This property was beautiful! The view of the coast was exceptional and the location was perfect. The communication from the owners was outstanding! Anytime I had a question they answered in minutes not days. It was so nice to have a fire pit at the house, just steps from the deck to enjoy. They also had a great selection of games to play. Overall this is a family friendly home, with a gorgeous views and a walkable path to the beach.

Amazing Views and Beautiful Home

The views are stunning from the home. The home has very nice touches, it feels like a primary home, not a rental. The beach is in your backyard and the home is in a quite cul-de-sac. Overall, a really great place to stay.

Newport house

This house is amazing with views to die for. We were close to alot of places we wanted to visit and could just hang out at the house taking in the view. I can't recommend this property enough!

The house is awesome! The floorplan was perfect for our group of three couples that we traveled with. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. However, the view in the back and set up there was even better than shown. Everything in the kitchen was extremely well labeled and everything you would need is there. And the cleanliness was outstanding. We would definitely recommend this property and would like to visit again.

View of The Ocean

This property was great! We had a great time, and the view was incredible. The back of the house is mostly windows, and you see the dunes, beach, ocean waves, fog, blue sky, lighthouse, federal park, and beach combers (all at the same time)! The house is modern and clean and the master shower is awesome. The town of Newport is nice and not too touristy. There are plenty of hiking trials and other things to do. We really enjoyed out stay and plan to come back!

A Newport Treasure

A fantastic property and host. The communication was the best I have ever experienced in my many years of renting. The property was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our 4 day stay but would be just as great for a 4 week stay. Views are amazing but the location in Newport is also a 10 as you can easily get to all sites and avoid coast highway traffic. We will certainly be back.

Great 80th Birthday

Property is beautiful. Interior design is outstanding, full on real ocean view and sounds of the waves, and a great location. Just a few blocks or couple of miles to choices of grocery stores, shopping and excellent restaurants. Multiple whale sightings from the deck or livingroom windows. Many Oregon coastal points of intetest within a short drive. Our host was outstanding in communications and accomodations. All 12 of our guests, in 2 waves, raved about this property.

Upon walking through the door of this stunning home, you are met with a jaw-dropping, breathtaking view of the majestic Pacific Ocean with floor to ceiling windows across the living room and kitchen..in our first moments, there were whales migrating before our eyes. Complete with binoculars, captains chairs, exquisite architecture, white glove cleanliness, a huge television & comfortable couch fit for a King, this home is a class act. The beds were luxuriously comfortable, the lighting, mood lifting & the bathrooms stunning. Beach access steps away from the front door and downtown Newport just minutes away. We felt like royalty. Our host Katie was lovely warm and responsive to whatever we needed, which wasn’t anything in particular as we lacked for nothing. We would be honored to come back to this lovely home! Amazing Beach House

We had a small family gathering at this house, and it was absolutely perfect. As soon as you walk in the door, the view of the ocean takes your breath away. Giant windows, and the deck with sandy firepit area, provide amazing views of Agate Beach, Yaquina Head Lighthouse, and evening sunsets. The living room is very large, with multiple seating areas and views of the beach. The kitchen is very well stocked, and has top notch appliances. Large windows overlooking the ocean surround the dining room. Each bedroom decorated in a unique style, and all are cozy and comfortable. A real bonus is the access to the beach via a short trail that starts across the street. In two minutes you can be on Agate Beach! We all truly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely return the next time we visit the Oregon coast. Stefan

We took several of our extended family members to the coast for a little getaway. When our granddaughters walked into the house they yelled "OMG grandpa! This place is fabulous!!!" That says it all to me. Everyone scattered to explore the house. It is simply a beautiful home. It says "welcome, now just settle in and relax." The area is quiet. The home offers literally every amenity a person could likely expect plus more. I didn't find the tanning bed and Sauna until an hour before we left! The views are tremendous. The fire pit area was a big hit for sure. The beds are super comfortable. The space is great particularly for a larger group. And on a personal note, the master shower is fabulous...I could stand under that rain head for hours!Katie and Joe made everything so simple. They helped us feel so very welcome and well cared for. They know how to be the perfect hosts! We will be back!!

We have been very fortunate to stay in some amazing places and in some amazing homes over the past decade. This may be our favorite. It has everything you would expect in an luxury home, but at the same time does not feel pretentious nor do you feel on edge the entire time as sometimes occurs in homes this incredible. The view is not done justice in pictures. It is truly amazing. The showers are another layer of incredible. My wife said that if we had a bathroom like the master she would never have to go the spa again. The town of Newport itself is romantic and not overly touristy. It is just a wonderful place to visit. The hosts were incredible, responsive, and thoughtful. I would not only recommend this place to anyone, but we will likely be planning a return visit.

The highlight of this beautiful property are the views of the beach, waves and lighthouse. The house worked well for our family group of multiple generations with plenty of comfortable sleeping options. The host, Katie, did a wonderful job and was extremely kind and responsive.
