We had a great stay. The check in process was easy and Xavier organized parking close the apartment. The views were amazing and we spend the best times cooking and eating overlooking Val Claret. Access to the lifts was less than a minute and depending on how you got down from the mountains you could ski almost to the front door. We loved every minute of our stay.

great ski week in Tignes

We had a wonderful week in Tignes, Great location for skiing with direct access to the slopes. The host was very friendly and helpful! We come back if possible

Top apartment and top host

The apartment was super convenient, extremely nice, and Xavier was an incredible host. Very proactive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. We stayed at several apartments on a multi-week trip and Xavier and his apartment were by far the best.

Beautiful modern apartment in Val Claret

Myself & family have just returned from a weeks stay at this beautiful modern, well equipped apartment in the centre of Val Claret. Xavier the owner sent a brochure of the area before we arrived which was very useful, he was so communicative & informative before & during our stay! Would recommend this 5* apartment & we will definitely stay here again when we return to Tignes.

Wonderful apartment and great host

We really enjoyed our stay in Tignes Val Claret. Will definitely be back. Thanks! The view from the balconies is awesome. The apartment was really clean and modern. The brochure was helpful and restaurant recommendations were great. Thank you!

Top quality apartment and service

There are lengthy positive reviews and descriptions already on this property which I unreservedly echo so I will keep this short. The property is excellent in all respects and the service and communication from Xavier was outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing

This apartment has it all…. Great location, great specification and a great host. My first time in Val Claret, but absolutely won’t by my last. Family of 6 with children ranging from 6-14 and it worked a dream. Thank you Xavier.

The flat is perfect for a ski holiday in Tignes Val Claret. it's got a great location for ski in/out and proximity to shops and restaurants. It's been very nicely decorated, there is everything you need to cook a nice dinner, including raclette and fondue sets. I like the speakers in all the rooms. It's got great balconies with beautiful views on the mountains and all the action happening in the resort.

Great family holiday in Val Claret

Great experience and great apartment. Xavier was exceptionally communicative, both before and during the stay. The apartment was extremely well-appointed and was a good layout for a family or small group. You have a view of and easy access to the lifts, restaurants and grocery next to the building. Would definitely recommend.

Beyond our expectations

This condo in Tignes was beyond our expectations. From the spectacular views, to the great decor of the entire place. Every detail was thought of. It is centrally located in Tignes. Close walking distance to many services and great restaurants. There’s a very well appointed kitchen with all the appliances, dishes and cutlery you could ask for. The Sonos sound system and flat screen TVs in every room are wonderful. Xavier, the owner, was very quick and helpful in all of our communications. It is obvious that much time and care was put into this condo. I would will definitely stay at this lovely place during my next trip to beautiful Tignes.

Well located, well furnished, clean and comfortable apartment.

The apartment is located in a very central location. Within 100m, you will find lots of good restaurants, a supermarket, cheese shop, bakery, bars and sport shops. The nearest ski lift, Tufs (about 70m) away, will connect you to many parts of the mountain. The funicular to Grande Motte is about 300m away, skiable most of the way.Prior to my arrival, host Xavier, communicated with me regarding check in procedures. He provided a comprehensive brouchure recommending restaurants, bars and even where to park. Xavier also checked in during my stay to make sure everything is ok with the apartment.The apartment was clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped that you can easily cook a meal for the family. There were many pots and pans of various sizes provided to make cooking easy. The apartment is located on the 7th floor, so the views are awesome. So if you are feeling lazy for the day, it is a wonderful way to just chill in the apartment and enjoy music through the superb sound system throughout the apartment. Spotify was provided. Do note that while there are 2 bathrooms, there is only 1 WC. So good co-operation needed. I highly recommend this apartment. It will be top of my list when I return to Val Claret.

More of 3* and 1 toilet

Communication with owner is easy and he's very responsive. Unfortunately I did not read too much into this accommodation as it was advertise as 5*. No way. Is located in an odd hidden building, lift is slow and feels like you're in a run down old place once you reach level 7. Upon entering the place, musty smell greeted us and the layout of the place is weird. The Master bedroom has a tiny bathroom but there is only 1 small toilet located nearer to another room. The Master bathroom you can't use it to shower, as water will splash out. While the other bathroom, you've to climb into the bathtub which is very slippery. Washing machine is located inside the Master bedroom and you can't shut the door once it starts as the washing machine is width is too wide for the door. The washing machine dryer is non-existent, can forget about it. Luckily things dry fast here. As we came during summer where NOTHING is open, literally nothing. There're two supermarket which is ~ 2km away. Highlight of the place is it is very easy to get to all the hiking trails and practice your bike skills for competition event. Also owner is very kind to give me passes to access the gym, swimming pool and spa of a very nice sports center which is opposite the supermarket, though ~ 2km walk but a lovely walk with great scenery. We paid ~ USD 2.7K for 8 night stay and decided to check out after 5 nights as husband can't practice his bike properly without the chair lift operating.

Dear Shan, I am sorry that you did not appreciate Tignes to the extent most people do. Actually, in nearly 10 years of renting this apartment you are the first one not to rate it 5*. Look, as we already discussed, I think there is a cultural gap between what you expected coming from Singapore, and what exists in the French Alps. YOU chose to come on June 23 to train for a sport event early July, I DID let you know many times that summer holidays start later in France, and we discussed in detail which shop would be closed or open so early in the summer, this was your choice so I find it difficult to complain about it. Had you come in July / August or in winter, your experience would have been very different. As for the rapidity of the lifts, or the fact that you « have to climb into the bathtub », I don’t know what to say. When you have a bathtub, obviously you have to raise your legs to get into it, but given that you came to Tignes to train for a sport event I did not expect that to be a problem for you. Most clients really appreciate to have a proper (large) bathtub in winter. Plus there is already a shower in the other bathroom. And yes, there is only one toilet in the apartment, but you had two bathrooms, two fridges, three UHD TVs, three iPads, three balconies, so at the end of the day it is a matter of seeing life glass half full or half empty. I am sorry I could not do more so that you have a more pleasant stay.

Nous avons passé un super séjour au sein de cet appartement parfaitement situé au pied des pistes et proche des commerces et restaurants. Jolie vue sur les pistes et la station, parfaitement équipé et décoré avec goût, emplacement idéal pour profiter de Val-Claret. Merci à Xavier pour son accompagnement et sa disponibilité pour faire en sorte que notre séjour soit parfait! Nous avons hâte de pouvoir y retourner et recommandons chaudement.

Nous avons découvert et apprécié la station de Tignes L'appartement est très agréqble et très bien situé. Le propriétaire organise et accompagne très bien (brochure avec indications sur séjour : restaurants......)

Location correspondant à la description

Très bel Appartement idéalement situé, au pied des pistes. Le propriétaire se rend disponible, très soucieux du bien être des locataires. Appartement lumineux, avec une très belle vue, bien insonorisé. Pratique lorsqu’on est plusieurs. Propre et bien équipé. La literie est confortable. Nous avons passé une super semaine à Tignes. Parfait pour une semaine à la montagne

L appartement est bien placé pour le départ de cours de ski pour les enfants ( très peu à marcher avant de chausser les skis) Super déco ,appartement conforme aux photos , très bien équipé Bref très bonne semaine

Super appart .

Great location snd apartment, very modern and has everything you need for a fantastic week skiing.

Very easy snd helpful host. Any issues are resolved straight away. We had a issue with a light and it was fixed that day. Apartment is amazing with three balconies and two bedrooms. Will be booking again.

Magnifique séjour

Tout a été parfait. Un hôte très impliqué et à l’écoute de ses « invités ». Appartement génial pour son emplacement, son confort et sa jolie déco. De plus le soleil était au rendez-vous, bref une semaine de rêve ! À recommander !
