The condo was in perfect condition,very clean and beautiful ocean views. Perfect stay and I highly recommend this condo. This was our first time visiting Puerto Penasco, and we will definitely be coming back.

We have stayed many times in different units at Las Palomas. While they have all been wonderful, the way this one was decorated made it the best one yet. Completely updated in beautiful beach tones and was very inviting and comfortable. Hosts were very quick to respond to the one tiny issue we had. Would stay again!

The condo was exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable and it has a well equipped kitchen. The condo is centrally located with great underground parking. Check in was seamless and the communication was fantastic. We will be back.

Birthday Getaway

Absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was amazing. The condo is clean and we had everything we needed. The check-in was super easy at Casago. We definitely recommend booking this condo. The view is fantastic and the decor is beautiful. Really nicely designed condo. Looking forward to booking this condo again.

Perfect

Our family enjoyed such a wonderful time here. Fabulous location with great ocean views and only minutes from the pools and lazy river. The condo was well stocked and very clean with new furniture. We plan to stay here again on our return trip.

Beautiful Condo 4 th Floor Diamante

Diamante Building close to beach. Balcony overlooks beach The condo is decorated in a beautiful beach decor with light colors. Simply beautiful and clean. . We had a wonderful weekend stay. Going to Casago to check in wasn’t an inconvenience. We checked in faster than we do at Las Palomas lobby and staff was friendly and professional.

Nicely remodeled condo. Pleasant Stay!

We stayed in the condo with two kids and we had a great time. The elevator and the walk to the pool and the beach a short. The condo had two A/C controls which makes things easier when you have kids and want to control for temperatures. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The new furniture, bed and all was nice to enjoy. The one downside is that check-in is not at the hotel. You have to go to another location near calle 14. We did not know and the instructions were not highlighting this, so we went to the hotel first, then had to go elsewhere and then come back. The fact that the door has a code vs keys(cards) is great as everyone can come in-n-out easily and we do not have to carry a key.

Overall Good but Not Perfect

We loved the location and the condo did have easy access and near the elevator and parking garage. The master bedroom mattress is terrible and the box spring squeaks. If you move in the bed you’re waking up your partner it’s that bad. I read the reviews and saw the posts from last year regarding the box spring and mattress. It needs to be replaced no questions asked. The 2nd bedroom is not getting air when the door is closed. I’m assuming the filters and air passage needs to be cleaned and looked at. Making sure you have a good mattress and receiving air at night to all your rooms is very important. The mattress is a deal breaker for us and we’ve noticed this is a reoccurring issue with a few different units at Las Paloma’s. Overall the owners did a great job keeping up with the place and remodeling. I would rate this place a 4 out of 5 stars.

Beautiful clean condo

I really liked the decor and color scheme. It made me feel at home. Easy to check in and out. The only thing I don’t like at all was mattress in both bedrooms were extremely firm/hard. My husband and I were sore after sleeping on hard beds for 4 nights. My teenagers didn’t mind it but we had a hard time sleeping. I am only 38 and never woke up with neck and back aches before this LOL.. Everything else was great

Slice of Paradise

Beautiful condo on the 4th floor with a fantastic view of the ocean and sunsets. Modernly updated, fully furnished condo was perfect for our family stay. The front / master bedroom bed needs fixed, as it squeaks every time someone moves in it which made sleeping difficult at times. We would definitely stay in this condo / resort again. The pools and slide were clean and well attended. Fantastic resort and staff.

Condo was great! Clean, nicely furnished, and exactly as advertised, check in was quick and no hassle getting to our room. Everything from our host to our condo was fantastic. Bartenders by the swim up bar on the other hand definitely discriminate Mexican tourists. It has been well known for Mexican resorts to give preference to American or of "White descend" ppl. My wife and I are both American citizens of Mexican decent so our appearance at first glance might seem obvious. Well that was the case with the customer service we received from the crew at the swim up bar. It is disgusting and sad that staff in Mexican resorts give preference to American (white) tourists based on what they can tip after a tab. My wife and I literally sat by the bar (on a stool on the bar counter) and not one of the bartenders greeted us nor said "hi we'll be with you shortly ".. I get it, it was a somewhat busy evening being Thursday around 5pm which is why we were patiently waiting. But to not even acknowledge we were there for no joke 15 minutes... thats pathetic and quite honestly makes me want to not stay at Las Palomas again. I complained to "the supervisor" but all he said was " My apologies, i will talk to the crew" thats it... I honestly wasnt expecting anything but for him to just kinda brush us off like if we were bothering him is just repugnant. Like i said, condo and host were amazing.. not so much for the staff at the resort. Maybe we'll give them a 2nd chance next year.
