Master Suite har en kingsize seng med enorm mester bad komplet badekar og separat walk-in shower. 2. soveværelse inviterer med en dronning seng og fuld bad lige overfor hallen. Det 3. soveværelse viser en fuld seng og også en tvilling.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We own a home nearby and needed extra space for extended family. Everything was sparkling clean and new. Beds and living area were all very comfortable. It was just remodeled and looks lovely. The view from the 4th floor balcony overlooks a beautiful lake. The building is also very close to the beach and pools. This condo provides everything you need for a great vacation. My family enjoyed staying here over the holidays!

Beautiful Community

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. Plenty of room and the deck was a great spot to relax. Beach access is easy and the pools are both beautiful. Loved the master bedroom!

Great Experience

This is a great property to stay at and the location of the condo to the beach and pool was great. Teenagers were able to go to the pool and game room on their own (they were of the age limit) and I felt comfortable allowing them. The lake side view was wonderful and you could hear all the wildlife at night from the balcony with a beautiful view of the sunset.

As advertised

Our party of 8 had a great time. The condo is very large and well stocked with kitchen items and games. The community is a very nice place. We all loved the pool and our more adventurous kids and husbands enjoyed the beach. The only thing I have to say is that this condo sleeps 7 comfortably, our 2 youngest kids slept on our air mattresses in the living room (maybe swap out the twin bed for bunk beds in the third bedroom). We would definitely recommend this condo for anyone who wants a low key getaway.

Relaxing

The Cinnamon Beach Property managers were very friendly and courteous. The pictures were accurate and reflected the property well. Family oriented facility with many amenities that were fun and available. However, we were disappointed in the limited tennis facilities available. Either too pricy and exclusive or public courts were overrun with pickleballers.

Everything in the unit is probably original to when it was built. This unit would not be my first choice when looking for a condo in the area but was suitable for a long weekend.

Great neighborhood and amenities

Condo is spacious, clean and in a great neighborhood. Convenient parking and easy access to the beach and both pools (pools are heated and we swam in early January). Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows, sheets and towels for 6 people. Publix is only 4-5 minute drive for groceries and the kitchen is well stocked with almost everything you need to cook meals in the condo. Would give it a 5 star review with just a few minor improvements. 1. TVs in living room and bedrooms are not smart TVs so bring a Roku or Apple TV (unit does have cable). 2. Patio furniture is stained, worn and falling apart. 3. Unit was clean (we have high standards) but the air vents and ceiling fans were coated in dust. We will stay in this neighborhood when we return to Palm Coast in the future.

Reviewer Comments: We have always enjoyed the Cinnamon Beach area, super thankful for the staff. The gate folks were extremely friendly this season, great staff! The place is perfect and the views of the lake great every evening and morning, even a local alligator to view. Beds were perfect combination for our needs.The TV remotes didn’t work and the towels were a bit shabby. One little cover off the bolt for the toilet in master bathroom and ceiling fan in living room chain was broke off. Generally they are better maintained than this one was, loved the chars and couch etc, just a bit disappointed in overall details. Shower curtain in spare bath was a bit loose and fell down a couple times.Kitchen ware was sparse at best.

A fine condo for six adults and a child

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time at this very comfortable and spacious condo in Palm Coast. It was very much as the pictures depicted on the website. No big surprises. The location in the development was great, close to the pools, beach etc. Just what we wanted.However, several things were not in good condition so it seems that general maintenance in the unit is not being closely monitored:1) The electrical outlet, overhead light and fan on the balcony were not operable. No circuit breakers were tripped. Something else is wrong.2) One of the dining area chairs literally fell apart when I sat on it (I weigh 118 pounds!) My husband found that a bolt holding it together was completely missing and another was very loose. We went to a hardware store for a bolt and nut and repaired it. Checked all the other chairs--bolts on ALL the others were loose, some about to fall out. We tightened them.3) Big speakers that looked like they should work with the living room TV were not connected, therefore we never were able to use them.4) Furniture is kind of old, sheets pretty old, I think. 2 lamps did not have knobs to turn them on. Cords on blinds tangled and not useable.That's about it. I would recommend this property to a friend IF the maintenance issues were addressed and rectified. It's a nice place, for sure. It just needs more attention than it's getting--especially given the rental price per night, which is fairly high.

Family Beach Week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to cinnamon Beach because my sister has retired in the vicinity. The properties here are very nice and the community is lovely. The biggest issue is the geologic structure known as a "Coquina shelf" which can make going into the ocean kind of like storming the beach is at Normandy. If you want to be body surfing or out in the waves a lot, this is a major problem.

The condo, 944, is on the lake which makes your stay fun watching the alligators and turtles. There are some positives but more negatives with this condo. We had a few issues with the condo and management was quick to help resolve those. The owners need to do some major updating and cleaning on this unit. It seems that the condo itself has not had any changes made to it in years. Adding simple things like hooks in the bathrooms for toiletry bags. A table/cubby to put your shoes and beach items on when you walk in. New rug outside at the front door. New dining rug and Rugs in the kitchen. New mattresses. And washer and dishwasher, which both are super loud!!!. Did

The washing machine did not work for cold water. It would just trickle water out so it took hours to do a load. I assume this is why the cleaning service never washed the sheets or towels.

Great family vacation ❤

Wonderful safe place to vacation. Double gated community!! Beautiful grounds. We enjoyed watching the alligators in the lake and the dolphins in the ocean! Short walk to the beach and pool areas. The grill offers good food and cold drinks!
