We had a great vacation here! From the amazing ocean views to the well-stocked kitchen and prompt responses from the host. We did a Crab Island Excursion which was the highlight of our trip and we would highly recommend it to anyone coming to Destin. All in all, we enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again!

BALCONY AND BEDROOM VIEW WAS FANTASTIC. KITCHEN WAS FINE, BUT A KEURIG WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE FOR OUR POD COFFEE. OVERALL, ONE OF THE NICEST PLACES WE HAVE STAYED.

I thoroughly enjoyed the spectacular views of the Gulf sunsets and the ease of walking almost directly out and onto the beach. The entire complex is secure and in a great location to walking paths, restaurants, and beach drinks. The condo was clean and spacious, but the refrigerator was not working upon arrival. I called for help to an 800 number I found inside the condo. The respondent informed me how to reset the breaker, which solved the problem a few times. The fridge, however, did not cool at all during the last 24 hours of our stay despite resetting the breaker. Also, the deadbolt to the front door did not work at all. I would welcome staying in this unit again and recommend it after a few minor repairs are completed.

Sunset haven

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has an incredible view that was amazing to watch the sunset every evening. We had some problems in the master bathroom that were addressed immediately. We were there in March and the master bedroom would get so incredibly hot while the rest of the condo was cool and comfortable. Overall we really enjoyed the stay!

Really Nice needs update

The location was nice but cosmetically the condos couch was badly stained and the dishwasher was rusty. The mattresses were a little sunken. The view was absolutely beautiful and we had great weather
