We had a wonderful time. The suite was clean and was located at a very close distance to downtown. I will happily give this info to friends and family who wish to have a great time in St Augustine.Extremely happy vacationer

Getting into the door was a bad experience. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn’t. The location to the water was fabulous. While the place was clean it seemed like some maintenance needed done. The fan in the twin room for example. The refrigerator had rust. Towels in the smaller bathroom were worn.

Great oceanfront condo

The morning sunrise is the highlight of every day. Perfect location directly on the beach, but also a short drive to the historical district. Will definitely consider a return visit.

Nice condo right on Vilano beach.

The condo was clean, comfortable and sits right on Vilano Beach. The pool and tennis courts were never over crowded.

Great Vacation!

Nicely decorated, good location, easy beach access, convenient for shopping and restaurants, close to family that lives in St. Augustine, and extra beds so our grandchildren could spend a couple of nights with us. A good place to stay overall, but a night lite in the bathroom might be a plus since we could not find one at any of the nearby shopping places.

Amazing Location

Beautiful property! The direct oceanfront views were stunning. The condo was clean and quiet and beach access couldn't have been easier! The condo is situated on a very nice and quiet beach while still being only a 10 minute drive into St Augustine. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Four Nights

We split our ten day St Augustine Beach holiday between two oceanfront locations. The Crescent Beach property was cozy was this Vilano Beach condo was first class luxurious. Wonderful anniversary for us.

Great views!

The location is phenomenal for a fantastic beach vacation! The condo could have been a bit cleaner and beds could have been better in quality, especially the twin beds. It also would have been great to get additional details regarding some of the amenities in the condo or things to do in the area. I’ve had that type of service from other VRBO owners. Overall, you can’t beat the perfect location and the views overlooking the water.

Great getaway

A very beautiful home steps away from a private beach. It was comfortable, clean, and the views of the ocean were amazing. I did message Marty about getting into the pool and he responded quickly. Turns out it was user error! There isn’t a key for the pool you just have to pull up on the top of the gate. We very much enjoyed st. Augustine and will definitely come back.

Maintenance needed

Disappointed the Internet was key to our stay, yet weak and didn’t work most of the stay. Small signal in bedroom only and even then wouldn’t connect often. Other minor repairs needed. Lamps need repair, blink on and off.

Nice oceanfront property . Beautiful view from the large patio. Great spot for breakfast or to just chill in the evening. The condo is in good shape ! Clean - although the water here smells ( probably just normal local water) and the bathroom faucets all have some kind of build up on them . Everything is kept up nice. They provided all the linens and towels . There is a washer/dryer in the unit. There is some beach stuff in the storage closet but most of it is old and in bad shape- bring your own beach chairs. The beach is steps away and it’s a very quiet beach! The location is great ! The Publix is minutes away. St.Augustine is a 5-10 minute drive if you want a little more to do. Family friendly area, we will certainly be back. The only issue I have is the check in and check out times. 4 pm for check in and 10 am to check out. I’ve read other reviews that say the cleaning ladies arrive early, so we’ll see. I’ve pd until 10 am so that’s when I’ll be out.

Updates needed

The overall impression of the complex was good, pool area clean, grounds landscaped. Location and access to beach fine (no code for pool or beach needed even though says they are in unit). All quiet during my stay. There is a Publix just down the road, and the condo is well located for exploring St Augustine. Complex needs recycling facilities and EV charging point. Elevator not working some of the time. Individual unit needs new dishes, pots and pans as these were chipped, crackled or stained. No dishcloths. Fridge exterior stained and interior froze everything. Had to turn it to minimum. No hairdryer. Only one beach chair which was broken, although plenty of beach toys and boogie boards. The electrical socket in the master was hanging off the wall which would be dangerous for little fingers. Sofa needs replacing. Overall could be great with a bit of TLC

The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We loved the balcony - perfect for morning coffee and watching the sunrise. The beach was a short walk away and perfect for long walks. The location is very close to several great restaurants and downtown St. Augustine. Our only slight complaint- we inquired about early check-in and was told would involve extra charges. This seems petty and poor customer service. Otherwise, the condo was excellent in every way!

Vilano Beach

The property was clean and comfortable.The only negative was the freezer was not as cold as it could have been (the ice cream did not stay frozen) and the right front burner of the stove did not work.We would love to stay there again.It was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday.

The property was beautiful. We loved being directly on the beach. It was nice having the Publix and the Circle K so close. It was also a very short drive to the St. Augustine Historic District. Loved the location!!

Location was great with easy movements to stores and eateries. However the condo smelled damp or musty for the stay. Ac worked well and we thought it would fade or "air out", but it didn't.It was clean, but it had a smell that seems old or "off". Not terrible and not a deal breaker, just not fresh.

Honeymoon retreat

Condo was clean and updated since the listing pictures. The kitchen is a nice white color now which makes it seem much larger than the original photos. Both bathrooms were also renovated and very nice with new walk in showers. The view was beautiful and made for a very nice relaxing honeymoon.The only possible negative that we found with the property was the elevator that had a sign stating it was not working and it should only be used for luggage and not people. We were fine but with the condo being on the second floor we can see this being a major issue for some guests as this was not told to us by the property manager before arrival. We frequently travel with multiple disable individuals and had this been a trip with them we would have needed to find other arrangements as they can not take stairs.

Great view of the ocean!

Nice place but the dishes were dirty and we could have used a few more dish towels. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, close to the beach and other amenities.

Perfect Property, Not so with Vrbo

We loved the condo, everything was as we expected and more. However, booking with Vrbo was a nightmare for me, a first-time user. Dealing with two managing entities, with different charges and payment schedules was time consuming and frustrating.
