Relaxing family time

Location in a quiet section of Oahu. Easy walking distance to the beach, Ritz Carton, hiking trails, snorkeling. Several beaches nearby.

Wonderful North Shore

Enjoyed my stay very much. Condo was great, clean, comfortable, Accommodations were very good. Property manager was very responsive and quick. Beautiful location convenient. Turtle Bay Area is stunning beautiful.

Awesome place to stay about 15 min walk to the beach next to turtle bay resort 1 min walk to a refreshing pool this gated community condo was a good place for me and my family i would stay here again

Family vacation

Great condo and was perfect for family of 5 with kids. The boogie boards and beach towels/chairs got lots of use. Kitchen had everything we needed Great location at Turtle Bay. Owner was very responsive and helpful. We would return here!

Condo at Turtle Bay

We were there with my kids for a two week surf trip. The biggest problem with our stay was lack of communication with the owner. Upon our with arrival I received a text that the refrigerator was broken but that they would replace it with something a little smaller. We had just bought two weeks of food from Costco and arrived to find barely larger than a mini fridge in the unit. When I called to ask for something else they tried to accommodate us by bringing a second slightly larger fridge. The owner said they would try to replace the large fridge during our stay, which was two weeks (I would think plenty of time given that there is a Best Buy near the airport). However, after that day, we received no communication from the owner and no refrigerator at all. I communicated again with them about getting some more kitchen garbage bags, and again no reply. Also I asked them to remove the larger fridge to give us more space but they did not do that either. So we spent the two weeks with three refrigerators in a pretty small condo kitchen. Other than that the unit was fine. TV and appliances were modern. Location was good.

Beautiful spacious & clean but hot!

The property was beautiful, clean, spacious, & had everything we needed EXCEPT air conditioning. It states they have it in the description. We found it up in the loft area (a portable unit that only brings the loft temp down 4-5 degrees) the hottest part of the condo. It was 85° everyday outside & the same inside at night when you sleep. We left all the windows open in hopes of getting cross winds but its sticky & hot. We were so happy to have a washer & dryer but you have to time it just right because the dryer is not vented outside - the heat blows back into the condo so we only ran it while we were gone. We did have a few little black bugs running around but that’s because all windows & sliding doors were left open for the breeze. Other than the heat, the place was beautiful & in a fantastic location. Bed was comfortable. They did have a huge box fan & ceiling fans which we ran constantly. We love the north shore. It’s close to lots of food trucks & lots of beaches. Owners are awesome to work with & they have lots of beach items to use. Fully furnished kitchen for cooking. We loved the condo pool as well.

Awesome stay! Close to north shore!

This was a great stay with my family! Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and linens and the host was very thorough in the check in and directions! Loved the notebook of activities to do as well. We enjoyed our stay

Excellent accomodations!

The condo was great! Very clean and comfortable. Communication was great as well. When we needed additional parking passes, they were right on it. We even had them on a wild goose chase looking for a watch that we left behind but was in our suitcase the whole time. Thank you for a great vacation spot! 5STARS!

Paradise at Turtle Bay

Well appointed condo in Turtle Bay. The owners supply you with pretty much everything you need just go grocery shopping. The pool on the property is beautiful and just steps away from the condo.

Perfect Condo in great location

The condo has everything you need to enjoy the beach right at Turtle Bay. The snorkeling gear was used every day by my kids! It's away from the city but still close to shops and stores. I would definitely give it a 10 out of 10

Wonderful relaxing spot

Bright, clean and airy two bedroom situated on a golf course, in a gated community adjacent to Turtle Bay. Pool access was an excellent amenity. My wife and our two young daughters stayed and had an excellent time. The loft style for the second bedroom was fun, and Patti was incredibly helpful and communicative. Great spot and good for families!

Perfect North Shore Getaway

This is a great location and getaway for a family. Access to all the North Shore activities and easy access back over to the Honolulu area if needed. The condo was clean, updated and worked well for our family. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer.

Turtle Bay condo

Great property we would stay again. Super clean. A few extra kitchen items would be great like scissors and a fish slice so you can turn things in the pan when cooking. The kids loved the condo pool and watching the Sunset and surfers at the resort was a highlight. For dinner try nearby (car required) 7 Brothers eatery.

Very Good Accomodations but could be better!

The condo is clean and comfortable. However, a few updates could make the stay more pleasant. For one thing, the television in the living room could be bigger and maybe another television in the bedroom. In addition, the sofa was not very comfortable. There is no AC but as long as the doors are kept open you have a nice breeze (as long as there is a breeze outside). The kitchen is well equipped and having a washer/dryer is a plus. Only complaints is that we had to wait for condo to be cleaned, as it was not ready by our 3p check-in which was a pain. Also, there were tiny bugs near one of the bathrooms we had to deal with. Owners are nice and accommodating. Location is good as it is right outside the Turtle Bay Resort. Although there are a lot of other nearby beaches much nicer than the one at the resort. The pool at the condo was nice too. There were beach chairs and a beach umbrella to use in addition to sand toys and boogie boards. In fact, we left two boogie boards and water noodles there for future guests. Price seems fair until you factor in the ridiculous high cleaning fee and the service fee. I feel this cleaning fee is ridiculous because the place is really small. Overall, the stay worked out for us but rather look for accomodations closer to Haleiwa.

We stayed in this property in December 2016; we enjoyed this condo very much, I found everything needed to cook for my family in regards to dishes and appliances. Super clean, more than enough clean linens available. Walking distance from one of the most beautiful beaches. Thank you very much to Lisa and Patty.

Wonderful!

This condo was perfectly equipped, very comfortable, quiet, and was a great place to stay. My husband and I just returned from 4 nights here and would definitely stay here again. The only thing that would make it better would be an upgrade of the standard def TV to a flatscreen HD TV. Other than that, it was perfect!

Spacious, nice details, best for early risers

We stayed in this condo for 3 days in late March 2011. It is a bright, airy, nicely decorated corner unit with access to a very nice pool and the TB grounds. The kitchen was well-supplied and the beds were comfortable. There was no AC in the master bedroom, which meant that we needed to sleep with the windows open--the breezes were delicious and kept the condo nice and cool, but each morning around 5 am, we were awoken first by the crowing roosters, then by the dogs barking at the roosters and last, but not least a flock of birds that took up residence in a nearby tree. A cacophony of nature at times, but also rather amusing. The grounds at Turtle Bay were lovely. We enjoyed sunset walks each evening along long, deserted beaches and saw whales, a seal and watched fishermen capture a large squid. The interior of the condo is very nice, but if you are not up for a 10 minute walk to get to the beaches, you might want to try a different one as it is one of the farthest units from the beaches. The corner unit enabled us to enjoy a huge window with lovely morning light. Very nice. On the other hand, there is no view from the balcony because the trees are quite close and very thick--you are essentially looking out at greenery. We still enjoyed sitting out on the balcony each morning and watching nearby birds. The condo is not too far from the road, but the sound is muffled by the trees. This area is very quiet--just what we had hoped for. Occasionally we heard the conversations of the folks on the patio below us, but for the most part, we had a temporary home that was pretty, quiet, breezy and easy to like. If you are an early riser, this is a nice place to stay.

Fabulous place to stay at good price

Just got back yesterday from 13 days in Hawaii and loved staying at this condo with our family of 5. We stayed here before and after our 7 day cruise. I almost booked a place in Waikiki before finding this condo and SO glad we skipped the Waikiki place. The North Shore of Oahu is just spectacular. This condo had plenty of room for our family of 5, owner was flexible about check out. Short walk to Turtle Bay beach was lovely sidewalk stroll beside beautiful flowering plants. My son took a surf lesson right on this beach with Hans Hedemann- I highly recommend it. He also saw a rare monk seal sunning on the beach and green sea turtles in the crystal clear water. From this beach, right near the condo, you can see the infamous Pearl Harbor radar station that saw the Japanese planes coming but didn't know it. Great interprative plaque explaining series of events on beach. North Shore of Oahu has the quaint town of Hale'iwa with shopping, restaurants, and world famous shave ice. Plenty of great places to eat and things to do in a short drive- Dole Plantation, Polynesioan Cultural Center and Kaoloa Ranch tours without the hulking concrete highrises Waikiki. We'll definitely be back.
