Velkommen til Off the Grid-villaen som vist på HGTVs Caribbean Life. En ægte caribisk ferie ved havet. Forkæl dig selv og lad dine bekymringer glide væk, om endda i et par dage. Denne 3 soveværelser, 3 1/2 badeværelse private tyrker og Caicos udlejningsvilla ligger direkte på havet i Providenciales, Turks og Caicos. Væk fra skarer af Grace Bay, til den mere støjsvage side af øen kendt for en fantastisk udsigt over gin klart, turkis vand, hvide sandstrande, varmt havvand og naturligvis orange tropiske solnedgange.

Off the grid villa was such a wonderful place to stay. The views never got old! We loved using the pool, sitting on the deck for morning coffee, grilling and dining at the outdoor patio table. The villa had everything we needed and the hosts were always responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay at "Off the Grid" on Chalk Sound was nothing short of extraordinary! The villa itself is a true slice of paradise, perched directly over the most stunning, vibrant turquoise water I’ve ever seen. Spending our mornings sipping coffee while watching the most stunning sunrises and days lounging by the infinity pool while soaking in those panoramic water and island views felt like a dream. The pictures don’t even do it justice, it is even more beautiful in real life, it is like living in the most beautiful postcard you have ever seen.The location is perfection. Being so close to Taylor Beach, easily the most pristine and family-friendly beach in the world. Whether we were swimming in the calm, crystal-clear shallows or just relaxing on the sand, it felt like our own private oasis.This trip was the best I have ever had and my family fell in love with Turks and Caicos and this house. It is hard to encapsulate how absolutely perfect and amazing this property is for experiencing such a special and beautiful island.A massive thank you to Tim and Cady, who truly elevated our experience. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful, ensuring that every detail of our stay was seamless. If you are looking for a beautiful, tranquil getaway in Turks and Caicos, look no further. This place is a hidden gem and we cannot wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay. All the pre-trip communication was excellent and Cady was great when we arrived and throughout our stay. The house with access to Chalk Sound, the pool, the beach chairs, the grill, was very comfortable for our group of five. We enjoyed the local beaches and others throughout the island. The stay was very relaxing and enjoyable.

We had a great time at Off The Grid. We had communicated with both Tim, the owner, and Cady, the property manager, before we arrived. They were both very helpful and pleasant to work with. View from the house was spectacular… Very hard to believe the water is really that aqua and that clear! They have air-conditioning throughout the house, which is very nice. Also, the beach access is another wonderful benefit. Our first time to Turks and Caicos, and we certainly enjoyed ourselves.

Communication with Tim was great and seamless! He gave great recommendations and clear and precise directions and what to expect once we landed in TCI. We met Cady at the property who showed us around and what we needed to know about the house as well as things to do and dining information. The house had everything you could think of needing in the kitchen as well as providing basic necessities. The bathrooms each had shampoo and shower gel dispensers which was great! There were plenty of bath and beach towels and some pool toys/snorkeling gear that you could use if you wanted. We were not disappointed with the view and the location. We rented a car from Grace Bay Rentals so we were able to go anywhere that we wanted to which made it great. The house is secluded and away from the hustle and bustle from Grace Bay Beach area if that is what you are looking for. Which suited me and my family just fine! I would definitely recommend Off The Grid and go back if I ever make it back to TCI. Cady made our stay wonderful and always answered right away with any question we had! Thank you for a great and memorable vacation in paradise!

We recently stayed at this villa from June 3–10. This was our fifth trip to Providenciales and our third time staying at this VRBO, which says a lot about how much our family enjoys this property.There are so many reasons we continue to come back.The check-in and check-out processes are always seamless, and the property manager is consistently responsive whenever we’ve reached out with questions during our stay.The villa is private, safe, clean, and comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. We especially appreciate the alarm system and that all doors, including the sliding glass doors, are secure and in good working order.The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals at home, and all appliances are clean and function well. The water pressure is excellent, the beds are comfortable, and the family room is perfect for relaxing and enjoying movie nights together.Our favorite part, though, is the outdoor space. We all love reading in the hammock and enjoy spending time in and around the beautifully maintained pool. Sitting on the deck by Chalk Sound is peaceful and relaxing and sometimes the kids jump in. The covered top deck, in my opinion, is the perfect place to read, unwind, and take in the incredible views. Having the grill is an added bonus. This villa truly feels like a slice of paradise. For our family, it’s a 10/10 and we look forward to coming back again.

PRIVACY & UP SCALE VACATION SPOT!!!Very nice property that was just as private as the pictures showed! It was extremely clean and came equipped with everything needed for our private chef to cook for us. The air was cool and even with keeping it on the lowest setting in the main area/bedroom, we do not go over the allocation the owners provide…so no concern there! If I had to give 1 area of opportunity, we arrived earlier than 4pm into PLS and had arranged for an earlier check in with the host; however no one could get in touch with the on site individual to let us in. It ended up working out and was minor in the big scheme of things, but something to consider is a code entry system versus an actual human checking you in. All else was perfect and well worth the price!

Perfect home for our blended family birthday celebration! The house is stocked with everything we needed from sunscreen to bug spray, beach chairs and a cooler, plenty of towels and lots of space to live about! We loved the location and rented a four wheel drive vehicle to access numerous beaches around the island. We had a chef come in one night and he was able to create a gourmet dining experience with the kitchenware already there. Great design for outdoor and indoor living. Loved the terraces walking down to the water. Absolutely perfect

After having flights canceled and running back to a hotel room and booking this spectacular place on a whim, it truly changed our life. We always search for the most private place. This was probably the most private we have ever had. We had everything we needed including the neighborhood dog, Peaches, very hard to leave her. So grateful to Tim, Shannon and Cady for getting us through some bad days traveling. This place did not disappoint

Beautiful house and location

Had a great time. Owners and property manager were very helpful and attentive. We had a wonderful honeymoon and will be back.

Beautiful House and Location

My family recently stayed at Off the Grid, and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house is clean and comfortable, and the location/views are gorgeous. We highly recommend this villa to anyone considering a visit to TCI.

Unforgettable view, amazing place to stay!

The property manager was very helpful and friendly. House was clean, updated, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Quiet and safe neighborhood, great view...we can't wait to visit again!

Great spot for 3 couples

We stayed with 2 adult children and partners. The 3 bedrooms, each with private baths, were ideal for us. We cooked in a fair amount. Adequate kitchen. Beautiful view of Chalk Sound.

Awesome time at "Off the Grid" in Turks and Caicos!

This "Off the Grid" VRBO was a perfect location for our group of 3 couples to relax and unwind. The house and accommodations were very nice and clean. The outdoor patio around the pool was a perfect hang out spot throughout the day. We also spent time at the private "beach" area by Chalk sound and did some kayaking and snorkeling in the sound. The setting and privacy of this house was perfect!

Very relaxing and private.

Cady is an excellent host. Property is clean, beautiful. And remotely private. Yet a short distance from our favorite restaraunt, La Brasa.

We are a couple from Maryland who fell in love with the island the very first time we went. After visiting sixteen times, we have finally purchased our slice of paradise and are now proud to call TCI home.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

One of the few properties on the island of Providenciales that has it's own private beach, 180 degree water views, and direct access to the water right on the property. It is in a very safe area called the Chalk Sound and is surrounded by multi-million dollar villas. Although, Off the Grid gives you the feel of secluded property, it is still a very short drive to restaurants, bars, and nightlife.
