Udsigten fra 15. og 16. etage i dette Penthouse er betagende! Det er virkelig paradis her. Billede afslappende på en privat terrasse på toppen med 180 graders udsigt over havet. Eller måske beundrer en spektakulær solnedgang i den private jacuzzi på ovenpå terrassen. Ord kan bare ikke beskrive den naturlige skønhed af det lille stykke himmel kendt som den mexicanske riviera. Det er det perfekte sted at slappe af og nyde en ubekymret ferie.

Penthouse tilbyder 4200 sq ft mellem 15. og 16. etage. Du træder ind i en stor stue og spisestue med gulv til loft glas glidere, der åbner fra begge sider giver dig mulighed for at bringe udendørs i. Der er to master soveværelser hver mod havet, hvor du kan træde ud på terrassen for at byde velkommen en dag i paradis. Der er to yderligere soveværelser overfor golfbanen og har en frodig tropisk udsigt, hvor du også kan se hjertet af Ixtapa over gaden. Det nyeste soveværelse ligger på vores tagterrasse. Tårnene blev designet, hvor der kun er 2 boliger pr. Etage, så du vil have privatliv og være i stand til at få det bedste fra begge verdener, havudsigt og tropisk skønhed.

Placeringen er ret i hjertet af Ixtapa. Du kan gå til restauranter, natklubber, butikker, butikker, købmandsforretninger og apotek. Amara Ixtapa er en ny udvikling beliggende lige ved hovedstranden Ixtapa Beach, Playa El Palmar, hvor du vil have alle faciliteterne på et luksuriøst resort, herunder daglig rengøring.

The pink lotus!

This was a family trip with adult children in their 30s. The accommodations were perfect and everyone enjoyed the second floor balcony overlooking it beach just absolutely breathtaking. We were in walking distance to all of the restaurants . We will definitely be going back!

Great place to stay!

STUNNING!!

Barbara and Giorgio's home was the absolute perfect getaway for our fanily vacation. The views were out of this world, kitchen was well stocked. Communication was was very easy and location was ideal. Definitely one of our favorites vacation homes we've stayed in. We will most definitely be returning.

This was my 3rd time staying at the Penthouse, and it never disappoints. Claudia the manager provides top notch service, and the staff is amazing. Perfect location for dining out and a little night life. We will be back again!

Love this place!

We have stayed in the Penthouse multiple times and it never disappoints. The unit is beautiful, well maintained and equipped with everything you could need. We use the rooftop grill and patio often. And the location is great for enjoying many of the great restaurants if you don’t want to cook. We can’t wait for our next visit.

Amara family vacation.

Had a great time at Casa Spadero!! We had 10 people in our group and we did not feel crowded at all, plenty of space for all. We choose to do several activities, fishing, a trip to ixtapa Island, and atv trip. Walking around town for meals was easy and we never felt unsafe. Many great places to eat in easy walking distance at very reasonable prices. Would recommend Casa Spades and we would go back again!!

great for a family vacation

Casa Spadaro, the unit we stayed in was spacious, well laid out for families and the kitchen was well stocked for those cooking in meals. The location of Amara resort was easy access to the beach and the restaurants and shops. Our unit had a rooftop equipped with a grill, a small soaking pool and a lovely, spacious sitting area with awnings. All 5 bedrooms had ensuites or private bathrooms, which was wonderfull as we vacationed with our 2 children, their spouses and our 4 grandchildren. We didn't spend much time indoors but with young children, an afternoon break was often welcomed. Believe it or not, there was lots of space for everyone in the unit. Our vacation included New Years and our view of the fireworks from the penthouse rooftop was amazing. Our owner and property manager also arranged for a cook to come in on New Year's Eve and cook us a Mexican feast. Most enjoyable! Only drawback is the resort policy of only 2 lounge chairs by the per unit so if you are staying at a busy time, you have to be flexible - we had 6 adults and 4 children.

Casa de Spadaro - simply no better place in Ixtapa!

This is our second trip back to Giorgio & Barbara's most wonderful place! This penthouse is situated so that every morning you can have coffee on the massive balcony and still be in the shade. Sun does not start to fall on the place until noon or later. This couples with the BEST sunset you will ever experience as the sun threads between the Ixtapa islands and rocks in front of their home. Could not be more pituresque! The Amara staff are simply the best. Kind and helpful and always giving you a little help if needed. Maribel the housekeeper is a wonderful person who is also more than a housekeeper, but a friend and helpful in making sure your day is going well! The house is amazing! Everything in place and well maintained! Every morning we went out for a walk along the beach and I asked myself where would I prefer to stay? I could not figure out any other place better. Immediately behind the Amara is an area of many restaurants and stores. Zihuah is just a quick taxi ride away. Two of my children wanted to do surfing lessons this trip, so we went up to Troncones and learned to surf with Arturo the Surf Instructor. We also went to Pantla and did the ATV tour with Beli. Amazing tour that is well worth what you pay! It is hours of ATV riding and you get to see so much of the natural rivers, farms, beaches and rural Mexico. Hopefully we can make another trip back soon!

Everything you want and more

Very well maintained and super clean unit with amazing views and plenty of space. We loved everything about this penthouse unit, and also loved the beach, the pool and the pool bar. Restaurants and markets are a short walk across the street. Nice breezes and the A/C is available too when needed. We loved it!

Penthouse on the beach! Sunsets & Massages!

Amazing penthouse located on the beach with access to an infinity pool on the sand overlooking the ocean! I plan to return every year! Whether we were watching the sunsets from the deck or rooftop, it never got old! We loved the location, walking distance to eating and shopping. 20 minutes form the airport or downtown! This location has it all. We liked having the option of the air conditioned gym but made better use of beach walks, bike riding and poolside relaxation. Excursions like Catamaran Sunset Cruises, and day trips to the island made it fun and eventful as well. But nothing better than poolside, quesadillas and cocktails right there at the condo. It has 5 bedrooms, 2 with ocean views, a spacious condo for families and ideal for couples as well. Great day service, they made the beds and gave us clean towels daily! What more can you ask for! Lastly if you’re looking for upscale special evenings, there are some beautiful places to taxi to dinner for that too! Gorgeous architecture restaurants nearby for a special evening as well. Don’t be to busy, just being at the pool, on the beach and a day at the island makes a wonderful relaxing vacation in itself!

Best Trip Ever

We had the most amazing experience at Casa Spardero. Being able to vacation with friends and family all together was amazing. Claudia was fantastic, she met us on arrival and had stocked the fridge with all of the things we had asked for. Mirabel the housekeeper also was great, very happy and helpful. The view is spectacular, we caught our own marlin and had a wonderful dinner of prawns and marlin BBQ'd on the terrace. The pools were great, the beach was pristine. I couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate my 40th Birthday. Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning!

Casa Spadero offers the best view in Ixtapa! We enjoyed our stay and will definitly return! The oceanfront bedrooms are a luxurious retreat! The home is clean, decorated beautifully,well stocked with utensils,condiments,seasonings,etc. We loved having cocktails on the penthouse in the evengs and enjoying that amazing sunset . The office is very accommodating with any information and needs you may have. The resyaurants we went to were top Notch. The new casual taco place next to Senioe Frogs was ggod and cheap. The views of El Faro,Kal Kan, Il Mare, are breathtaking and the food,excellent. The breakfasts of both Daniels on the beach in Zihuat and downtown Carmelita's were wonderful. We had a beautiful week! You wont find a better beach with better weather anywhere! Love Ixtapa!

The best place to stay in Ixtapa

We had yet another fabulous stay at the Spadaro Penthouse. We have stayed at various condominium units at the Amara over the last 20 years, but there is simply no comparison, the Spadaro Penthouse is the best. We are spoiled by all its amenities, by how well appointed the kitchen is, by the beautiful furnishings (stunning new dining table, beautiful marble floor and table lamps, etc.), by the new bar area on the Penthouse deck- by simply everything. We are so impressed that the Spadaros continuously make changes and improvements over the years. This is not just a fabulous vacation spot for us, it is a well cared for home and it shows. Upstairs on the Penthouse deck, we had many fun nights with wine and laughter while enjoying the most beautiful views of the beach on one side and of the town and mountains on the other side. In the spacious living room/dining area, we had a super bowl party with many friends and had plenty of room to talk, laugh and/or watch the game. We had our cook, Lilliana, serve us scrumptious breakfasts (served to us in our pjs) with fresh squeezed orange juice in the mornings. We had four couples stay in the Penthouse and were never the least crowded. In fact, we will invite another couple next year to stay in the fifth bedroom. The housekeeper at the Penthouse is excellent and keeps everything in tip-top condition. I have lost count of how many times we’ve stayed at this beautiful Penthouse, but as soon as I finish this review, I’ll be reserving it for next year! Thank you Giorgio and Barbara for once again sharing your fabulous home with us.

Simply Amazing!!!

This was our third stay at the Amara Condos and first stay in a penthouse and let me tell you it was the best. All amenities are high quality. Views are amazing as we spent most later evenings enjoying the top balcony. All the staff at the Amara are very nice and accommodating. I could go on and on and can’t wait to go back.

How can you go wrong with a 5 bedroom/5 bath penthouse in the heart of Ixtapa. We throughly enjoyed our stay and the property. Bottom line I would rent this property again in a heart beat.

Amazing oceanfront penthouse

The penthouse is well appointed with nice furnishings, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The roof top deck is amazing with spa, bar and comfortable seating .There was plenty of room for 4 couples. It was a pleasure working with Barbara, the owner, as she was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. The complex is beautifully maintained and secure. The pool area is also spacious with a great palapa for drinks and snacks. The staff are so accommodating and provide great service.

Paradise at Amara

This is the best and most beautiful place for the beach, the sunsets , the easy location with walking distance to restaurants and shops , the staff at the pool bar is superb and friendly , makes you feel like you are at home ! The house has a panoramic ocean view with an upstairs outdoor entertainment space ! Comfortable 5 bedrooms, beautiful decor throughout the house with friendly staff! Truly paradise ,! Awesome time in this fabulous penthouse!

This was my first time in Ixtapa and we had a great time. The penthouse is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you would need. I had brought board games for my nephews and there were already so many there we did not even open up ours. Plenty of towels, cooking utensils and even pool floats were available to us. The view is amazing and the staff were all very nice and accommodating. I am not sure if the infinity pool was heated or if it is just so hot in July that the water is lukewarm but that was a surprise after being in the heat. I cooled off in the shower by the beach when I needed a cold splash. My husband and I stayed in the top room and it was like having our own condominium upstairs, the small fridge was a nice touch and a separate coffee maker was in the cabinet. The only thing was the spa pump is on a timer and is located in the closet of the upstairs room, it kicks on about 5:45am and is pretty loud. Outside of that we had a really great time and I would not hesitate to stay here again if traveling with extended family. Thanks for everything. PS. The central market in Zihuatanejo is definitely worth a visit, we bought all of our souvenirs from there and it was really cheap. Also Paty's Marimar on Playa La Ropa in Zihua was great. The six of us ate and drank (5 hrs) all day long right on the beach for 120 USD. Food was pretty good and happy hour from 5-7 was BOGO. If you love tacos al pastor or steak La Taqueria Oaxaca right on the main road in Zihua was awesome and super cheap. The six of us ate and drank beers for $25 USD. A plate of 5 tacos al pastor was 35 pesos. Awesome!

Amazing penthouse with matching support staff

This was my second stay here. Maribel, who acted as housekeeper and cook, was wonderful. The accommodations are spacious and well kept, everything works and the owners respond very quickly. We’re coming back in a couple months. This is my new favorite spot in Ixtapa.

Killer shoreline ocean views, comfortable beds, clean and spacious , secure and safe.

This was the second visit to this location/penthouse and when I walked through the front door the second time it took my breath away as if it was the first. With five bedrooms and bathrooms to match we never felt like we were on top of each other. Decorated with a warm contemporary decor And a full equipped kitchen its a vacationers dream. I give this place 10 stars if were available.

We fell in love with Ixtapa in 2001. After vacationing there time and time again, we decided to buy our own little piece of paradise, Casa Spadaro. We are the original owners of our home at Amara and can't be happier with our decision. One day our dream would be to spend four or five months a year there, but since we have kids, that will have to wait a bit.
The warmth of the people in Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo is unlike any we have experienced in our travels. We have thoughtfully furnished our home with many amenities that we know you will enjoy. We take pride in providing prompt responses to our potential guests either via email or phone.

We feel that it is in the best location in Ixtapa. We are right in the middle of the main beach and right across the street from restaurants, shopping and entertainment in Ixtapa.

All the privacy and incredible ocean views you'd want from a penthouse unit and, yet, just an elevator ride down to the common pool, palapa bar and gorgeous beach.

Doesn't get better than that, in our humble opinions.
