Jessica (host) was a pleasure to communicate with. I forgot my phone in the unit after check in and Jessica helped coordinate with the cleaners to get it back me. Thank you! Elbe was so lovely when we arrived - showing us how everything worked. We loved the location and amenities. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Fantastic location, walk out the front door and you are so close to everything.Quirky cool apartment, exactly as described.Would thoroughly recommend staying here, plenty of room for our family of five adults.

Apartments was quirky but immersive. Good location for walking to Duomo. About 25 for a cab back to the train station, but it is walkable. Well stocked except for dish soap and dishwasher soap. Had to buy soap and left it for the next group. If anyone has mobility issues, there are six steps between the bathroom and main bedroom. Very old and historic but clean and well maintained.

Great stay in Florence. We were so close to everything that we walked most of the time. A small supermarket almost in front made it very convenient as well. The washer and dryer was a feature that we absolutely needed for our long stay with the family.

Very authentic feel of Florence. Host was very helpful. We had a great time and felt very welcome. Perfect location in the middle of all the historic downtown. It’s an older place and it felt just like what we wanted. Feel part of the history.

This property was in a perfect location! The air conditioning in each room worked perfectly, the shower pressure in both showers was amazing!The check in was a bit stressful as we were unsure how to check in and I had to call the host 30 minutes before check in to find out the process which is…. In person check in. The single bed was not comfortable at all, felt like you were sleeping on springs! The other 2 beds were very comfortable.

Apartment was in a good location ( walking distance to all the main sights and a grocery store)and was pretty well stocked, clean home. Also air conditioning was very helpful, although the apartment was on the cooler side due to its proximity in the building ( which is good in the summer heat.) It had a kind of charm with its antiques and features of a historical home. For this same reason, however, the apartment was a bit dark and the windows only look out to the interior of the building ( which really wasn't the best view) But if you are looking for a convenient place to stay so you can see the sights in Florence, this is a a pretty good place to stay.

This was the perfect location! We were able to walk almost everywhere and the bus and taxi stops were close when we needed them. The unique character was exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean and you could feel the history in the building! Loved it!

This apartment is in a wonderful location in Florence and we were very grateful for the excellent air conditioning, as Florence was very hot the week we were there. It is large, quirky and cute. There are many restaurants and gelato shops nearby as well as a good grocery store right across the street. We also appreciated the washer and drier, which worked well.We do caution anyone with mobility issues that there are stairs up to the apartment as well as stairs inside between the bedrooms and bathrooms. Some areas, including the showers are somewhat slippery.

What an amazing place! It felt like we were living in olden times and then you walk out the door and you're in the middle of everything! We didn't miss the lack of TV for a second.. the A/C in each room worked great, there was a great big fridge, and just a super cool and unique place to stay. Communication with our hosts was excellent and we got lots of great advice for restaurants and gelato. You don't want to waste your daily appetite on "eh" when you're in Italy- get a local to tell you where to go!Would stay again in a heartbeat and hope to be back soon !Eric

Perfect little place in historical building. Perfect for 4 of us. Just note that that back bedroom has a very low ceiling to get to. You have to duck down, but once in there it was a comfortable bed with a bathroom right outside in the hall. Perfect area. Grocery right across the street. Famous sandwich restaurant straight down two blocks from the place.

Great location and beautiful house. The wifi doesn’t reach the back bedroom so make sure you have downloaded some movies etc for anyone staying back there but overall a great vacation spot for the family. Lots of space.

Vanni met us at check-in and very thoroughly showed and explained everything we needed to know about this wonderful, quirky home. Great location enabling us to have some excellent meals out as well as relax and dine at “home”, and rest in between seeing the sights. Ability to do laundry was a big plus, as was the “cave” bedroom which our teen quickly claimed as his own. Very charming place. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

The location of this apartment was absolutely perfect! We were able to walk every where we needed to go, all the main sites were fairly close. We left the city a couple of times and the train station is a doable walk from the apartment. Check in process was a breeze and the apartment looks just like the pictures listed. The Conad City grocery store across the street was so convenient and had everything that we needed. If I am ever back in Florence I would stay at this property again. Also, one of our best meals was right down the street :La Buchetta has wonderful steaks and pastaAnd for dessert Gelateria dei Neri, also very close, had wonderful gelato

The location was excellent...close to everything. Each room had air conditioning which was great because it was hot outside. It is a cool little bungalow in a great location. Would definitely recommend this property

Charming

This place was great! Great location, clean, roomy and comfortable. I can’t imagine a better place to stay and owners were very friendly and responsive. We were able to walk everywhere.
