Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness, pest concerns, and stale odor you experienced during your stay. We also understand your disappointment regarding the views and the cabins layout. Please know that we keep staff and pest contol on hand to happily assist with any cabin issues during your stay 24/7. Our cabins are annually pest control treated and this cabin is not listed with a mountain view on our website. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and will share your feedback with our housekeeping and management teams for review. We are sorry the cabin did not meet your expectations. We truly hope to have a better opportunity to serve you, maybe in a mountain view cabin next time.
