Rummeligt og solrige familiehus på fantastisk "Turtle Beach". Laniakea har fem soveværelser, fire badeværelser og et fuldt udstyret køkken med to køleskabe - perfekt til store grupper! Et højdepunkt i hjemmet er den store oceanfront dæk, med masser af plads til spisning og lounging. Det er også det perfekte sted at planlægge en beach side massage! Andre faciliteter omfatter boblebad, udendørs bruser, grill, hængekøje, spillerum med poolbord, gated off street parkering, wi-fi, multiple vaskemaskine / tørretumbler og et fjernsyn i hvert soveværelse. - STRANDEN -
Den rummelige stranden gård fører til fantastiske Laniakea Beach. Miles lang, er denne strand berømt for havskildpadder, der elsker at svømme og solbade i området. Beautiful Home with all the amenities we needed for beach fun and a comfortable stay!Lovely kitchen, comfy bedrooms and plenty of living space for our 8 person trip.Close by markets to get groceries, restaurants for dining out and beach options other than your back yard if snorkeling etc.Sea turtles came up on our beach on a few days (we maintained healthy distances for their safety!) and geckos quickly became one of my favorite sites in the mornings! Only negative: On two separate occasions during our 7 day stay, our home lost water due to construction on the highway. It was repaired in 3-5 hours and there was not much the property management was able to do for us unfortunately! Apparently water main breaks and electrical issues happen frequently on the island.

North Shore stay on the beach was amazing! Water is of course a little rough at this time of year, but we loved watching the surfers and did get in and stayed close to shore. It was a great location for us because we love the North Shore. The house was clean and has all the appliances we needed. We had enough space for the 10 of us. Great location to Kualoa and PCC, and fishing excursion leaving from Haleiwa. We only went into Waikiki once for shopping and Dukes, that is the only time the traffic was bad for us. We snorkeled at Shark’s Cove and checked it the Waimea Beach. The Rental Company is good at checking on you during your stay to make sure, everything is going well. We had no issues with the property during our stay.

Very nice house on the beach. The kitchen had all the kitchen appliances we needed. The hot tub was nice. House was nice and cool. The house is on a busy street. It’s very hard to see the address especially at night. I did have to spray ant killer very often. Especially in the one bathroom. Overall the house was nice and it worked out for our family.

We have stayed at this property one time in the past, both times with a large group. This visit, the direct beach access was not available, and also not disclosed how dangerous the walk to the public beach access is. There were several small items during our visit that should not be things that happen when you are spending 1700 a night to stay somewhere. Attention to detail and cleaning should be prioritized especially with the fee that is charged for cleaning. Could leave a lot of details re stay but would rather just caution to look at all the small things and ask questions. We will be looking to spend our 25,000 elsewhere next year.
Walk to beach. Trees blocking way and usually there is a car parked there. Have to walk in Traffic to pass.

House set up was perfect for our family group! Beach view was beautiful. Kitchen area was spacious and loved the 2 refrigerators. Game room was a fun area plus having 2 washers and 2 dryers really made laundry go fast!! Drawbacks for us were the traffic getting in and out with a 15 passenger van and lizards in the garden bedroom. Otherwise we loved it here!

Can't beat the location!

The location is really outstanding. We visited in late July. While the traffic can pile up a bit due to the turtle viewing traffic it was not too bad and the proximity to Haleiwa was a bonus. Of course being right on "turtle beach" was excellent. With numerous turtles feeding right in front of the house on numerous occasions. The main crowds of viewers stay way down the beach which was great.Be aware that the beach does tend to disappear later in the summer but we just had to walk 30 yards or so down the beach to get in and out of the water or sit on the sand.The house itself was very well stocked with most everything you could need including an abundance of beach towels. Unfortunately there is really not much beach gear such as umbrellas, boogie boards or snorkel gear but that was really not too big a deal for our group (6 adults and 2 teens).We did struggle a bit with the main gate since it had a lock box and keys and we did not manage them as well as we could have :-) In order to access the property they had 4 different codes that needed to be used as well as dealing with a padlock on the main driveway gate. It would sure be great if they could fix the automatic opener for the main gate and at least code all the keypads to use the same combination.All in all a great house in a magnificent location and everything was is very good condition.

Kitchen was Nice with plenty of Refrigerator space, plenty of seating in the living room and plenty of bedrooms for a large family staying together on a trip. While being asked to shower before using the Hot Tub we found glow sticks and sand in the Hot Tub itself. Beach was non existent, nothing like we expected from the pictures in the listing, making it disappointing after paying as much as we did to rent the place, and to not to be able to walk out and lay on the beach like we expected based on the pictures. Laundry facilities was great for a family with 2 washers and 2 dryers. Entering and leaving the rental was also very difficult with the traffic from the beach down the road and construction going on. Hopefully this gets better down the road when they are finished with the road construction. The Game room was nice, but too hot for us to enjoy after being out in the heat already all day but was a nice room off the main house. Landscaping was beautiful making for amazing pictures.

Lovely Beachfront Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our party of 4 adults and 3 kids had a very comfortable stay at this beautifully decorated and well equipped home! Everyone loved getting to play on the beach just steps away from our backyard and the outside showers made it so easy to rinse all the sand away before stepping back inside. Loved having our morning coffee on the back deck while watching the surfers and fishermen. When it came time for bed, hearing the waves crashing on the beach was also a great way to fall asleep! The house was equipped with just about everything you would need to prepare meals if you felt like cooking or BBQ’ing too. Thanks for the posts in the kitchen that sent us to the best luau we have been to and also to some very good places to eat in the sweet little town of Haleiwa. Our last day we all left wishing our stay could have been longer! I did take one star off the property’s general condition because the automatic gate for accessing the property was not currently working. We had to manually open and close it each time we came and left. Not so much a problem if the one strong man we had was around but for us 3 small women, it took all of our weight and effort to get the gate moving. It did, however, sound like this was a temporary issue that they were working on getting fixed. Don’t know how anyone would be disappointed with their stay in this beautiful home in such a great location!

A Beautiful House and Location to Make North Shore Memories

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 8 had a wonderful stay at this beach house. (Family with kids from 9-17 plus grandparents.) We would highly recommend it to others and we would stay here again. The house is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with kitchen tools. We were able to do all cooking and grilling easily. Having direct access to the beach was a dream- running out the back gate to hop right in the ocean, seeing the sunsets and getting to see turtles in the water every day was magical. The management company was great to work with and the staff they outsource to (housecleaner/handyman) are kind and helpful. From the hot tub, to the hammock, to the game room, the beautiful landscaping and backyard...the house had everything we needed to make memories that will last us a lifetime. (Note- our stay was in summer. North Shore beaches are very different in summer vs winter in terms of swimming and water safety.)

Perfect family-friendly beach retreat!

We had an incredible stay at this beach house! The location is absolutely perfect-steps from the beach with stunning ocean views and easy access to local spots like Haleiwa and yummy food trucks. The house itself was clean and bright, beautifully maintained and a great lay-out. Our family loved the beachy vibe and we can't wait to come back. The turtles were an extra bonus!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was as nice if not nicer in person. We asked them for help with a filter for one of the water pitchers as well as with a chip on the flooring that occurred and they were responsive including bringing a new water pitcher. Our other experiences with mgmt ie asking questions before stay and then after when a bag got inadvertently left were ok, not perfect. Anna on the phone could have put a better foot forward with a whatever it takes we’re to help you vibe than she did on the phone with my wife when at the airport departing we discovered my blind FIL had forgotten his personal bag and shipping would need to be arranged. The beach is beautiful, often calm enough during our late April stay for comfortable swimming near shore, and features sea turtles readily seen swimming just feet off shore. The stairs to the beach were more readily navigable by our crowd including five 60-70 year olds than we’d worried. Traffic does build on the road just behind the house but only really slowed us twice in a week. Mostly we felt special getting to pull off into the private gated driveway on this prime strip. Would highly recommend.

Wedding trip 3/15-23/2025

Excellent stay and great location. We came for our son and his new bride’s wedding. Had ages from 81-20 and everyone enjoyed the location. The outdoor shower was (surprisingly) my favorite. Really appreciated 2 washer and dryers. Beautiful sunsets and enjoyed watching the surfers all day. We’re lucky to see a few whales and sea turtles. Management was responsive to two minor questions. Thank you for a great location for our family.

Relaxing space with room to spread out

Surprising quiet considering the house is close to the major roadway. The wonderful sounds of the ocean block out the traffic’s noise!! My husband and I spent most of our down-time relaxing on the large back patio overlooking the ocean. I slept in the hammock, under the stars on my second night, which was lovely. My husband was happy with all of the televisions. Pretty easy to figure out the remote controls. I found it very helpful to have labels on light switches, remotes, cabinets, etc.Next time we will bring our adult daughters and their friends!!

Stunning Views of the Ocean, Surfers and Turtles

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had an incredibly memorable stay at this North Shore home. The view from the backyard porch was the star of the show. The day we first arrived we could see a family of turtles swimming in the ocean, little did we know that seeing 5-10 turtles a day would become a common occurrence. We had three small children in our party and they loved seeing all the animals from manta rays in the water to cute green geckos speckled in the yard. Throughout our stay we also saw many talented surfers enjoying the waves; it was very cool to see. As for the inside, the layout of the home was very intuitive and flowed well for a large party. An unexpected highlight was the king-sized daybed in the living room. It quickly became a family favorite where we would chat, relax, and even enjoy movies. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies and the double fridge was a great touch. I appreciated how clean the home was and it was easy to keep clean with all the in-home cleaning supplies. As a family, we went down the ocean daily. We all loved having direct access the the sand and we were sure to take full advantage of it! With that said, this is the only category I gave four stars due to safety. The beach access is convenient but it’s not easy to utilize. The stairs are steep and we had to use ropes to climb up and down. For the first couple of days, this was hardly an issue but overnight one high tide managed to sweep away a large portion of the sand leading to the ocean and our slight slope down the beach turned into a steep climb. All this to say, you would want to be able-bodied and relatively strong to take advantage of this beach access. A couple of honorable mentions that I didn’t state earlier would be the beautiful green lawn, the perfectly placed hot tub for sunset views, and the amazing outdoor shower! Stocked with everything we might have needed during our stay(soaps, cooking utensils, beach towels, etc) The beach access from the house could be a little challenging at times due to erosion from waves, but you can walk 2 houses down and use the public access. Beach was beautiful, lots of sea turtles.Easy drive to food trucks/ restaurants.Hawaii Beach homes was easy to work with, great directions and customer service. The Hospitality App that they use was very informative and had lots of recommendations for the area(activities, restaurants, bike rentals plus much more)

Great family vacation house

Magical Beach Vacation

The space was clean, beautiful decorated and fully stocked with everything we needed. We had plenty of space in the home and private beach access. Not sure it gets much better than that! There’s an outdoor shower with warm water to clean off every time your back from the beach. The kids loved playing ping-pong and foosball out in the Playhouse. It was really convenient to have two washers and two dryers as well as two refrigerators and freezers. The host was always very kind and prompt to respond. I definitely give this stay a five out of five and would happily go back again. Thanks for everything!

A Little Piece of Paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented the Hawaiian beach house for my family as my birthday celebration. We all looked forward to our trip and hoped that the online pictures truly reflected what we had rented. We were not disappointed;the house was stunning! We totally took advantage of being steps from the beach and having a hot tub readily available. I won't restate everything mentioned in the rental description, but it is all there - the sea turtles, the sunset views, the beautiful beach, the house amenities. We also took advantage of all the places/activities close to us (waterfall, luau, food trucks/restaurants, hiking trails, etc.) as well as driving towards the Honolulu area to view other sites. The 30 mile trek to Costco, Sam's Club, or Walmart is worth it to stock up for your stay. The house was clean and well-equipped. You can even enjoy the game room while doing laundry in the TWO washers and dryers! The decor and attention to detail added to our enjoyment. Our visit will be a lifetime memory for my entire family. Given the opportunity, we would not hesitate to stay here again!!
