This was the most unbelievable stay. The staff was warm and welcoming and even suggested a dinner on the beach for our last night. The group had everything we needed at all times and if we forgot something we immediately had it within the hour. The place was beautiful and clean, with the most stunning views. 10/10 highly recommend to all!

Incredible Home, Top-Tier Service – Highly Recommend

We stayed here for my cousin’s bachelor party with 13 guys in our 30s, and the experience couldn’t have been better. The house itself is fantastic—beautiful, spacious, and easily accommodated our group without ever feeling crowded. It was the perfect home base for a fun and relaxing weekend.The staff was truly top-notch. Alejandra and Gerardo were amazing—helping us coordinate everything from ATV tours to in-house massages, airport transfers, and more. The concierge service made planning effortless, and everything ran smoothly thanks to their support.The chef service was another major highlight. The meals were delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and they remembered everyone’s dietary restrictions and allergies without a hitch.Steve, the property manager, was incredibly communicative and made everything from check-in to check-out feel seamless. The house was also impeccably maintained—clean, comfortable, and ready for us to enjoy from the moment we arrived.Couldn’t recommend this property and team more highly for a group trip to PV.

We celebrated a 40th birthday here. The house is large and has everything you need. The staff and quality of the experience is amazing. Excellent food, excellent service. The House has everything you could need. We didnt want to leave!

Great place

My family loved staying here. Plenty of space for the 8 of us. Staff was amazing. I would recommend using the chef services for sure. Very convenient also loved the other staff as well as our drivers. Alejandra was always in close contact and there’s always staff available. They’re all very kind and nice and made for a very memorable stay.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We were a group of 10 ranging from 20-63. We prefer places that have a kitchen and large gathering area to booking multiple rooms at hotels. This was the perfect spot for us! The house is large and has an enormous common area with an automatic 60 foot sliding door that completely opens to the infinity pool and beautiful view of the ocean beyond. There is a circular table that accomodates up to 12 guests. There's a large seating area in the common room and plenty of seating out by the beautiful pool and hot tub. The service was outstanding. The first night we were there we had an urgent medical issue and had to go to the ER. They staff showed up at the hospital (3 of them) to assist us. The food was wonderful. They made up the rooms every day and kept the house sparkling clean. The location is very private and secure. It's about a 10-20 minute drive to town depending on traffic. Most of us spent most of the time relaxing at the house, but others went into town, golfed, went sailing, and enjoyed the botanical gardens. So relaxing and enjoyable. Could not have been better!

Best family vacation ever!

3 families, with several kids aged 2-11, all had a FANTASTIC time. House is just like photos and staff were all truly phenomenal. The hospitality was fantastic and cannot say enough positive things about Mr. Toshiba, chef Ivan, Gerardo and Mary. They made this a true VACATION for adults and not just a trip with our kids. Location is great to easily catch bus into town or up the coast for adventures. Love everything about this property. Highly recommend!

WE NEVER WANTED TO LEAVE!!!!

I had been to this villa for a bachelorette party last year, and decided to book it for my family. I planned a birthday celebration for my mother's 60th birthday at the Villa. Everything was perfect. More than perfect. My family is still talking about it today. The pictures of the Villa don't really give the house justice. I mean its breathtaking. Every part of it. It was clean, and had every amenity to make of stay carefree. The staff is worth their weight in gold. They made our stay at the villa one to remember. Alejandra the villa concierge is so incredibly helpful. She helped me plan the best birthday for my mom and I am just so happy that I was able to give my mom a birthday that she just wont stop talking about. Lastly the chef services.. the food was incredible.. Honestly I can go on and on about this Villa, but I just want to end it by saying how much I truly loved this villa and the beautiful memories it has given us. We will definitely return.

Beautiful Villa

We planned to celebrate 2 of our friends’ birthdays in PV and couldn’t have asked for a better place to gather! The villa is beautiful overlooking the ocean. Rooms are spacious with a bathroom for each room. The staff was exceptional and attentive to our needs.

AMAZING STAY!!!

Hosted my sister’s bachelorette here and it was nothing short of amazing! Would definitely recommend and come back to do it all over again. The staff is SO NICE and go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and having fun! The FOOD WAS SO TASTY and life saving!

Absolute Paradise!

We had a fabulous experience. Everyone cried yesterday when we had to leave. The house, the pool, and the surroundings were all so beautiful. The staff made our stay perfect. Alejandra had everything working like clockwork. The vans were right on time for every excursion. The food and drinks were out of this world. By the end of the week everyone felt like family. Best stay in Mexico, guaranteed.

We held our annual family trip this year at La Mansion. We have been to Mexico and to PV many, many times. This stay was easily our best ever. The pictures capture the beauty and cleanliness of the home perfectly. The location is great because you are just outside the city, yet a cab ride gets you there in 10 minutes. And the cab is usually found at the top of the driveway! However, all of this pales to the team that awaits you when you arrive. There isn’t a need or want that goes unattended…always with a smile. Aly sets it up and Gerardo and his team brings it home. We will be coming back again and again. Thanks to all of you at Villa La Mansion!

Wonderful experience!

We chose the Villa La Mansion for our 5-day family reunion because of its charming pictures, beautiful location, and ability to accommodate so many persons. From the time of our friendly arrival, our stay was even more than we could have hoped for! Although we scheduled a few outings to explore Puerto Vallarta, we always found ourselves looking forward to returning to the Villa, where we could relax in the sun and enjoy the pool, soak in the lovely vista, and eat delicious meals prepared by Chef Ivan and graciously served by Alfredo. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Gerardo, who answered our numerous questions, and Alejandra, who helped us arrange and navigate our vacation. Thanks, too, to Alondra and Mary who made for a welcoming stay. I can’t imagine a better setting for our family gathering, as we left with wonderful, lasting memories.

Great House and Staff

We enjoyed our stay. The staff is very accommodating. It was nice to be able to work with staff to plan all meals and entertainment for you if needed. I would say the only drawback is some of the rooms are located in unusual locations of the house, so the house was smaller than expected. I would say maximum 12 people can fit comfortably.

2nd time didn’t disappoint

This was our second stay at Villa last mansion and the second time was as good as the first. The house is stunning and even better than the pictures. But what really stole the show was the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a relaxing and enjoyable time. They were incredibly kind and generous. The food was also amazing. The only downside is that it’s hard to get into the ocean as it’s very rocky. But that in no way impacted our experience. We hope to be back very soon.

Family and friends

Property has a great view of Banderas Bay, town and the mountains. Staff is amazing( Gerardo, Alejandra, Chef Ivan and Alondra, Alfredo and Mary. House is well maintain and very clean. Alejandra and her team will make you feel VIP. We had a great time. Thank you Alejandra for coordinating everything for us. You are amazing.

Amazing Weekend in Paradise

If you are considering booking this property, do it. My husband and I planned a weekend away with friends and this property was amazing. We did not leave the house expect to walk across the street to an amazing hike that takes you to a waterfall (which you can swim in). Not only is the house stunning and exactly like the pictures, the staff was truly amazing. We paid for addition chef services (lunch + dinner) and the food was delicious. Plus, Alfredo was our waiter and had the table beautifully set for each meal. He also delivered our food, made sure we had something to drink, and allowed us to just relax. He also made drinks for us during the day and ensured that our stay was wonderful. Gerardo the house manager was also fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, such as helping us to get the TV set up so that we could watch soccer. Alejandra (concierge) and Traci (owner) were also top-notch. They were incredibly responsive, often within the hour, which reduced a ton of the stress of travel. I cannot say enough good things about this property. In fact, we have booked another weekend there because we loved it so much.

Amazing Stay

Wonderful property

We stayed here in early August 2023, 7 adults 4 kids, stayed for 6 nights. Plenty of room for all and more. Pool is incredible. Kitchen is fully stocked and has plenty of items for entertaining a group. Staff was kind and accommodating, Alfredo is the best and made extra snacks and drinks for the kids. Thanks for the accommodations and hospitality.

Beautiful home!

The best house for a large party! It fit all of my friends and I so comfortably and the house staff were amazing! We had the best weekend here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a VRBO in Puerto Vallarta.

Best house EVER

Had the most amazing stay for my bachelorette weekend. The house was nothing short of amazing, and the staff was just spectacular. They were so friendly and made our stay even better! I can’t wait to return one day. Thank you for everything!

Epic Family Vacation

A dream come true, it was an amazing trip that all 17 of us will never forget. Everyone at the La Mansion was amazing, they truly go above and beyond! From the moment we stepped into the house and stepped out we felt so special. Highly recommend if you want a holiday of a lifetime!!

We purchased this property in October 2018 and we are excited to start this new business. We have been coming to PV for many years and fell in love with the city and its people almost immediately. We purchased a condo in the Marina in 2009 and have loved owning a property here. We decided it was time to make a bigger commitment to a home that we could enjoy with our family and friends for many years to come. When we purchased Villa La Mansion, we immediately began working to help the already beautiful home reach its full potential. We purchased all new beds, linens, and towels and made sure the kitchen was fully stocked for our guests. We are in the process of adding our personal touch to the home with the purchase of new decor and furniture to help the home really shine!

We love the spacious feel of the villa. The rooms are large and spread out so there is plenty of privacy for our guests. The view is absolutely unbelievable!

This home has the largest ocean front presence on the bay, with it's own private beach and large heated swimming pool.
