We spent a week in October 2026 in this lovely and well maintained and equipped condo. We had a few issues with the TV but not a major problem. The condo is lovely, and clean with comfortable furnishings and and a well equipped kitchen. The facility has a nice swimming pool and hot tub which we used and were the only users, a plus for us! ,The instructions for using equipment etc in condo were easy to follow and the location was perfect for us.

Beautiful, serene location!

The amenities and layout of this rental was so accommodating. Easy in and out, and having the pool across the way was so convenient. It was quiet and peaceful other than being on the 7th green, it was quite busy if you were trying to relax on the patio. We had a wonderful week!

May 2019 Visit

We spent a great week at the newly renovated condo. Very comfortable and well appointed unit right down to comfortable beds. The condo was very clean and bright. Great location near several golf courses that we enjoyed, along with great restaurants just a quick drive down the road to El Paseo. Pool just steps away from the unit with other pools available just a bit further. Property manager was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We would recommend the property and will plan to visit again.

Nice unit

Unit was nice and clean. Location on the tee of one of the golf course holes a slight negative vs other locations along the fairway. Some more amenities like soaps and shampoos would have been nice. Would consider booking again for a return trip.

Disappointing.

The most disappointing is that the sliding door in the master didn’t work. The shades in the family r room didn’t work. The outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. The umbrella and awning was busted outside. The place wasn’t very clean at all. The view was spectacular and the neighborhood was beautiful. Overall we will not be going back.

Dear Tami, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We truly value hearing from our guests, as it helps us improve the experience for future visitors. I’m sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the issues you mentioned, I’d like to clarify a few points. When you initially reached out about the shades in the family room, I promptly provided instructions for their use and offered to send a technician to assist if needed. As I did not hear back from you, I assumed the issue was resolved. Please know that I’m always available to address any concerns during your stay, and I regret that I didn’t have the opportunity to help further. As for the sliding door in the master bedroom, I apologize for the inconvenience. I was not made aware of this issue until your feedback, and I will ensure this is addressed immediately for future guests. Regarding the outdoor umbrella, it was fully operational upon your arrival but unfortunately was damaged during your stay. I’m happy to inform you that it has since been replaced. I sincerely appreciate your kind words about the view and the neighborhood. We take pride in maintaining a welcoming environment for all of our guests, and will continue to work on addressing the concerns you’ve raised, including cleanliness and furniture updates. I hope you’ll reconsider visiting again in the future. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. Warm regards, Kelli Owens Property Manager

Did not disappoint!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Monterey CC. And best of all was the place was exactly like the pictures in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils. The bed was the best mattress I have slept on in any vrbo. Our only disappointment is that it’s not available to rent for months.

Wonderful

Property manager was so responsive. Property is beautiful. My only minor complaint is that there is no privacy on the patio so you are always exposed to the neighbors and its hot in the afternoon but cannot use the awnings. Other than that it is perfect and would definitely go back.
