Super nice place with a lot of amenities and a great location! We were able to walk around and see all kinds of interesting things! The shops and the food are amazing! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in the Historic District of Savannah!

My girlfriend and I loved staying here! No need to rent a car as the location was prime. Everything was walking distance to downtown Savannah! Expect some noise as you’re in a busy area but other than that it was a perfect stay!

This was the perfect space for a walkable Savannah vacation. My wife and I walked everywhere, nothing was too far. The apartment was very nice with plenty of space. We would love to come back whenever we come back to Savannah!

Great location! Within walking distance to many restaurants/shops, etc. Host was friendly and communicative. AC wasn’t working great the first night but she came out the next morning to have it serviced and we had no problems for the remainder of our stay. Definitely have to be mindful of your surroundings after dark with no lights right outside. Can also be loud with traffic/nightlife at night, so a sound machine was helpful to drown out the noise. Parking garage right across the street was convenient. We didn’t use the washer/dryer or kitchen items but the condo seemed well equipped for a longer stay for sure. Overall a great stay!

This is a great place to stay due to proximity to everything. The house is an old house with single pane windows. The AC stays on 73 and won’t go any lower. The summer months are so hot that the AC never stops running. I’d highly advise anyone staying here to bring plenty of fans. I think it would also be a good idea to say that you have to pay for parking everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay at this place.

Wonderful stay close to everything Savannah has to offer. This was such an awesome place, a joy to come back home to at night after touring Savannah. We could walk to tons of wonderful restaurants, art galleries and shops. The place was spotless and had all the amenities we needed during our stay.

Our stay was very nice. The area was a bit noisy and parking can be a problem. Overall we loved the location as it’s only a block off Broughton and the city market.

We loved the proximity to the restaurants, bars, shops, and river front. The place was spacious, comfortable, clean and our host was very responsive and helpful.
Beautiful living area with lots of light.

Nicole’s place was just as described! Communication with her was outstanding and the check-in process was seamless. The space was very large and comfortable with great amenities. The location could not be better for exploring downtown Savannah. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spotless.

Apartment was gorgeous and very clean, we loved the location being able to walk to everything we want. Only downside was the street noise was unbelievably loud, construction and traffic around the clock that sounded like we were on the street with it.

The Calliope was as pictured and described. We loved our stay in Savanah and couldn't have asked for a better location to get to all that we wanted to do. Parking was easy at the Robinson Garage next door. Note that because you are so close to the City Market there is a lot of activity out on the street until the wee hours.

This is a fabulous location. It is described very accurately in the listing, but under states the location. Everything we wanted to do was in easy walking distance from this property. And we followed the hostess’s recommendation to use the city ramp one block away for parking. It made the one BIG hassle of Savannah, parking, a lot easier and more secure.

This is the second time I have stayed and the place is excellent. It is in the city, so you must expect a certain amount of city noise at night. Being as close as it is to all the activity means that you will hear some of it. Great place. Thanks again.
