is great, easy access to the Resort and Main St and walking distance to several cafe's, restaurants and a Gym. It is about 10 minutes walk to a large Grocery Store which is also on the free Shuttle route.

Nice, budget friendly condo

We stayed here with our 2 kids (ages 8 & 10). The condo is very clean and some items are updated. Also, the owners are the most responsive I've ever dealt with through VRBO/HomeAway. They communicate very well. The kitchen worked well for us. Keep in mind though, that there is no fan over the stove, so don't do anything that creates smoke. The kids stayed on the pull-out sofa bed. The mattress is not the best, so we used extra blankets as mattress pads to smooth out the springs. Adults would probably want to avoid it. Unfortunately, the snow was not the best while we were there, so we spent more time in the condo than expected. Even though the binder says the wifi was upgraded, I found it very, very sluggish. Also, the TV is standard definition, which is like looking through glasses smeared with vaseline. I know its trivial, but it's something I noticed.

Enjoyable week!

Great location and great communication with owners to help make it a relaxing experience. Might suggest updating the bed linens for pull out couch and ensuring crumbs are vacuumed up from pull out couch and throw rug. Otherwise, all good!

Great condo right in front of shuttle to PCMR

Really great condo right in front of the shuttle line to PCMR and downtown Park City. Condo was clean and was fully stocked for an extended stay. Owners are super nice and responsive. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great location for a month of remote work and skiing

Fantastic property. Loved the little bits of Tasmania in the decor. My wife and I were both working remotely during the week and skiing/hiking during the weekend. This was a great place to do so. The shuttle was super convenient for even getting in a quick hour or two of skiing over a lunch break. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Great base for PC

Fantastic condo that has everything you need. Its super well equipped and more like a home away from home than a holiday unit. We were very comfortable during our stay and the little touches like coffee, tea bags, cooking oil etc were all well appreciated. The building is quiet and has a great hot tub and nicely heated pool so you can swim in the middle of winter! The condo is also super close to the bus stop where the free bus will take you to the lifts or into town. The owners are great and all the communication in the lead up to our visit was fantastic. You really cant go wrong staying here and if I return to PC Ill be staying here again.

Tolle Wohnung, Skigebiet und Restaurants gut erreichbar

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht bestückt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und reagieren prompt, wenn es Probleme gibt. Sehr angenehm war es, nach einem Ski Tag den Whirlpool benutzen zu können. Die Bushaltestelle für den kostenlosen Bus ist gleich vor der Türe, der Bus fährt alle 20 min nach Park City Mainstr, zum Supermarkt und zum Skigebiet. Einige Restaurants gibt es in Fußlaufreichweite. Die Schlafcouch ist groß genug für 2 Personen und einigermaßen bequem. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist zwar auch für 2 Personen vorgesehen, uns war es aber zu schmal und mir persönlich viel zu weich, man kullerte quasi gleich in die Mitte, wenn dort 2 Personen schlafen wollten. Im Schlafzimmer hörte man die Heizung und Kühlschrank nicht mehr. Zum schnellen heizen gibt es im Schlafzimmer eine seperate Heizung, die aber sehr laut ist. Die Türen zum Bad und Schlafzimmer sollten geöffnet bleiben, damit dort auch eine angenehme Temperatur herrscht. Gut eingerichtete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Backofen, Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle und ausreichendem Geschirr sowie Gewürze, Öl, Essig, Kaffee, Kakau...Im schönen Bad ausreichende Handtücher, Fön, Duschgel und Schampoo sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I just got back from a long weekend in Park City and absolutely loved staying at Fran and Tim's condo. It was the perfect size for the two of us and the location was great! We were able to take advantage of being close to both Park City Mountain and the Canyons. There was a grocery store very close by and the kitchen was well equipped, we were able to have most meals there. It was so great to have such a clean nice condo waiting after a long day on the slopes! We will definitely be coming back!

excellent carraige house apt

My girlfriend and I had just arrived in Park City and were looking for housing. Fran and Tim were kind enough to rent their BEAUTIFUL little apartment to us while we got our feet on the ground. The apartment is one of the nicest we have had the pleasure of living in and had every tool needed for a stay in Park City. We were moved in promptly and efficiently with every courtesy given. Park City Fans

This apartment was just perfect! It was very clean and newly remodeled. We were amazed at the clever use of space. The owners had it stocked with everything you would need. The location was outstanding! Trails for walking and riding bikes were just across the street. Those trails, referred to as The Rail Trail, went up the mountains, to Main St., and even farther! Silver Mountain is a wonderful gym, pool and playground facility only a block away. They had a variety of options for passes. We were able to get a summer pass for a very reasonable price. Grocery stores, restaurants and novelty stores are all within a couple of blocks of this apartment. The stackable washer and dryer was so convenient! We found the city bus system to be a real plus. We realized that riding the bus was a great way to get around! It is free along with the trolley which our 4 year old liked to ride. Summer in Park City is kind of like heaven if you are an outdoorsman. There is so much to do in Park City and this little apartment makes it all possible!

We have a couple more ideas so it is an ongoing project! Many guests have commented to us in the convenience of the washer and dryer. we'll be back!

My husband and I stayed here for a week in march. We loved it. The condo was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was very cozy with good climate control. The washer and dryer really came in handy. The owners had left basic condiments plus coffee, tea, hot chocolate, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry and dish soap etc which we thought was very thoughtful. Also on hand was a bookcase with a nice variety of books as well as a nice selection of DVDs. There was even a printer you could use with your laptop. The location was very convenient, bus stops for 3 of the local busses were on the same block. you could also walk into town on the rail trail located right across the street. It was obvious the owners had put a lot of care and attention into their recent renovations. It was perfect for the 2 of us and the price was certainly right. very clean very comfy, very welcoming and very convenient. The hot tub was great after skiing, usually had it to ourselves! we will stay here again if its available the next time we are in Park City. The owners were really nice to deal with and I had my security deposit back within 2 days of leaving! although we were visiting our daughter who gave us some rides we could have gotten by the whole week without a car, bus service gets you everywhere and comes every 20 minutes.

Thank you for the great review. I am so glad you found our condo so comfy and enjoyed the books and DVD's we have in our place. We did put lots of hard work into the remodelling and are so pleased that it has hit the right note with our guests, the washer and dryer are a real asset. The local free bus service is just so convenient and it does mean no parking hassles especially in busy holiday periods. It was lovely working with you and I hope we can do it again in the future. This is a family owned condo. My daughter and son in law are Ski Instructors at the Park City Mountain Resort and have been based in Park City for over 25 years. They love living in Park City year round. My husband and I live in Tasmania and use the condo as our base whenever we visit.
We strive to provide our guests with a friendly, efficient and personalised service and are delighted when they book return visits. We have the great advantage of having owners living in Park City who are available to provide assistance by way of advice about local conditions or practical assistance if required.

Our family love Park City and have been associated with the area for many years. We really enjoy being in Prospector Square. It is central to all Park City has to offer and has easy access to the fantastic free shuttle. Theatres, galleries, restaurants, grocery and outdoor stores are all in walking distance or by taking a short bus ride. Carriage House also offers off street parking. In the years we have been here there have been regular upgrades and improvements made to the building to keep it well maintained.

This conveniently located condo has all the comforts of home. The well equipped kitchen allows you to make a home cooked meal if you wish to stay in after a fun days skiing, biking, golfing or sightseeing. We now have our own full sized washer and dryer in the condo enabling our guests to travel light!
Free Wi Fi is available.
The Sundance Film Festival is held in Park City. The historic Main Street is on the free bus route as is bargain shopping at the Kimball Junction Outlet Stores. With the close proximity of all services a car is not a necessity when staying at Carriage House.
