Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This well thought out vacation home is beautifully situated surrounded by a marshes and at the head of the West Dennis pubic beach. The house is well maintained with three bedrooms on the first floor (one is really for kids) and the main speacious living area and master bedroom on the second floor, allowing for gorgeous views. The house is well equipped, and the beds are comfortable (with the exception of one of the trundle beds). Even with a mostly rainy few weeks :(, being in this lovely beach home and near activities made for a relaxing time.

Right away they were replaced and we very much appreciated that prompt action. The home is a wonderful place to spend time visiting with family and friends. Four roomy bedrooms, three full bathrooms, huge kitchen and family room. Awesome views from the deck. Central air that actually works. Televisions everywhere. It's spacious, very clean and has water views from just about every window! Martha Murray is wonderful to work with and are very accommodating. I wouldn't rent from any other agency. The rooms are big, the kitchen is well stocked and the outdoor shower is wonderful after a day at the beach. I cannot say enough about this place! It's perfect!

The house was well furnished and the kitchen/living area on the second floor was exactly what we hoped for--the kitchen had everything you could possibly need and the sectional in the living room was big enough for everyone to stretch out and relax. All of the bedrooms were large and comfortable and having three full bathrooms was so nice. A short walk (literally across the street) and we were at the beach! Perfect beach house....highly recommend!

The house is super clean and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms are nice sized and having 3 bathrooms is great! I can't forget to mention the location! There are water views from every room. You can walk to the beach and the Lighthouse Inn for dinner. We've rented all over this area of West Dennis for many years and this is by far our favorite place. We'll definitely be back again next year.

Great House Near West Dennis Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second year staying two weeks in this property on Loring Ave. The fit is good for the people coming and going during the stay. The management company was very responsive to fix the alarms that went off one night. The only recommendation I would offer is to improve the wi-fi signal as it only really functions well on the north side of the property. And the signal is very weak in the great room where much time is spent. Other than that, we were very happy with the rental.

It’s quiet in the evening but festive and busy during the day- but private and peaceful. We were pleased with the sleeping arrangements and having three bathrooms was perfect for a large group. The views are lovely from every angle. We will be back!
