Oceanfront Condo m / 2 puljer, fantastisk udsigt - øjeblikkelig adgang til stranden!

Oceanfront 1. sal Condo Oasis kun få skridt fra sandstranden. Denne condo er placeret på The Place at Beach III-enhed 1E beliggende på ønskeligt Shore Drive i Myrtle Beach. Vælg denne praktiske for nylig opdaterede condo på første sal med nyere laminatgulve overalt. Fuldt applianced køkken med nyere apparater og køkken nødvendigheder, morgenmad bar plus spiseplads med bord. Køkken åbner for en behagelig, strandagtig fornemmelse Great Room med 55 tommer tv med kabel, aircondition og loftsventilator. Enestående udsigt over stranden fra første sal balkon med fire stole og et bord. Frisk og ren soveværelse med queensize-seng sammen med dobbelt skabe, aircondition og fuldt bad med brusekabine. Andet soveværelse med to enkeltsenge, loftsventilator, dobbelt skabe og et tv. Andet komplet bad placeret i gangen med badekar / bruser. Der er også en sovesofa i alrummet. Rene, nye sengetæpper og puder leveres. Linnedstjenester er tilgængelige efter anmodning mod et ekstra gebyr. Strandstole leveres til brug & returnering. Vaskeanlæg ligger kun få skridt fra enheden. Der er to puljer at vælge imellem med denne enhed, nyligt installerede kulgriller og picnicborde. Enheden er inden for gåafstand til den berømte Ocean Annies udendørs bar med live musik. Apache-molen med mad, spillerum og fiskeri ligger kun en kort gåtur væk, og på tværs af gaden ligger Flip Flops Bar and Grill.

Turistattraktioner inkluderer voksmuseet, Pirates Voyage, Carolina Opry, flere minigolfbaner, Comedy Club og mange andre attraktioner, der kan gøre din feriehukommelse. Hvis du kan lide at shoppe ... tæt på er The Tangier Outlet Mall, Barefoot Landing og Broadway at the Beach.

HOA tillader ikke kæledyr, trailere eller motorcykler på stedet. Maks 6 gæster i lejligheden. Udlejning vil kun være lørdag til lørdag i premiersæsonen. Indtjekning er kl. 15:00 - udtjekning er 11:00.

Beautiful beach view. Coffee on porch every morning. The condo was beautiful and very clean. Loved the furnishings.

Wonderful place

Very clean place and friendly owners.Linen service was very convenient. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook. Couches were comfortable. Location on first floow was very convenient to the beach and the parking lot.

Great condo!!!!

Great condo and first floor access which is game changer for loading and unloading the car. Condo was up to date and clean and everything you need to stay was in there and beds were comfortable and the keyless entry was also great not having to carry a key around. Definitely would recommend this condo and the owners communicated great!!!

Great location and responsive host!

We had a lovely time at this property. It was beautifully appointed and just steps from the beach. I was pleased to see how well the kitchen was equipped! Everything we needed to prepare meals was there, along with beautiful dishes and substantial silverware. That may sound like a weird thing to comment on, but many places I've stayed in the past have cheap everything. That was not the case here. It felt like a home away from home. We also appreciated how responsive Jimmy was to any questions we had. We will definitely stay again!

Great myrtle beach Condo

This 2 BR condo has been updated and is in excellent condition. On the beach, and close to Ocean Annies if you want a little more activity. Owner was very friendly answering any questions we had.

We'll be back!

This was our 5th time to Myrtle Beach, 3rd time staying at A Place at the Beach III, and the first time in this particular condo. It's clean, very nicely decorated, and is very well-stocked. Super close access to the beach and pool, and Jimmy was wonderful to work with! We will DEFINITELY rent this condo again!!

Our favorite vacation location

Comfortable, some nice upgrades to the unit, very responsive owners:) We vacation at this location every year and have stayed in multiple units. This was definitely one of the nicer ones! Location can’t be beat!

Loved it! Would certainly return!

We had a wonderful time! The location is perfect especially since our plan was to spend most of the time at the beach. What we loved: >Location! It's literary on the beach! We mainly went for the beach so we did not explore food or entertainment establishments. We did see though that there are several close by so there's a lot to do for everyone. >Beautifuly decorated! It's a great condo, updated and overall a wonderful place to stay. >Helpful hosts: They communicated whenever we had questions. >Everthing you need for the beach: Chairs, bags, toys, umbrellas etc are available for use. >Quiet place: This was important to us with having younger kids who could be kept awake with noise. We loved how quiet it was! Tips: >Though the property has a main gate entrance with three buildings inside, the numerical part of the address you are given corresponds to the building, not the property. The GPS was a little confused and had us turn too early so it took us to the furthest building which has identical unit numbers but has a different "address". >Family room has sliding glass doors with sheer curtains. Beautiful light during the day but at night the family room and kitchen can be clearly seen. We realized that on the last night of our stay while sitting on the balcony. Bring darker curtains if privacy is a concern for you, which we plan to do the next opportunity we have to stay there. If you have kids, darker curtains will also help with naps/night time as the property is well-lit, which is great for security. >Motorcycles are "not permitted", but owners can have motorcycles. Though we encountered a few in the parking lot, the location of the unit (away from parking lot) is perfect so no noise came through. >Bring quarters! That was our only reason for a trip to the store. It's the first time we rented a place with an external laundry room so we made an assumption that the laundry room had open machines for guests. >If you have kids, bring disposable everything for the kitchen. With a 10am checkout you may not have time to do breakfast and also rely on running the dishwasher with enough time to empty it. Overall, it was a great stay! If we do have an opportunity to go back to Myrtle Beach, we'll be sure to contact the Merlos. :)

Perfect place at the beach

We rented this beautifully decorated and comfortable property for a few days at the beach. The check-in process is very simple and the owners of the property were easy to communicate with and very responsive. The property location is ideal - steps from the beach, a pool and grills. Shops are also a short 5 minute drive away. We would stay here again.

All over excellent stay!

Jimmy was very friendly and communicative! The condo is very well stocked with kitchen appliances, toys for the beach, chairs, etc. Great location on the first floor, few steps to the beach. Condo is updated and furnished beautifully. We had a great time and will be back!!!

Beautiful Condo, great location

This is one of the most comfortable, beautifully decorated condos I have stayed at. I love the location and it’s right on the beach and on first floor. View is beautiful. Jimmy and Erica were beyond helpful and amazing to work with. This will forever be my place to stay at! Thanks for everything!!!!!

Quick trip to escape

I cannot say enough great things about this condo! This was a last minute trip and couldn't have picked a better place to stay! Location was amazing... Super clean and updated.. Fully stocked.... Communication with Jimmy was instant... No need to look any further! You will not be disappointed! Definitely will be renting again, hopefully sooner than later!

The condo is perfectly located for both the pool and the beach. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. The condo was supplied to meet all of our needs and the owner was available before, during, and after our stay. It was a very pleasant week!!

Beautiful View!

We were EXTREMELY pleased to find the condo even more beautiful than the photos allowed. The immediate beach access was incredible for children and adults. What we recommend is if you are driving, bring your own linens. We rented them (being first timers) and it wasn't necessary, although convenient. The condo was VERY clean and fully stocked with everything you may need including an air fryer! We brought our own pots and pans for cooking and were delighted we didn't need to unpack them. Just the little things which make a HUGE difference. There was even Tupperware for left overs from the grill and spices for cooking! We just replenished what we used. The beach was truly right outside our door. We loved having access to the parking lot so close but the location did not create any additional noise from other vacationers. We could hear the ocean waves at night! We were on the beach by day and hitting local haunts by night. Recommended: Comedy Cabana! It was so much fun to have a drink and laugh all night. I highly recommend this condo! E.
