Hi, thanks for your comments. We immediately attached your note to a work order for our staff and will resolve any lingering items within 24 hours. We're grateful to guests who point out items even our housekeeping and maintenance teams may have overlooked. Hurry Back ! All 60 of our slopeside, ski in/ski out properties are available to be seen and booked on HomeAway and VRBO.
