Hello and thank you for your review. Nothing makes me happier, regarding our rental business, than to read the words “exactly like advertised”. This is what we strive for. No surprises, except for getting exactly what you expected. You are always welcome at AR116!

From the moment I booked till check out it was the smoothest process ever! The owner provided all information for check-in as well as directions and a detailed binder in the property. The apartment was exactly as described, extremely clean. We cannot wait to book again and have our next family vacation with Francis.

We thoroughly enjoyed this clean and updated property. The host Frank was very welcoming and provided great tips on eating out, driving directions and checking into the resort. The property was steps from the beach, and the resort maintained the outside property very well. We rented bikes from the resort, and we got pizza from the resort bar and grill, which was good. Overall I would recommend this property to a small family or couple looking for a nice place to visit Hilton Head and bike the island and eat at many of the nice restaurants on the north end.

It sounds like you had a great vacation, and did many of the things we love to do. I’m glad you enjoyed the north end of the island. We are ideally located, without having all the congestion. It has so much to offer, but without the South Island crowds!

The condo was very convenient to the beach and had all the beach essentials that we needed. It is possibly one the cleanest and most comfortable condos that we have stayed in at HHI Beach and Tennis Resort. Frank, the host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions that we had before we arrived.

Good morning, I’m glad you enjoyed your vacation! It’s is nice to get a very positive review from someone who can compare their experiences at HHIB&T. I can’t take credit for the great location, but I’m happy we get to share our first floor, almost on the beach location, with our guests. I can’t say enough good things about our cleaning service, once you find a good one, you treat them like gold! Comfort is something we share in common. I think it helps that we call the condo home for five months a year. You will always be welcome at AR116.

I’m glad you enjoyed your vacation and the condo (per your email), but am sorry you expected more of a view of the ocean. Trust me, if we had a great view of the ocean, we would advertise it! If this is a priority, please consider booking a unit on at least the second floor and preferably in the “A” building. What we do offer is “A” building first floor convenience, a very short walk to the beach, no waiting for the elevator and no climbing stairs. As our photographs show, we do have a pleasant view from the balcony, including a peek at the ocean.

This condo was such a pleasant place to stay. Very convenient distances to shopping and restaurants, not to mention the proximity to the beach. It was very clean, one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in, and had every detail thought through, including beach supplies for our toddler. You can hear some noise from front doors shutting in other condos around it, but the two light sleepers in the family didn't have much issue with it. Overall it was a peaceful place and we'd stay there again.

Thank you for your review. The resort is tucked away from all the busyness the island can generate, but is still within a short drive of shopping and for some of the best restaurants on the island. I'm glad you enjoyed our first floor convince, closeness to the beach and the beach accessories. I will pass on your compliments to our cleaning company. Unfortunately, the neighboring door noise is something that we too occasionally have to tolerate.

Thank you for your review. All I can say is, we try. It's in our DNA from all those years of driving or flying from the midwest to get our annual beach fix (pre internet). Many times, only to be disappointed with our accommodations and amenities. It's nice to know our efforts appreciated.

Walk to the beach and Admirals pool. The resort had security guards which I liked. The ac worked great and there were cleaning supplies for us. Also beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We did not frequent the restaurants. Would stay again.

Thank you for your for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. The condo are small (940 sq ft). They are the largest condos at HHIBTR. We do have as much of an ocean view as can be expected from a first floor location. Due to the dunes it is not a beach view, just an ocean view. We purposely gave up a better view to enjoy the convenience of first floor living (no waiting for the elevator, no walking up and down stairs when the elevator breaks down). The pictures we supply accurately let the renter know exactly what the view will be.

Thank you for your review. I'm glad you enjoyed the condo, but were disappointed with the view from the balcony. The pictures in our listing accurately show the views from the balcony. Due to our first floor location we are unable to provide a full beach view. There is a trade off between first floor convenience and getting a more panoramic view from a higher floor.
