Great views and location

Amazing views from the balcony and plenty of see in the neighborhood. Amenities are very nice and many good restaurants to choose from

Great location and building

The Icon is a wonderful building with a huge pool and great amenities. The check-in process was a bit cumbersome but overall the stay was great.

Beautiful apartment!! Views were stunning each morning and evening. Excellent communication by host and very nice to work with. :) Highly recommend!

Amazing experience

Went above our expectations! Large apartment and was very clean upon arrival. They even provide all utensils, plates, glasses and everything needed for cooking. View was amazing, the balcony was one of our trip highlights. I recommend this to anyone visiting Miami!

This condo was mostly everything I hope for view was excellent very comfortable condo hated I had to pay so much out in parking But that had nothing to do with this wonderful property!! I’ll still book again no matter the crazy parking they charge

Beautiful view

We loved the view and the cleanliness of the unit. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with all the necessities. It was with in walking distance to 3 nice restaurants. The check in procedure was less than satisfactory. It has detoured us from visiting this property again and has made us very leary of renting a property managed by Vacasa.

More hassle than it’s worth

This property is poorly managed. The check-in process to the Icon itself is simple enough. You have to have a sponsor (property manager) meet you at the front desk to check you in and give you the key and fab for the elevator. However, if you don’t know the process then communication with the property manager of your unit is critical. Our sponsor was sporadic with communication, showed up ten minutes late without notice, waited for us to get checked in, gave us the key, and then immediately left without saying anything else. We had to ask someone where the elevators were and confirm we had what we needed to get in the room (because the check-in instructions on their website is different than what they actually were). The room is basic. Lightbulbs were missing from lamps, the hairdryer was broken, the TV in the bedroom was missing from the wall. Expect bare minimum. The only real positive is the view, but there are plenty of other units at the Icon with similar or better views run by better property managers.

Cute but not easy check in/out

The check in process was extremely difficult. We had to wait over an hour for our host to show up. We had to sit in the lobby because you can not do anything in building without the key. Inside the property it was nice and tidy. My only complaint was we noticed that the blinds would not close in the bedroom. We called and they said someone would be out to fix it. My husband had to take the blind apart so that we didn’t have to sleep with people looking in on us. They never came to fix it. There were missing lightbulbs in the bedroom and the kitchen lights did not work above the stove or under the cabinets. All of them were burnt out. The checkout process was difficult as well. The instructions that were given online were not correct so we were advised to leave the keys behind on the counter leaving the apartment unsecured. Overall the place was nice but a pain

Apartment is terrific but the service around it was terrible

So much unnecessary stress around this experience via Vacasa which charges rather high fees. Had to upload documents several times. Host 1/2 hour late to greet me, no call. Also, she didn't speak English, which didn't help. Key fob didn't work, responsibility is on guest to fix; that took 45 minutes. Description outdated (there is no lockbox) which caused confusion on check out. Television wouldn't work. Kitchen sink needed repair. Lightbulbs out in bathroom. Just silly, poor maintenance issues some of which caused big inconveniences. Loved the flat but wouldn't book anything again via Vacasa, a national management company.

Beautiful view

We stayed in the apartment a month. The view is fabulous and the location is perfect for us. It's like living in Manhattan with sunshine. We didn't feel the need to rent a car for the length of our stay, rather we just used ride sharing and short term car rentals.

The condo was nice and as expected, comfortable bed, appropriate kitchen appliances, but the was only one chair to sit on in the balcony area ( which has an amazing view) The main problem was that the TV did not work We reset the modem and router as instructed which did not work. We called customer relations who “put in a work order” and we never heard a word throughout our stay.

Breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay

We loved the view. Really quite amazing being up so high. The balcony was very large and extended across back of the condo. I would have liked to sit out there with my husband but sadly there was only one chair. I also think that the couch needs a good deep cleaning. It smells like wet dog. The bed was extremely comfortable and I was happy that there was extra blankets as it would get chilly from time to time. I am confused why there is seating for 5 when you cannot have more than two occupants at any given time. All in all I give this place 5 stars as it as a clean efficient room, close to everything and amazing views from the bedroom and from the living room.

Great place!!

You can’t beat the location! We walked to all the restaurants, shopping center, and the Whole Foods store. Felt very safe! Took a quick 10-15 min Lyft to Miami Beach. The apartment itself was pretty good. Some suggestions would be: clean the couch it smells like feet, the bathroom vent is broken, you can hear the construction on the new building to the left but wasn’t too bad, and the bedroom sliding door wouldn’t open. The building was a little older than I thought it would be. Like the hallways looked a little dated, but it’s fine. However, this building has the largest pool and good gym. I know It sounds like I’m complaining but just wanted to give my constructive criticism, but I would totally stay here again. The location is amazing! I miss Miami already!
