Awesome view with turtles cruising around in full view from the balcony. Very comfortable bed. We really enjoyed the nice, sandy beach just down the road, the peaceful, safe feeling at night and the central location that's close to lots of great activities.

This location has the perfect view. On a clear day you can see Lana’i and across the bay. Turtles swim by as you drink your coffee on the balcony. This is a central location and a straight shot from the airport. We have stayed here previously and the view is worth it. Some morning sea turtles were on the sand right below us….but still keep your 15 feet away. It’s is a very very quiet location. There was only once incident that occurred just outside the parking lot, but didn’t involve anyone in the condo area. The mattresses were a little uncomfortable. Other than those issues the overall stay is great. The kitchen is perfect for making meals. The beach chairs are useful. Tom the manager is very friendly.

Excellent stay!

Great location, very central on the island. Nice quiet building. Condo was very well equipped with everything we needed for 8 days.

This property was small but it was just fine for two people. Right on the water so the view was amazing.

The only issue we had was that TV did not function on local channels. Made contact with host and promptly able to reprogram TV to get local programming.

Beautiful Maui getaway

Really great place to stay. Insanely gorgeous view from balcony - ocean, waves, sunsets. Very clean, super quiet, all the amenities. Clean pool and jacuzzi. Very attentive owner. Would highly recommend!!

Fabulous stay

This location and condo are both terrific! Very comfortable condo with everything we needed. Location was superior - close to the marina, shopping, restaurants. We had a blast watching sea turtles (on the beach and in the water) and enjoyed a fun whale watching cruise. Really nice beach park a short walk away as well. When we come back to Maui, we will definitely stay here again.

Honestly, staying here was the best decision we could have made. It's a nice, central location on the island. Its tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Kihei, but trips there and the other towns packed with restaurants and shopping were a quick trip. Take advantage of the beach at Haycraft Park at the end of the street! The condo was clean and comfortable with a spectacular view! It was a perfect place to stay!

Little Escape

This condo was the perfect spot for our Hawaiian getaway. All of the amenities to spend some time at “home” but also centrally located to access all sides of the island in a reasonable amount of time. Gorgeous ocean views, turtles on the small beach on the property.

Aloha getaway

We loved the location and the quiet atmosphere, but the best feature is the view! Absolutely gorgeous. We saw turtles, walked to Sugar beach just a few hundred yards away, ate nearby and took a snorkel tour from Maalea harbor. The convenience was nice along with Kehei and Lahaina a short drive away.

Lovely relaxing view

As pictured, so relaxing to listen to ocean and surf. Condo very comfortable with windows open. Bathtub does not drain well, but overall a great place and location.

Not too bad

Our stay was very nice at the Ma’alaea Banyans. If you’re traveling with a baby, just note the AC doesn’t reach the back bedroom cool, so pack a fan or have the baby sleep in the living room. Overall the place was nice and seeing the turtles in the bay every day was a bonus.

Great central location

Good condo with ocean front view. Condo is centrally located. Place has all the basic items you may need. Furniture and kitchen cabinetry need a little TLC. Very nice to have washer and dryer in unit.

Amazing view

This apartment has a fabulous location. The view from the balconey where we had our morning coffee was worth every penny. It is located on the National whale conservancy area but it was too late in the season for us the magnificent creatures have migrated north. We did see some turtles swimming around in these waters. The flowering trees around the property are gorgeous too and the hot tub is a welcome addition after a strenuous hike.

The View!!!

The view was awesome!!! I would spend so much time early mornings and evening hours just looking out at the view! Also, the beach area to the right of the building had sea turtles resting during the day. The place was very nice and had everything that we wanted and needed. The location was private/safe and yet near enough to drive to all the places in a short time period.
