Great Place to Stay

We stayed there with 6 adults and two toddlers. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We love the Pointe West Area. Very family friendly.

Great option

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach was empty and felt almost like a private stay. We did not partake in the amenities but the condo was well designed and plenty of room. The views were great. It is a haul to get to a grocery store or most restaurants but that is the advantages of being further west - very few people but a drive to get back to town. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Beach Views

Loved this place! Was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Picked up bracelets at the front desk from Ayana who was warm and friendly.. Came with our two daughters and 6 year old triplets. The pool and the lazy river were both a hit . Ocean views from the second floor patio were superb both morning and night! Definitely recommend!

So Convenient

This was a great rental ! We were there for a long weekend and the location was perfect. It was close to the Beach Club and to the walk over to the beach. Since we had a one year old with us it was very convenient. The unit was super and was extremely well stocked with all kitchen items you would possibly need for meal prep. We also liked that it was in the front of the property so we had an unlimited view.

Great location right on the beach. The beach and pool area was not overcrowded. Went horseback and it was greeat. 🐬 tour was good. Lots of barking dogs in the unit below us. No bar at the the resort. Restaurant was closed.

Everything excelllent except the refrigerator ice maker was broken and the washing machine would not complete a cycle due to sub being out of balance dluring spin.

Great unit

The unit was great. Just wanted to let you know there are ants in the bunk bed room on the floor. There was no food in the room or anything that would have attracted them.

Thank you William for your 5-star review of Playa Blanca offering some of the best views on property witha corner view! Additionally, if you love water, you are next door to the Beach Club and dune/beach walkover enjoying fun in the water within a minute. Being on the coast and with changing weather sometimes ants do find their way in. We do spray our units correctly and we addressed this asap; thank you for letting us know. Great Family Vacation!

Wonderful condo with great amenities! We loved the large patio with the front row beach view. Pointe West is a beautiful property with just a short walk to the beach. Nice pool area and the details of a storage place to keep everything for the beach easily accessible downstairs and a rinse off area made going back and forth to the beach so easy. The elevators for the building were out of order the entire stay and we even though they had signs up that it was “temporary” we never saw anyone working to repair them. This makes getting your luggage upstairs and downstairs a little difficult. I could not image if you have anyone that has any health/movement issues in your group. Overall it was a great stay and we do hope to visit again.

Playa Blanca is next door to the Beach Club and at the beach access walkover, a prime location within the community. The elevator unfortunately during your stay was waiting on a part for repair. Great Family Trip w/ Several Water Activities to Choose From

This was a family trip with our pre/teen kids who love all water activities. It was a great location to enjoy different pools and a nice & easy walk to the beach. We spent majority of time on the beach and would have liked to have had beach items provided and available for use (e.g. beach beach chairs, cooler, etc). We had to purchase these items and leave behind to be used by next guests. Overall, we had a very enjoyable time. The unit was clean and perfect for the size of our group. The carpet could use some TLC and some windows wouldn't open but would definitely return back to this unit - great location. Thank you!

Great location. Needs TLC

The properties a great location next to the pool. Checking was easy and got lots of immediate feedback via text messages, which is way nice. The AC vents need some sort of adjusting because it cools unevenly in the bedrooms versus the main living area not kidding it was 68° in the bedroom and 74 in the living area. I understand that many condos don’t provide beach towels, but that would’ve been a nice amenity to have. The ceiling over the porch facing the beach needs some kilz from a leak prior. The microwave has a touch of rust inside and is missing the vent cover plate on the outside. Beds were super comfortable, and I love the pillows.
