Beautiful historic waterfront cottage on the Indian River. Convenient to many local attractions; Cocoa Beach (15 min), Port Canaveral (15 min), Space Center (25 min), Orlando (40 min). Within walking distance to Cocoa Village which offers theater, restaurants , cafe’s, and nightlife. Come watch the dolphins on our private dock!!! We have kayaks, coolers, beach chairs and towels available for your stay. The cottage is the perfect place to get away relax and unwind. We look forward to your stay!!!!!

One of our most favorite VRBO’s ever! Very clean, wonderful view of the river… especially from the dock, very comfortable bed, warm inviting atmosphere and hosts were excellent! Can’t wait to stay at Hummingbird Cottage again soon!!

We found an absolute gem when we stayed at Hummingbird Cottage! The house was exactly as portrayed, and we loved everything about it! Mark and Lisa were excellent hosts, and we will definitely stay at Hummingbird Cottage anytime we are traveling in the area!

Great stay! Beautiful location on the river. Spent alot of time on dock and porch. Cottage was clean and well stocked and bed was comfortable. Lori Wilson park was free and a nice beach to spend the day.

Excellent high value stay, I pad 500ish I think for two nights and it was worth every penny. Very unique place with tons of cool features. This is what a beach house should be.

This whole experience was awesome. Check in and check out was seamlessly easy and convenient. The amenities were excellent, location was central to the quaint village, communication with host easy. Will definitely go back!

The cottage is charming with plenty of space. Roomy living room and bath. Very clean. Bed is very comfortable. The claw foot tub is a nice touch.The neighborhood is wonderful. Great view of the Indian River. Quiet but just a 10 minute walk to Cocoa Village. Kitchen is small but well-equipped.

Perfect Couple Getaway!

The cottage was perfect, cozy and yet spacious. The private dock in the evening was wonderful to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the evening breeze. The cottage was close to delicious cafes for breakfast, tasty lunches and relaxing dinner spots. Would definitely stay again.

Charming Cottage

Super charming cottage with lovely view of river. Cottage was set up perfect for 2 people. Lovely decor and extremely comfortable. We spent the evenings sitting on dock and enjoying wildlife on river. It was great location for watching a launch.

Anniversary trip

My husband and I stayed the weekend here and loved it! The house was clean, beautiful view of the river. We ate dinner on the private dock and watched for dolphins. We had a blast!

Great cottage

The cottage was exactly as described in proximity to Cocoa Village, etc., felt safe, was very clean and well decorated. Much attention was paid to detail, and the coffee pot worked well. The bathroom was high-end and spacious, and the office area was neat. Highly recommend.

A quaint place in Cocoa, FL

This is a cozy, retro kind of place located in a secluded neighborhood next to the Indian River in Cocoa. The home has been carefully restored with some modern conveniences but still retaining its 1920’s character. It is a separate cabin not connected to another structure so it was very quiet and restful.

Amazing place to stay!

The property is clean and cute and super comfy. Plenty of shopping/groceries close by. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. Access to a private dock was super handy and we used it quite a bit. 15 minutes to the beaches. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. My wife and i will absolutely be booking here in the future.
