Le condo était très joli, propre et bien équipé, tant pour la conception des repas que pour la détente. Vue magnifique et excellent emplacement.

This guy thought of EVERYTHING! Literally, everything you could possibly need in a condo by the beach was there, EVERYTHING! He even had a cabinet full of TOP SHELF liquor! He is awesome!!!

The Perfect Spot

John's condo was my home away from home for four weeks and I'm so grateful I got to stay there. The space was comfortable, stylish, and had everything I needed. I felt very safe in the area and was very happy with the location - convenient to everything I needed.

More than we expected

Wow, We didn't expect it to be this good. Wonderful Condo, high in the sky for great views. Everything was as stated and at one's finger tips. Complete kitchen including sink disposal unit. More TV than we needed along with Netflex, ect. Beach a short trolley ride away. Malls close by and easy to get to . Beautiful Park on the door step. The owner, John, was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely do it again.

Top Marks!

My husband and I (seniors) rented John's "Condo in the Sky" for the month of February. We loved it! The views are gorgeous. The sunsets stunning. The condo is very well equipped and the location was perfect. What could be better than having a morning coffee and breakfast on the balcony! Everything is close by: Publix, Walgreen, multiple restaurants, transportation, shopping, the beach, culture, art, concerts and of course the Monday night Food Truck extravaganza! We certainly appreciated having a washer and dryer in the condo. There is a designated room on the 5th floor with washers and dryers, but having it in your own unit is so very convenient. We made good use of the beach equipment provided: chairs and umbrella, which enhanced our beach experience. But the pool on the fifth floor was also used often and enjoyed. John is a very dedicated and responsible owner. He makes himself available and ready to answer questions. We certainly recommend it. Judy

Amazing view, and great location.

Me, my wife and our 2 teenagers were going for a 4 weeks stay in US, 12 of the days in Florida. When we arrived at the condo we had a warm welcome by John and his wife. They explained us about the condo, and the surrounding areas, and really made us feel like home. We were at no time disappointed of the condo, what we had seen on the pictures, was what we got. Everything in the condo worked fine, and with teenagers Wi-Fi/Netflix is a must. The condo has an amazing view, and a perfect location if you what to explore Florida. Near the condo you have all kinds of shopping facilities, Dolphin Mall, Wal-Mart and on Hollywood boulevard you have some nice restaurants and cafes/bars. If you like to relax on the beach, Hollywood beach is just great. Clear water and white sand, and not to crowded. But if you want some more life, Miami South beach is just 25 min. drive away. I would really recommend this condo to anyone, planning a trip to Florida. Great for 2 adults whit or without kids, and not to forget the free parking just beside the condo. Br. Home Tower Condo has it all!!

Location! Location! Location! That says it all! John has a truly magnificent condo in downtown Hollywood Beach Florida. His photos and detailed description of the condo and its amenities matched exactly with what we saw and experienced during our recent stay at the condo. Beautiful, breathtaking (and we don't mean just the view), clean, inviting ... we could go on and on extolling it's virtues. It awaits the next intrepid traveler(s) looking not just for a place to stay but a place to live, to call home! For couples in love or a couple of friends! Having visited Florida over a number of years, this stay has to be one of the best, if not, the best. Hollywood Beach and Broadwalk (not a typo!) has got to be the best beach for sun, sand and fun in all of Florida. Family friendly but with lots of adult fun it beckoned us almost every day. As John points out, Hollywood is but a short drive away from some of South Florida's top spots. Not driving? That's OK! You're within steps of all your shopping needs, some fabulous restaurants (Cinquecento 500 has got to have the best stone oven pizza around) and assorted drinking establishments (sorry, we're not drinkers). John even provides a pair of bikes that will take you to the beach and beyond. Not into bikes, there's a trolley (yes, a trolley!) that will take you anywhere else including the beach. Regular bus services too and the Tri-Rail (commuter train) service to places farther away. The piece de resistance however has got to be the ArtsPark at Young Circle. Where's that you say? Well it's just across the street. A magnificent monument to the enjoyment of the outdoors right in downtown Hollywood and steps away from the Home Tower condo. A great place to stretch, to relax and play. Activities abound from weekly concerts, movie nights and our most favorite of all - food truck Monday nights. Picture this - a minimum of 24 food trucks every Monday night around the ArtsPark steps from the condo offering delectable goodies not to be found anywhere else in Florida or on this planet for that matter. Meat lovers, vegetarians, sugar addicts - every food addiction is covered. Come down and enjoy. Come live! Come home to the Home Tower. John will welcome you and make your stay one to remember as well.

Great Find!

We traveled from NY and stayed at the condo for two weeks while I was recovering from a minor surgery. First off, the owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with during the process of asking questions and reserving, and was more than accomodating upon our arrival and during our stay. The condo was everything we had hoped for and more! It was cool, comfortable, and convenient...the perfect place for me to rest and recover. Once I was feeling up to it, we were able to enjoy the many surrounding hot spots, such as Hollywood Beach, the casinos, the Aventura Mall, and the Ocean Walk, among others. Being right on Young Circle was a lot of fun! The condo is conveniently located directly across the street from a wonderful art park that hosts many family and couples events on the weekends and has a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Having a Publix and Walgreens just across the street was also a huge plus. The condo tower is safe and secure, in a nice area, and we felt very comfortable coming and going. The bus line and taxis were easy to maneuver, as we did not bring a car or rent a car during our stay, so the convenience of being right next to the bus and trolley lines was an added bonus. The people in the area and in the tower are very nice and helpful. The condo itself is very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. It has all of the amenities of home, including DSL internet, cable, and Netflix. The DSL was the key to connecting to my two little ones in NY while I was away. I can't wait to take another trip down to stay again and bring the family! There is so much to do in and around Hollywood, FL, and this is the perfect place to call home while you're visiting! I highly recommend this condo to anyone considering a trip to Hollywood or the surrounding areas. Thanks a million for a GREAT stay!

Perfect, and what a view!

We were looking for a centrally located place to stay while attending our niece's wedding in June. What a find! We couldn't have asked for anything more when we found John's condo. The rate was very affordable and the location worked perfectly for us. The condo was amazing, from the furnishings, the amenities within and without, the extras provided by the owner, and the breathtaking view. John was so cordial and accommodating, providing all the info we needed to enjoy our stay and staying in contact with us to answer any questions. We certainly hope to be able to stay again in the future on our next family visit and have absolutely no reservations in recommending this condo to anyone considering a visit to the area. Awesome Night Time Skyline Views And Great Location To Everything

Thank you John for your terrific condo, we had a great time. We really enjoyed using the bikes that you provided us - we had a great time at the beach. We couldn't believe the close proximity to everything from the condo - Publix across the street, the great nightlife and restaurants only a 5 minute walk from the condo. Your condo really was what we were looking for - exceptionally clean and you provided us with all the comforts of home. We definitely will be back next year.

perfect stay

We stayed for nearly a month (july 2010) in this great condo with the most spectacular views imaginable. The condo has everything you need for a fabulous stay. Location -- right in the middle of Hollywood's best restaurants and lively nightlife -- and all amenities. We especially appreciated the two bikes that were perfect for quick trips to the beach and along the boardwalk. A car was nice for part of the time (with parking across the street), but certainly not necessary. Also a great place for pets, with the huge park right outside the door. Thanks so much John -- you have gone out of your way to make your guests comfortable. We look forward to a return trip!

We had a great time at your place. Everything was so convenient, a short walk to the shops or a bike ride to the beach. It was especially nice for the dogs with the park next door and there were even some “pet friendly” sidewalk cafes. Thanks again. Corlies C

We just finished a deligh...

We just finished a delightful week here. Very well out-fitted, comfortable condo with wonderful views in three directions. Hollywood and the immediate neighborhood near restaurant row could not be better. And John was a pleasure to work with. This is a place that is on our list to return to. Pat & Kurt

This is the second time I...

This is the second time I have stayed in this condo...I just love the location and feeling of this place. Who needs a car when you have a location like this!!! John, you have done a great job in making it both comfortable and exciting. There is nothing like waking up to that magic view from the bedroom or gazing out at the pretty lights during the night. Great place...will come back again and again.

Beautiful condo with a great view. We really enjoyed our two months stay last winter. It is a very secure place where we felt right at home. The beach is only 5 minutes away which is great.
