Great house in quiet area.

Wonderful house, not quite the 30 min to the Redmond fairgrounds/airport as advertised. (Closer to 45). But overall it was a great experience!

Great Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was the perfect house for our large family. The kitchen was well furnished and the only thing is lacked was an ice cream scoop! The AC for the middle upstairs bedrooms needs to be checked as those rooms were quite warm even with the AC on. We enjoyed the big back deck.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is amazing. Love it, it's big and has lots of rooms. You get loss in it cause it's so big. We had 4 families stay and no one felt like they were on top of each other. Kids had their space and the adults had theirs. We had great time. We will rent this house again.

Christmas at the ranch

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Glaze meadow 167 is the most beautiful home we have stayed at. Our family has been coming to black butte ranch for 4 years now for our Christmas and each time we stay in a different house. This house is the one. All of us agreed we will come back to this house. The floor plan is perfect for large families, starting with the kitchen, updated and well stocked. The only suggestion I have is we needed smaller serving bowls. The dining nook was perfect for the kids and the large dining room table fit us perfectly. The main floor bunk bed room/playroom was great for the kids to play in and have their own tv. All the bedrooms (4 Queen beds, 1 king master, upstairs bunk bed room) were all nicely furnished and positioned to where everyone had privacy. All the bathrooms are updated and beautiful. We were very happy with this house!! Very clean, and comfortable. Also, for a house this large the heating system kept the house evenly heated. The only things it’s missing is board games and a hot tub. 😁 the property management team was awesome to work with.

A delightful stay in a delightful location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had four families from the four corners of the US join us in Black Butte for a week of catching up and meeting new spouses and kids. The house accommodated us with room to spare! There was plenty space for adults to gather around the fire or complete a puzzle at the game table while the kids played in the yard or one of the many gather spaces around the house. The kids loved the pool and feeding carrots to the horses. We all vowed to return again soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is great for large groups like our extended family. The absolute best part is the view from the deck. We've stayed in this house before, and happily found the kitchen better equipped than before, and with plenty of essential supplies like paper towels and dish soap, etc. Dave from the Realty Group was responsive and helpful.

A Wonderful Respite & Stunning Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were here for a business retreat and the house was perfect; I could easily see coming back with another family or two for a holiday. The house was very well-appointed. The bedrooms were quite comfy and there were plenty of hang-out and meeting spaces. The view out the back was stunning. The kitchen had all that we needed to cook all our meals. Communication with the property manager was fantastic - he was very easy to work with and when I accidentally left something behind his team found it and made sure I got it back.

Lovely weekend away

Location was excellent. Backyard was spacious, and the swing was a hit with the kids. Kitchen: dishwasher was rickety, but functional; ovens were small, which was only a problem because we were feeding a large crew. One of the ovens was difficult to program, as the knob was a bit finicky. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Pictures advertised 2 rooms of 6-bunks each. However, when we arrived, all of the top bunks (4 beds in all) were marked as unusable, and had no bedding on them. I can see why (safety), but the kids were disappointed. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Absolutely loved!

This house was perfect for our family get away! We had more then enough rooms and beds for all 8 kids and 5 adults with two bedrooms to spare. The pool table was the highlight of everyone's entertainment and laughter. The pond in the back was fun for the kids to throw rocks and find salamanders. The house was very clean and relaxing. It could use an ice-cream scooper, kid plastic kitchen ware, a new fireplace lighter and also the handle on the door would fall off. ( downstairs bunkbed room off the garage side:) Other then that it had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend. The pool and activities around the ranch was exciting to enjoy. We found out that if you are planning on doing horseback riding, to book that 6 days in advance. It didn't ruin our trip, we still enjoyed petting them and swimming in the pool. The bike locked up in the garage was a little tease but the kids enjoyed pretending to drive it and have fun. We did have to cut our stay short by one night because of a snow storm coming in the mountains and we didn't have chains. That was very sad since the place was very enjoyable but it was better to be safe then sorry. We highly recommend this place to stay for anyone who wants to bring your family or friends to. Thank You for letting us stay in this amazing home!
