Awesome Location but...,,,

The accommodations and location was great. A couple of things that were not great was getting and returning keys. For us that did not have a car it was not easy. Had to walk quarter mile or so to get. Real issue was returning. We had to get up and leave at 5 am and they would not let us leave the keys in the condo. So we had to get up even earlier. All in all I would stay there again.

Our stay was at this property was a great experience. The condo was clean and had amazing access to the beach.

Relaxing with a gorgeous view

Everyone was so friendly even the dog greeted us upon checking in. We arrived early due to an early flight and they accommodated very well by letting us check in early. Lots of things to see and do near Eden House.

Ft. Myers Beach Summer Vacation

The good: Very clean apartment facing the beach. Beautifully renovated tile floors, great kitchen, and bathrooms, ample balcony, and tastefully furnished. Gulf coast beach was warm and many beautiful sea shells and sea life. Ocean was truly magnificent! The not so good: Beach is across "stagnant" sea water so we had to get our feet wet to get to beach. Quickest way was through about six inches of water and 20 feet across. The Bad: The greatest issue we had was the temperature inside the unit. We set our home to 73 during the day and 69 to sleep at night. This unit would not cool down more than 77 during the day and 75 at night. This was truly unbearable and there was no way of mitigating the heat even while keeping most of the windows closed during the day and never opening the balcony sliding glass doors. The smaller bedroom where our children slept was even hotter. After a long day at the beach under the sun the body needs to cool down and the unit did not deliver.

Beautiful Condo

Our family really enjoyed this condo! Well stocked and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again! The views are amazing!

Perfect Getaway

Lovely 2 BR, 2Ba on the south end of the island. Quiet…perfect for couples! Walking distance to shopping and restaurants, too. Definitely will return!

Excellent location with beach view and beach access!

Very smooth booking process and friendly service. This is a great unit for two couples to each have a separate bedroom and bathroom and be able to share the common areas for meals and relaxing on the lanai. We had a wonderful week!

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo for 2 weeks during January 2022. Nice location in quiet area of FMB and convenient to restaurants, supermarket, etc. Beautiful view of the gulf from the lanai. Only concerns were the hot water heater was not set a high enough temperature especially considering COVID and the dishwasher's heat cycle did not work well ... which could also be due to the water heater setting. With those fixes, we would certainly stay there again.

The property and condo were exactly as shown on the site. It was absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. We can't wait to return!

The sunset views from the Linea were spectacular!

The condo is wide open & sunny. The furnishings were clean but need updating.. The master suite was open and sunny and the King bed comfortable, but again needs new linens. We enjoyed being on the quiet south end of the beach, but were not impressed with the small pool area. This condo could use some freshening up but was comfortable and clean. The view sells it.. We would stay again.

Quiet location

Nice view, quiet location. There was some water overflow (not sure what it was from) that prevented a straight walk to the beach. Maybe that’s not there all the time .

We had a wonderful time

Love the property, lobby could be a letter more inviting and a better Air condition .I would suggest some taller plants at the one end of the pool, to hide the pool Equipment a little better and I think it would be nice to have a ceiling fan on the balcony of our unit

Amazing!

This is a beautiful condo in a perfect location. Well kept and very modern furnishings. We loved it! Will be back the next time we decide to "beach it" for our vacation.

Practically perfect!

We loved everything about our stay on FMB. Not the least of which were our accommodations! They kind of make or break your vacation. We loved EH206!! The upgrades are wonderful and the view could not be beat!! That said, it is an older building and like other reviewers have mentioned, the keys are a hassle. Also, the parking lot is tight and our spot was always blocked by the painting guys’ trailer. Not the fault of the owner…just saying. Can’t wait to come back!!

Carlos point

Had a great time at Carlos pointe, property was very well stocked with towels and things you would need for the beach. The pool was always packed so it was good the beach is right there. The only downfall is your so south of the beginning of fort Myers pier that it takes about 30 mins to get off ft Myers beach. I normally stay mid island or north island that it was a tad to far south for me but it was nice and peaceful, especially with an infant. Construction is also going on so it complicates traffic but the condo was well worth it if you don’t plan on traveling from the condo.

Clean 2 bed 2 bath on the corner. Tastefully updated and decorated. Already booked next year!

Perfect mix right in the middle of Bonita Springs and Ft Meyers beach. Condo is right on the beach and in the perfect location for sunsets and rises. Excited to stay here again!

Beautiful setting

Beautiful sunset. The beds were very comfortable and wonderful shower in master bathroom. The dishwasher didn’t dry dishes and the floor was quite Sandy when we arrived. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Eden House 206

Very nice condo. Excellent view of gulf. Great sunsets. Didn't mind wading through lagoon to main beach. Keys were a pain, as frequently Didn't work. No nonstick pans, coffee pot doesn't have auto shut off. Need to avoid heading north, as traffic creaps very slowly. Took 1.5 hrs to get to wedding at Bowditch Beach, 6 miles north.

Excellent property, nice nighborhood

Our stay at Eden House was spectacular. The entire property had been renovated kitchen bathrooms everything. A great view of the ocean, easy access to Fort Myers Beach to the north, and Bonita to the south. Kitchen was well stocked with every tool we could need. Our neighbourhood was less busy than the insanity of Fort Myers Beach to the north. A great value for the price!
