Hola og velkommen til Cozumel, nyd de uvirkelige solnedgange og spisestue fra vores balkon, eller mens du tager jacuzzi i den private spa på vores balkon, dette ene soveværelse, en badenhed på den BEDSTE strand (San Fransisco Beach) og BESTE condo-kompleks ( Residencias Reef) i Cozumel har alt, hvad du kan forestille dig og mere for at gøre din ferie til en livslang hukommelse!

En privat, sikker og beskyttet gated lavhuse condo kompleks (fire bygninger, tre etager i hver med ca. 80 enheder), vores enhed # 8220 ligger på anden sal i bygning 4. Residencias Reef Condo's har den bedste tilgængelighed til dykning med vores delte bådbrygge, som alle dykkeroperatører vil hente dig fra og en stor gearskyltank på ejendommen. Snorkling er også lige her på vores sandstrand eller bare slappe af ved en af de to opvarmede pools.

Enheden er fuldt udstyret, bygget i 2007. Vi er gået den ekstra mile for at tilbyde fornemme møbler og faciliteter, der inkluderer: et 50 'LED smart TV (log ind på din Nexlix-konto) med surround sound, DVD, satellit-parabol-netværk-tv, DVD-videoer, komplet køkken med apparater i rustfrit stål, granit skabe, træskabe, Dual Split AC, loftsventilatorer, rummeligt soveværelse med ny king size seng og soveværelset, Sony TV, en sovesofa queensize-seng i stuen, smuk flise overalt, komplet bad med granit toppe, bruser, vaskemaskine & tørretumbler i enheden, GRATIS US og Canada langdistanceopkald og GRATIS WI-FI (medbring din bærbare computer), et privat pengeskab til dine ejendele. Vi inkluderer strandhåndklæder, papirhåndklæder, drikkevand på 5 gallon på flaske via en varm og kold dispenser og hver anden dag stuepige (undtagen søndage).

Vi inkluderer nu vores hårde shell to-person kajak nogle hav sjov!

For et måltid uden at gå i byen, kan du prøve Aura Hotel's Restaurant lige ved siden af, eller Carlos N Charlie's eller Ocean på stranden 50 meter mod syd. Hjemmelavet måltidsservice er også tilgængeligt i lejligheden som en ekstra mulighed.

Fantastic holiday!

It has been an amazing vacation!First time staying in Mexico, and we are already dreaming of, and planning for when we are going back.The condo is very well equipped, and there was cleaning every second day from very helpful staff. Good communication with Fulvio and owner.

Just right!

This property was perfect for the two of us. Quiet and peaceful with a great location. Close and easy to get to ocean excursions through the near by resort. We found everything we needed between two to three stores in San Miguel and some great restaurants. Thank you Michael Preston

Great stay in paradise!

We had a great stay and the condo was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The complex was very well maintained, and the location is quiet and tranquil. We went kayaking and the kayak is a very nice amenity, really solid and stable on the water. Carlos and Charlies is a great spot for lunch and drinks, walking distance from the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Peace & Quiet

Everything about the unit was outstanding. Having a full kitchen was nice for morning coffee and breakfast so we didn’t have to rush out for food and could ease our way into the day. Plenty of very good beach bar/restaurants nearby, no need to go into town if you don’t want to. Beautiful beach although rocky but nothing a pair of water shoes couldn’t handle, lots of beach chairs and shade as well. Both pools were terrific with shady areas. We went on a snorkeling excursion and were able to bepicked up on the dock next door which was very convenient. I highly recommend this vacation rental if you are looking for a beautifully decorated high end space.

Beauty just as advertised

Quiet, private condo right on the white sand beach. Stocked with everything a cook would need and affordable shopping close in town. Maid service was excellent as well. WE WILL be back for another stay. Price was great and everyone was very helpful during our week stay. Thank you Michael!

Slice Of Paradise!

What a wonderful condo! Great location that is very well taken care of and leaves you feeling safe. The grounds, pool, and beach are very clean .The condo is very clean with all the amenities for cooking and relaxing. Fresh water for drinking and ice. Everyone that works there is also so very kind and accommodating. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Best Condo Ever

This condo was the best one we have ever stayed at ! Extremely well equipped down to a lemon lime squeezer - that shows thoughtful understanding of guest needs. Terrific Bottle water dispenser and in refrigerator . TV and sound system and numerous apps made it like home. Cleanliness was unbelievably clean and maid service outstanding. The location is ideal and the security and grounds could not be beat. We will rent again!!

Slice of paradise

This beautiful condo is the perfect place to stay in Cozumel. The beach in front is great, there are two large swimming pools, one right next to the beach, and even a jacuzzi on the balcony overlooking the beach. The condo is outfitted with everything needed: full kitchen, great bathroom, and air conditioning throughout. Even two flat screen tvs. This is like staying in a hotel's luxury suite for regular room prices. We will definitely return!

Beautiful property with very responsive owner and property manager.

The property is beautiful and is located on one of the nicest beaches in Cozumel. The condo has everything you would need for a perfect vacation. It is tastefully decorated with new appliances and a comfortable yet modern feel. We had the unfortunate luck to get hit by hurricane Beryl while we were there and the owner and property manager were very responsive and did everything they could to ensure our comfort and safety. In fact, I cannot think of a safer place on the island that I would rather stay. Needless to say the hurricane came and went and we still had a fantastic vacation. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who asked.

Great Condo

Very nice 1 BR......kitchen very well stocked with all necessary utensils......shower had good strong water pressure.....because the unit had washer & dryer, we were able to travel light for the week.....LuLu visited daily to freshen up the room and Raul was available for any question......in addition to the condo being so nice, the overall property (grounds, pools, beaches, staff) was as nice as advertised.....hope to return to Cozumel soon and would love to find this unit available.....PS, beach towels provided....save the packing space and use theirs.

Perfecto!

We stayed on this property before, but this was our first time in this particular unit. It is an exceptional unit and has many of the things that we frequently purchase at the local Chedraui when we arrive which was much appreciated. Fulvio was extremely responsive to any concerns and a cleaning lady came to change sheets and tidy up the unit every other day! There was nothing better than being on the balcony in the hot tub as the evening thunderstorms rolled through! Would 100% want to stay at this property again!

Perfect Property and Location

The property description is very accurate and was everything we needed for our 12 day vacation. We rented a car and after about our second trip into town we became very comfortable with navigating around to find everything we needed, including Distilled Water from Dori Pharmacy. This condo has a great view with proper function AC and ventilation. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything was in good working order. The condo development is very safe and patrolled regularly. The owners and the property management are very responsive and were able to answer all our questions.

Perfect week on the beach!

This property has everything you need for an amazing getaway. Full kitchen with modern appliances, cold AC in living and bedroom areas, washer/dryer, TV in both rooms, equipment for fun on the beach and ocean views.Maid service was a great touch.All towels, kitchenware, sheets, etc were in like new condition.Building is secured by a front gate with 24hr security and electronic lock on the entry door.Parking right out front was included at no charge.Owners and property manager readily available with any questions or concerns.Staff at the facility was super friendly and helpful.Local breakfast and lunch at Dona Cheley is delicious and only a 5 minute walk from your door.All common areas are super clean and maintained.Other residents/guests were friendly, definitely a laid back vibe and great for a family, not a party atmosphere which is exactly what we wanted.Located on one of the best beaches in Cozumel.Look no further, this is the one to book!!

Wonderful place

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Michael's condo. It is even nicer than the photos indicate. The location is great and the property is very well landscaped and maintained. The views are perfect. The local people were all very friendly. Shopped at the Mega which is great, except don't expect to find fresh milk. Only evaporated or boxed milk is available. Renting a car is definitely recommended. We loved the Money Bar on Saturday night and they make a great breakfast too. Our favorite restaurant was Casa Mission in town. You would never know how lovely it is until you go inside...what a surprise, and food and service was excellent. We wish we could have stayed on for a few more days.

Amazing stay for a couples getaway.

This condo is perfect for a couples get away. My wife and I enjoy cooking. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need In terms of pots and pans and utensils. Coffee maker worked perfectly. Plenty of water bottles on hand to refill the water dispenser. The bedroom has plenty of closet space for your hanging needs. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was the perfect temperature overnight. There is even a box fan which was a very welcome touch. The patio has a great view of the beach and pool. The pictures in the listing really don’t do it justice. The beach was nice. We walked to Carlos and Charlie‘s for lunch two of the days we were there. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Only thing I wish they would change is the 10am checkout time since most flights leave the island later in the day.

Welcome to our Casa in Paradise! We (Michael & Julie) bought our condo when it was dirt and just a plan to be built back in 04-05 it was completed in 2007. We have in our opinion the nicest property on the entire island with sandy beach at our door and for miles to the South of us, we continue to go the extra mile to keep our place updated with new furniture, etc. to keep it fresh and new for ourselves and guests!

Unlike the property's in town and to the North, San Francisco beach is sand for miles, and we are literally a 5 minute boat ride to all the best dive sites to the South. The private, gated property at Residencias Reef is by far the nicest on the entire island and is up kept by a wonderful staff, we are confident you will agree.

We like spending as much time as possible in our place (we live in the mountains in the ski town of Mammoth Lakes, CA) and have decorated it for our guest to feel right at home. We hope to have you as a guest in our Casa and share the love for Cozumel!
