Fully air-conditioned, this residence is perfect for a getaway with family or friends. It consists of two main sections: the villa itself and an outbuilding located by the swimming pool. A studio apartment can also be added to the rental if needed. The various living areas offer a blend of comfort, spaciousness, and privacy.

Pets are welcome—up to three dogs may accompany you. They have their own dedicated, fully fenced area in the garden, complete with a small pool for cooling off.
The main villa and the poolside outbuilding can accommodate a total of up to 19 guests. The property includes 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, two expansive living areas, and 2 kitchens.
The main villa features a large living room with an open-plan kitchen (equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and large refrigerator) and a mezzanine level. It also includes an entrance hall and a laundry/utility room (fitted with a washing machine and a large chest freezer). The annex features a second, fully equipped kitchen (including a washing machine, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer).
It also includes a comfortable living area that can serve as a sleeping space for one person. There is a bathroom (equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet), a separate toilet near the entrance, and a small bedroom—available if needed—furnished with bunk beds (each 80 x 190 cm). Please note that this room is not included in the official guest capacity; while you are welcome to use it, this does not authorize you to exceed the maximum occupancy of 10 people.

Location and surroundings:
The villa is ideally situated for exploring the region, nestled between the fine sandy beaches of Argelès-sur-Mer and the rugged beauty of the Côte Vermeille.
The village is within walking distance and offers a small grocery store, a pharmacy, a medical practice, a post office, local produce, and a weekly market held every Thursday.

Nearby, you will find hiking trails, a lake, a treetop adventure park, swings, and pétanque courts. An "Intermarché" supermarket is located 5 km away, and larger retail stores can be found 6.7 km away.

Your hosts, Laurence and Olivier, are very discreet and reside in a separate outbuilding, which has its own entrance and private garden. The only shared space is the access path leading to the various accommodations.
