Horrifying Customer Service | Massive Construction Next To Unit

The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

When I reached out to Coastal Vacation Rentals find a positive solution to the onslaught of construction all around this property that they failed to disclose prior to my booking, I was met with absolute shocking responses from Kenderick, who blamed me for renting it, called me a con-woman (and worse), send staff to "check on the property" and ENTERED the unit I was renting WITHOUT NOTICE which is an absolute breach of housing law let alone privacy, and he even threatened to sit outside the unit in his car the morning of my scheduled check out. When I finally was able to connect with Erin, the owner, I felt massive relief as she apologized and seemed eager to make things right. However that is until Kenderick infected her with his lies, conspiring a deluded belief of who I am based on my public personality and spinning a fantastical web of insult, smear, and a twisted fixation on me that didn't allow for any positive resolution to this unfortunate and deeply distressing situation. I will never use this company again, and I strongly advise the same to anyone reading this.
