HVER 4. NATT GRATIS! Beliggende lige overfor East Harbor State Park og strande. To ejerlejligheder på øverste niveau, der er nyopført i 2012 og to condos på lavere niveau, som nyligt blev bygget i 2019. DENNE ENHED ER EN ØVRE NIVEAUENHED (ENHED A). Hver enhed sover 8 med 2 bdrm 2 fulde badeværelser og gratis docking (op til 35 'båd). Øvre enheder har et stort afskærmet dæk, og de nederste enheder har konkrete terrasser og en græsplæne med udsigt over den smukke West Harbor. Indstillingen ligger i en stille marina omgivet af venlige og sikre kvarterer og inden for gåafstand fra restauranter. Fantastisk til familier, venner og fiskegrupper. Fiskerecharter findes også lige uden for din dør! Enheder på lavere niveau er handicap tilgængelige. Vaskemaskine / tørretumbler kan være tilgængelig afhængigt af hvilken enhed (er) du booker. Vi åbner også et nyt udendørs barområde ved foråret i foråret 2019, som vil være en lavmælket indstilling med lejlighedsvis live musik. Lørdag efter 4. juli afholder vi hvert år en "Harbour Bash" til marinaen og de omkringliggende kvarterer med live-band indtil kl. 17.00-11.00. Weekend in Marblehead

Our weekend was awesome. Bill and Bree could not be better. They were wonderful and our stay was amazing. They were helpful and very accommodating. It’s a wonderful family owned and run business.

Weekend getaway

This is our second time staying on this property! The owners are so kind and accessible. The property is very clean and comfortable with great views of the marinas and small bays. It’s close to all the lake islands and beaches abs easy to get to Put In Bay for a day. The Boon Docks bar always have live entertainment and the pool is heated and super clean!! We will continue to stay here every year!

Excellent place to stay with wonderful views from the larger screened patio overlooking the water and marina. The amenities were a bonus with the pool and local restaurant/bar. Owners were great and the process was very easy. Very new and clean place. Had a great time! Would highly recommend.

It was honestly perfect.

I only have great things to say. Quiet, extremely clean, peaceful and everything I was looking for in our mini vacation. Loved the bar and pool downstairs and their pizza is amazing. Not to mention check in and check out was a breeze. We were just talking about how we would absolutely stay here again. 10/10!

Perfect place to get away

We came to view the eclipse and had a wonderful time in the area. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the three season porch was the perfect place for meals, games, and watching the boats come and go. There is a bar downstairs but it was closed, so not sure how much noise that would be. Bree was helpful and very responsive when needed.

Great spot for boaters!

We are a group of friends that do an annual trip to Lake Erie, bringing a 26 foot speedboat with us. The entire operation here is geared to boating - it’s very convenient to launch near the property and dock out front. The pool and bar adjacent to the units are a fun vibe on the weekends. We rented two units, both very clean and well appointed. Staff very friendly and helped with a minor maintenance item for our boat trailer. The online waiver portal didn’t work, so I would suggest printing and scanning it if you book. Overall a great experience. We will definitely consider staying again!

Very Nice

This property was very nice. It was clean, and perfect for our group. We needed a handicap accessible place and it worked out great. Our hosts were attentive and very helpful when we had dead car battery. We were there off season so did not use the pool, but it looked great. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly. The location is great with lots to do in the area. Highly recommend!

Beautiful but not quiet

The condo was impeccably clean and nicely furnished and appointed. The water view was lovely, especially sunrise (we weren’t there for sunset). But the unit’s location directly over a bar with happy revelers and live music spoiled the experience for me. The listing says the bar is low key. That may be true sometimes, and the term is relative, but not the weekend we stayed with nice weather—it was buzzing from afternoon to almost midnight. The listing also says the live music is occasional. The mid-September weekend when we visited had different bands performing just below our window (upstairs, unit A) Friday evening, Saturday afternoon, Saturday evening, and Sunday afternoon. To me, this was constant, not occasional. I like bars, drinks, and I like music, but I also like to go “home” to relative peace and quiet. I wanted to sit in the lovely screened porch and gaze at the water, but the circumstances were not suited for that. If you want a party scene, go on a warm weekend. But I would only return on a weekday. Bree, the host, was wonderful, and the unit was great, and I wish I could give more stars, but I cannot.

Best place to stay in Erie

We had the best time at Brees condo! The upper unit was great with amazing 360 degree views of the harbor/ marina from the ultra spacious screened in porch! We stayed during Harbor Bash and it was a blast for adults and kids alike! The entertainment was top notch! The bar below is an awesome hang out with good drinks at great prices and the view is amazing! The bartending staff was amazing and friendly! Bree and her family have a gem in West Harbor Marina and we will be back again! If you're on the fence, BOOK IT! You will not be disappointed!

Super cute place with a great view

We loved our stay here. Super close drive to the ferry, very clean property (a must for us), and the porch makes it all worth it. The shower in the master wouldn't work for us, no big deal though. We also found out (the day we left WHOOPS) that there is a trundle bed as part of the bunk beds in the spare room. Def will be using this in the future.

Amazing location!

We have stayed here a few times now. The location is fantastic and we love watching the wildlife and boats come in and out of the marina. Always clean and kitchen has everything needed to cook. My daughters favorite thing is the pool! Which is definitely part of what keeps us coming back. Highly recommend!

Great location!

Hight recommend! The property presented as pictured. Very clean, comfortable and modern. The location was so much fun. Our party included two families, including several young children ages 8 months to 6 years. The location was perfect for our visit. We were able to enjoy live from our private patio, swim in the pool and order pizza from the bar/ restaurant located on site. All of this, without leaving the property, which is awesome with young children. We spent lots of time on the safe, child friendly screened in porch. From the porch, we enjoyed watching the marina activity and the sunset. We also enjoyed the beach at East Harbor State Park, just a 5 minute drive from the rental. We highly recommend this rental. It would also be perfect for a larger group as the upstairs porch has a retractable wall to allow mingling between the two upstairs rentals if desired.

Marblehead

We traveled to Marblehead for a short getaway. This was in mid-October so the off season for the area. We stayed in unit A which is on the marina side of the property. Bree was very responsive to any questions. This location was a perfect spot to sample what the area has to offer. It is a short drive to the lighthouse, the Kelly’s Island Ferry and Catawba Island. The East Bay State Park is directly across the street. Bill was there when we arrived. He was great to chat with and gave us lots of information about the area. He showed us the new bar they recently built that also serves pizza during the season. The property has a nice pool also. Unit A was very clean and comfortable. It has a large screened in porch with a nice view of the marina area. I want to mention again that the unit was exceptionally clean. We appreciated the no smoking policy. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful, clean, spacious condo, pool and marina!

What a pleasant surprise! This condo (which has 4 units) is nestled away in West Harbor Marina and is directly across from East Harbor State Park on Lake Erie. It's a perfect, private location! It was impeccably clean (condo, marina, and pool area) and and the views are amazing! We stayed in Unit A which has a huge enclosed lanai on the top level, which is connected to the master bedroom. You can leave your sliding glass door open all night to enjoy the fantastic breeze while you sleep. The property also has a lovely saltwater pool, with nice music playing during the day as well as a really fun bar with live music (Boondocks) next to the pool. (This is a very safe and secure facility; key fobs required to enter the pool area, and the condo area is well lit at night). The staff was top notch, friendly and very polite. Bree and Bill were very welcoming and helpful regarding any questions we had, and all the fun things to do in the area. They provide a very detailed handbook on where to eat, fun activities, etc. We had a fabulous time during our stay here and will 100% definitely be back soon! Thank you Bree and Bill !

The Unit was in great condition, spacious and very clean. The views from the screened in patio were amazing. The kids loved the pool and the pizza and beverages served at the establishment were delicious. The hosts were ideal to work with. We highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Lake Erie Shores & Islands.

We loved sitting on the porch, eating breakfast, and watching the boats and wildlife. Kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook. And the bed was super comfy! We will be back!

We are a husband and wife team, ages 49 & 48, who have lived in the area for 29 years and 48 years respectively. We have been in the marina business for 29+ years and the construction/development business for the past 18 years. We have built and sold (2) high-end condominium developments and are now updating this marina and these beautiful waterfront rental units.

We purchased this marina in April 2012 and are working feverishly to make it one of the nicest marinas in our area. We feel that this location is one of the best in our area given its proximity to East Harbor State Park, West Harbor channels, the Lake Erie Islands & Peninsulas, Cedar Point and the many shops and restaurants.

Our condo rentals have a beautiful panoramic view of West Harbor and all of its boating activity. In addition, we offer a boat dock during your rental period at no extra cost. We have also added an outdoor bar area overlooking our marina and public harbor. There is live entertainment every weekend. We also have a "Harbor Bash" that is a large neighborhood parking lot party with live bands on the second Saturday in September. Please call with any questions prior to making your reservation.
