It was a beautiful house and property. The only reason we didn’t rate it at a 5 star was keeping the house at 74 degrees. My husband is an HVAC guy so we get it. The upstairs king bedroom was warm at night even with the box fans pointed right at our heads.

I am sorry to hear we missed a star. For your information, the house has separate a/c's upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs a/c is only 3 months old and we double checked, it is working perfectly well. We always recommend to contact our local management company, who are always happy to help you out. We are happy to read that you found the house beautiful.

When first arriving to the house, the cleaners were 30 mins into our check in time- we got to the house around 4:20ish and had to wait a bit on the road for them to leave, they seemed lovely and apologetic but considering it was past the check in point, we just wanted to get in.The house on first glance was lovely, exactly like the pictures and a very spacious house with a lot of things you’d need. The pool was lovely, great location. However, once we started actually using facilities is when we started noticing things- a lot of the cutlery / dinnerware were dirty, we’d have to quite literally dig around just to find something clean which was frustrating and considering the cleaning fee price, there shouldn’t have been that many. I’d understand maybe the odd one but majority of them had markings on or had stains from whatever was last on them. Outside, the flooring which leads to the pool area had a dead / squashed lizard alongside someone else’s hair- it wasn’t exactly pleasant to see. And some other stuff I’ll include in photos. We did enjoy our stay overall apart from the odd frustrations and you can’t beat the pool location- we sadly didn’t have the best weather so we didn’t get to use it much but nonetheless going to miss it.

thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear that the cleaning was not done up to our / your standard. Indeed, the check-out prior to your arrival was not very good and caused the slight delay in preparing the villa for you. A 7-Bedroom house is quite a lot of work and if cleaning needs longer than expected they can run a bit late. Fortunately, this rarely happens, but it did this time where by they run 20 minutes late. We are actioning the cleaning issue raised by yourself. The cutlery was clean, but as we just hear from our management company, quite stained due to hard water residue. We will be looking to replace these soon. Great to hear you had a good time after all. We do recommend that in these cases to contact the local management company immediately as they can correct these small matters very quickly.

Great family memories made here on Spring break! Our boys love this place because there is so much for them to do from swimming in the private pool, fishing in the lake, and basketball on the community court. We also enjoy our after dinner walks on the paved trail around the lake. The host is very receptive and very easy to deal with. Our family just loves this place!

We had a great stay here. Plenty of room for everyone and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a major plus! Pool was great for relaxing on slow days or after a day at Disney. Host and management company helped locate a toy that was left behind and are shipping. Great communication.

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Kissimmee at the beautiful home on Lake Berkeley. The house was spacious and the outdoor pool area was amazing! Our host Willem was accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process both before and during our stay. He always got back to us with any questions or concerns we had. My husband and I have stayed in other places in Kissimmee before and this has not always been the experience. We highly recommend this property and we look forward to coming back again. Pool area was great with nice view. We paid for pool heat and it did stay nice and warm. Overall house was nice. About half complained of their beds not being comfortable. Would stay here again especially if mattresses were replaced so there was no concern about that.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lakeside house! The area is very quiet with minimal noise from nearby neighbors. The park parking area next to the house was nice space to for additional parking as the driveway will only accommodate one vehicle. The pool was well maintained. We had a minor issue with the downstairs cooling unit, but maintenance corrected the issue that day which was much appreciated. Overall a great property for our family vacation. Thank you!
