The house is in a great location, overlooking a golf course and within walking distance of the beach. What's more, Lahaina Harbor, which was the meeting place for some of our excursions, is a short drive away.The central air conditioning is effective even on a hot day, and the pool always offers welcome relaxation. A note about the hot tub: the cover is very heavy, so opening and closing it is ideally a job for two people, or one very strong person. Also, when you get the house tour from the management company, it's a good idea to go through how all the lights and fans operate, because some of them depend on switches on the wall that must be turned on.The management company was very responsive and we enjoyed a smooth stay.

House was very clean and well stocked. Hot tub was not functional but heated pool worked well in the early part of the week when it was cooler due to the Kona storms.

Great property that was well stocked with everything you could need. Clean and spacious. Close to Kaanapali Beach. Pool was amazing! Only downside to this area is how busy and loud the street traffic is - otherwise no complaints!

The house and pool was great. It had everything we needed. It was wonderful to have coffee on the porch with a beautiful rainbow each morning. The only negative thing was the traffic noise.

The best property to stay!

This was the best property to stay in. It was clean, very spacious, close to the beach and close to a lot of stores. Next time we come to Maui we will definitely be staying here. The people that manage this house were also very nice and helpful. We had a great time at the house.

Great Property

The property was great for our family, everything was clean and work in g as described. An east walk to the beach and a great grassy hill for the kids to play on in front.

Great vacation

Great pool, clean home, easy walk to Ka’anapali beach and the wonderful beach walk, super responsive property manager, all good! The only downside is the main view from the home includes a busy highway/intersection.

Amazing location, spacious property

Everything was as expected, the mornings here were spectacular with the big porch. Only thing to improve would be hot water availability, which is not a big deal in Hawaii.

Lovely home and a great stay

The house is gorgeous and a quick walk to the beach but far enough that if you want some quiet time you'll get it. The bedrooms are all spacious and the living room and kitchen were perfect for hosting dinner. Our hosts were very responsive, helpful and even found a mattress for our little kiddo. Would love to come back

Fun Maui Trip

Great house with good accomodations. The pool is super nice, especially after a beach day or in lieu of one. The only downside is the house is right near highway 30 and some cars can be obnoxiously loud.

Great for families, clean and well equipped. Wee maintained!

Kids love the pool, the location is central to area. House is on a large lot, plenty of room for the kids to explore. Pool is very nice and clean, house is in good repair and seems to have been renovated recently. Great communication and support with the host, we would highly recommend.

Perfect house!

Could not have been happier with our stay. The house was beautiful and perfectly located, ~10 min walk or quick drive to Kaanapali beach, Whaler’s Village with views of the golf course. Well-stocked kitchen allowed us to cook easily as needed. Rooms were great for 2 couples and 2 young kids. Can’t wait to stay again!

The property is located on a busy corner near the main highway but it is still beautiful. The home looks newly updated with nice floors. Walkability to the beach really isn’t an option but walking to Whaler’s Village is possible. Our family felt like we had plenty of room to spread out and have privacy. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items. We used the BBQ too. We were unable to use the pool for the last two days due to algae taking over the pool. We reported it and received minimal, delayed help. It was disappointing to not have access to the pool during the warm weather. The whole point of renting a house over a hotel was to gain unlimited access to a pool. The second complaint I have is at check in we had some agent waiting in the house. He required us to sign a form and then lectured us on the house rules and County guidelines. The following day, he spontaneously showed up, unannounced at the house to “see” how things were going. It was intrusive and something I’ve never experienced when renting a vacation rental. Although we had a nice week there are too many other rentals to choose from to avoid my two complaints about this property.

We’re sorry, however, that important parts of your stay fell short. Losing access to the pool during warm weather would absolutely be disappointing, especially when that was a key reason for choosing a home over a hotel. We also regret that the response felt delayed and minimal when you reported it. Your comments about the check-in experience and the unannounced follow-up visit are also taken seriously. We appreciate you bringing these concerns forward. While we’re glad there were enjoyable parts of your week, we understand your disappointment and will use your feedback to improve the experience for future guests.
