Listing is clearly done by AI. Property is in dire need of updating. Positive points: kitchen and towels were well stocked; location is good, close to grocery store and other amenities, not in center of town, but walking is fine for us; Felipe (property manager) was on site most of the time and was very helpful; security was good; Not-so-positive points: Listing said cleaning weekly, but on arrival we were told you only get housekeeping on 2 week stays (we were 10 days); Gardens could use some upkeep. Unit interior was not kept up, cabinets were not in good shape; minuscule bugs on the kitchen counters, had to make sure we didn't leave any kind of food crumbs, but they were there regardless; our unit was nothing like what was pictured on the site; there was a broken toilet and bricks, etc. piled outside the front gate, not a welcoming site.All in all not a good stay and was definitely the worst part of our trip, we made the best of it after all we were on holidays--sunshine and palm trees!!
