Great spot with everything we could ever need!

Great spot with everything we could ever need! Not sure if it was fluke or just summer, but we never saw a single golfer on the fairway by the house. It was so quiet and beautiful. The kids had a great time. A few notes: there is both a Keurig and regular coffee pot, the pool base is a pebble texture so you might want to wear water shoes or risk some tore up toes, and the rental company is incredibly responsive if you need anything during your stay, so be sure to reach out with any questions or needs.

The PGA West community is awesome. Very beautiful and safe. The house was great. The kitchen is very well stocked. The pool is absolutely beautiful with exceptional Mountain views. Would recommend and will be coming back again!

So comfortable!

I’ve been renting in La Quinta for many years. This is the most comfortable house. Kitchen is well equipped. Large sectional for watching Match madness. The star is the outside. Gorgeous view. Only had to heat the spa. Kids had a blast.

Rental was great overall! Some mix up at the security gate on check in and the rules seem overwhelming when considering booking but the neighbors and surrounding guests were great! Excellent location with a great pool and we would defiantly come back and stay again!

Great Home!

Great home base for our trip to Indian Wells each day. We enjoyed coming back to the pool and hot tub. Only confusion was at the front gate when we arrived but was sorted out. Will look to come back next year!

Awesome place!

Awesome place. Host was very helpful with early checkin. Instructions for everything was very clear. Never had a chance to use the golf cart , but was happy it was an option. Would definitely rent again

Very good property overall. Nice neighbours in lovely location on PGA West. Music and voice volume rules a bit harsh when we chatted with them (they don't seem overly concerned). Pool pump noise needs to be dealt with (replaced or upgraded) as this was everyone's biggest complaint. Think dishwasher door needs fixing and one pool chair. All else great.

PGA West never disappoints, but this house did

We have stayed in PGA West half a dozen times, each in a different house overlooking the golf course. We’ve even stayed with this property management company before, but unfortunately we have some complaints this time. The house, location, and pool were great. Unfortunately, we found the house to not be very clean upon arrival. The floor needed to be swept and the carpets barely seemed vacuumed - there were feathers and other crumbs throughout the rooms. The only vacuum we could find emitted so much dust while using it that it must be ancient. Also, the shutters, blinds, and ceiling fans were all dusty and need a thorough, deep clean. Oddly, the second bedroom smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke. The only possible source we could find for the smell was the en suite’s exhaust fan (which I know seems crazy but after running it the smell got worse). I emailed on day 2 of our stay to complain about the smell and of cockroaches but I never heard back, even after checkout. The house and furniture and outdoors areas are all great, so with some extra cleaning and a pest spray I am sure this house could be a 5/5. On the plus side, we appreciated the cozy couch, the availability of supplies (minus a vacuum), and the golf cart!

Another perfect stay at PGA West

Our third January at PGAWest. This was a great house. Wonderful mountain views. Enjoyed the fireplace, fire pit, and spa. Nice bedrooms and kitchen. Wonderful neighborhood to walk in. La Quinta is our favorite desert community.

Don’t want to complain

Hate to say anything about staying in La Quinta that sounds like complaining. Just would like inside and outside to be clean on arrival. Broken toilet seat and a leaky shower in secondary master which led to a very strong moldy smell. We left early. Handyman that came on our arrival to fix beeping smoke/ carbon monoxide detector (could happen any time. No complaint) was AWESOME.

Gorgeous view home

We absolutely loved this place. It is spacious and comfortable with large rooms and high ceilings. The best part is the patio/pool area, with fabulous sweeping views of the golf course and the mountains behind. The back yard faces west so we were treated to magnificent sunsets! Everything we needed was supplied, the golf cart was loads of fun, and there is plenty of comfortable seating inside and out. The location is beautiful and if you want a quiet, relaxing getaway, I highly recommend this place. Can’t wait to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at your property. Everything was very clean and the property itself well taken care of. It’s centrally located. My only issue is I thought the second bedroom had two twin beds and it had one queen instead. We would stay again !

Needs some TLC

This property was adequate but certainly nothing special. There were a number of small things in disrepair like toilet paper holders, absent bath tub plugs, dirty shutters and kitchen knives that were dangerous with handles so loose they were falling off. The golf cart is very old and needs servicing. Our biggest complaint is that we were charged $100/day to have the pool and spa heated. They are on a timer that goes off after 2 hours and the pool and spa were never both warm at the same time and it made using them when we wanted to ,virtually impossible. A new cleaning crew and some inspection by the rental agent could fix most of these issues

About the manager: My wife Erika and I grew up I the Midwest, she is from northern Minnesota and I'm from North Dakota, we both love to travel and we've visited numerous countries and states with our family. We enjoy camping and adventuring to see and experience different cultures. We have three daughters, Krimzen (11), Brooklyn (9), Regan (7), and one son, Crew (2).

We visited my aunt and uncle a number of times when they came for the tennis tournament, it's always very relaxing and fun and a great trip with the kids before we decided to purchase.

My family purchased a home in PGA West 2016 and we loved it so much we purchased a 2nd. We started a vacation rental management company and our team has helped a number of friends and clients purchase and own profitable vacation homes in the community and we absolutely love it!

Exceptionally large yard for PGA West with great curb appeal, exceptional privacy for the area, fantastic views, and in a great location to get to everything the area has to offer.

We do not charge guests a pool heating fee like many bookings unless they wish it heat it over night 24/7 during their stay in which case there is an extra $25/day fee. We can control the heat remotely and we are happy to assist if needed to start heating it in the AM if you know what time you want it warm. PGA West Community pools are heated to 80 degrees, we cap our pool heat at 83 unless a special request and arrangements are made.
