Magiske West End Rækkehus m / panoramatag Deck

Charmerende, fire-etagers Lilac Court rækkehus i West End i Provincetown. Perfekt beliggende på en stille gade nær Shankpainter Pond, men blot et par blokke gåtur i byen. Ende enhed har store vinduer på tre sider kigger ud på Provincetown Monument og en smuk gårdhave. Hver gæst soveværelse er på sin egen etage, med en lys-fyldt stue, køkken, spiseplads, og små dæk på øverste niveau. Over den øverste etage er en stor roofdeck med panoramaudsigt over Provincetown - fra Race Point til Provincetown Harbor. Deeded parkering og alt, hvad du kan tænke på er fastsat (apparater, stereoanlæg, gas grill, etc.) Huset er fuld af sjove kunstværker fra hele verden. Gæsterne fortæller mig, at de finder huset en meget magisk og specielt sted.

BEMÆRK: Alt er blevet gjort endnu smukkere i år med alle nye møbler og indretning. Helt nyt, ultra-quiet udlagt klimaanlæg er nu installeret i hvert værelse.

Lovely townhome on a quiet street but short walk to all the action of Commercial Street. Big bedrooms and well equipped. Would stay again. Nice view. Some nearby construction of a home with some noise starting at 8 am but not too disruptive.

Perfect Vacation

Rented with friends for a week. We had a wonderful time and loved the space.Had our own privacy, yet spent hours on the roof deck together.Lots of laughs and memories were made!

We had an amazing week in Ptown and enjoyed staying in the townhouse. It was very comfortable, nicely decorated and had lots of natural sunlight, and amazing views. The neighborhood was very quiet and a short walk to Commercial Street. The roof deck was the perfect spot to unwind. Jonathan was very responsive whenever we had questions. We will definitely return!

Very nice property and great host

We were visiting Ptown for July 4th week. This property is nicely located on the West side of town, which made it easy to access most of the things we came for, including the bars and restaurants, the beach and bicycling in the National Seashore. The property is very well equipped, with great documentation in every bedroom, and Jonathan was easy to reach and very helpful. The views from the roof deck are beautiful, and having each bedroom on a different floor added a nice level of privacy.

Beautiful End Unit Townhome

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean, there were plenty of windows due to it being an end unit so it let a good amount of natural light in the house and made it seem even more spacious, and the beds were comfortable!The updated bathrooms were also a nice characteristic of the home.If you don’t like steps, this property probably isn’t for you, but it was not a problem for anyone in my group.AC worked well, also.100% would recommend renting again for a group of 6.

Our stay at the WestEnd Townhome was fantastic. It was relatively close to Commercial Street and all the things we wanted to experience. It’s good to note that the property is 5 levels, so if you cannot manage stairs, it might be challenging. The kitchen was well equipped, the upper patio was lovely, the 3 bedrooms were perfect for our situation. We especially loved the beach chairs with the backpack straps and the Alexa speakers in every room. Jonathan was a wonderful host and kept in touch from the moment of booking, to pre arrival and checking in during our stay. The other great thing about this property is it is off the Main Street so it is very quiet at night, the grocery store is a 10 minute walk as are the bike rentals. We loved every minute. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you.

Beautiful Townhome and good location

This place was very well appointed. The top level living and kitchen area had great views of the area in addition to a nice rooftop deck. The owner was very good about communication, which we appreciated.

A wonderful property and Jonathan was a fantastic host. Great sized rooms and communal areas. The roof deck is superb. We especially appreciated how accommodating Jonathan was as we changed our bookings due to the pandemic.

Amazing Stay

This was a wonderful experience!!! A+ all around. Jonathan was excellent in communication and even let us check in early (not guaranteed just fyi). The house, the amenities, and location were prime. We plan on being return renters. 5/5 stars!!

Great west-end stay with an amazing view!

Location is great in the Westend, less than 10 minutes to Tea, 7-8 minutes to the Stop & Shop grocery store, and 15 minutes to centre of town. With luggage it is a bit of a hike from the ferry so recommend taking a taxi or Rick Shaw. We enjoyed having our own spaces all on separate floors. The basement room does not have a door. The rooftop view is stunning and great place to have a group dinner. It was nice having a washer/dryer to use. No shampoo/conditioner so be sure to bring your own!

Nice place to stay

If you don't like to walk and you can't do stairs, this is not the place for you. There are 12 stairs from the 1st floor to the 2nd and 12 stairs from there to the top floor which is where the living space is. The stairs were hard to take the first day and then got better the more we did them (free exercise). I didn't count the ones going down to the basement and the other bedroom nor the ones going up to the roof deck. You can walk to Commercial St. within minutes so the location is perfect. Everything you need is there in the townhouse. Jonathan is close by with any questions and is very helpful. You should plan to drive to the beaches if you are carrying lots of stuff. If not, a bike ride would do. I prefer Herring Cove because the water is warmer. If you rent within the next few months please be aware that there is no way to watch regular TV because the set up is a Roku. The wireless internet works perfectly. I really liked this place and would rent from Jonathan if I decide to go back to PTown. Thanks Jonathan!

Dachterrasse über Ptown

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 4 Erwachsenen, was für das Haus ideal war. Wir verbrachten eine schöne Zeit in Jonathans Haus. Vor allem die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight beim Sonnen und beim abendlichen Sundowner. Das Haus ist mit vielen echten Bildern und Kunst liebevoll dekoriert. Jonathan ist als Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar und kümmert sich um alle Anfragen. Da das Haus über 5 Stockwerke geht, ist es eher für sportliche Gäste gedacht. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer, wovon die oberen beiden lichtdurchflutet sind; das im Untergeschoss hat leider keine Aussicht. Das Haus verfügt in jedem Zimmer über eine Klimaanlage. Obwohl wir sehr drückend feuchte Tage hatten, konnte man es bei voll eingeschalter Trocknung in den Räumen gut aushalten. Das Basement war ohne eigene Zimmertür etwas schräg. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits vom Trubel, aber Commercial Street ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben gerne zuhause gekocht, was aufgrund der guten Ausstattung der Küche viel Spaß gemacht hat. Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder!

Perfect spot

My partner and I just returned from a fantastic 9 days in PTown that was made even better by Jonathan’s townhouse. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location that was no more than a 10 minute walk to all the amenities you could ask for, and with a beautiful rooftop patio that provides for stunning views of the whole area. If you’re looking for a place that provides some peace and quiet with easy access to Commercial, then this is a perfect spot. Jonathan was also a fantastic host, checked in with us regularly and had the place very well-appointed for whatever we needed. Hopefully we’ll get to come back again soon!

Great property and location

Our host was very responsive, and the unit was great! The bedroom on the bottom level didn’t have a door which was odd. The roof deck was lovely and had a great view. Very clean. Good WiFi.

Great Place in Perfect Location

The rental had plenty of room, great views, high-end finishes...all in a handy location. There are LOTS of stairs, so be forewarned if that's an issue for you. But this also offered a lot of separation of space to give everyone some privacy if wanted. And the owner is great about communicating and obviously cares about his guests. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful Property Gorgeous Location

Jonathan’s home is so lovely and perfectly located for a secluded, but close to everything, oasis on the west side. It is a vertically lined up home with 3 bedrooms one of each floor and a top floor kitchen / living room, and stair rooftop access with truly stunning views. Never before have I seen such beautiful ptown sunsets. And Jonathan was a stellar host in every way. Highly recommend staying here if you can book it.

Could not have been more perfect!

This was a perfect spot for our group of friends to have as the hub of our week in Provincetown. Not only is the townhouse fabulous with its roof deck, living space, and three separate sleeping spaces, but it is also an easy walk to the bustle of Commercial Street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jonathan was easily available for any questions we had, but frankly there was really no need to contact him as we had no issues with the house!

Excellent Accommodations in PTown

Jonathan was a fantastic host. The entire rental process from start to finish was superb and effortless. The house is kept in incredible condition and well furnished. The roof top is probably the feature that sold us on the listing the most and it did not disaappoint. Thank you for making our annual stay in Provincetown one to remember!

I have been traveling to Provincetown every summer since the year I was born. Provincetown and Cape Cod are very special to me. I feel unbelievably blessed to be able to have a home in such a beautiful, quiet location.

I looked at more than 30 properties over the course of 2 years.

What is really remarkable about this location is that you don't need a car—everything is within a short walk or bike ride. And yet, you also feel far away from everything. It's a very quiet Street and the condo is located close to Shankpainter Pond.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The condo is amazingly well designed for adults on vacation. Each guest (or couple) gets their own private floor of the building.

The living room, kitchen & dining area are on the top level, affording gorgeous views of the Provincetown Monument and Provincetown Harbor.

The most delightful surprise, though, is the expansive roof deck. Except when the foliage is in full bloom, you can see all the way to Race Point Beach in one direction; Shankpainter Pond in another; and Provincetown (and the Harbor) in another.
