Thank you for your feedback. We’re so glad your family enjoyed the stay and that the condo was a good fit for your group. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and would love to welcome you back again soon.

We're so happy to hear the condo was a great fit for your family! It's wonderful that everyone, including the kids and grandkids, enjoyed the easy beach access, the beautiful balcony view, and the convenience of the reserved parking space. Thank you for choosing Book That Condo, and we hope to welcome you back for another memorable family vacation.

We’re truly sorry your stay did not reflect the experience we want for our guests, especially as a returning PCB visitor. We’re glad the AC issue was resolved, and we want to reassure you that your other concerns are being taken seriously. We’ll have the reported odors, bedding, and overall condition of the condo thoroughly reviewed with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so these issues can be addressed. We’ll also review the accuracy of the listing photos and arrival instructions to help ensure future guests know exactly what to expect. While the hallway and ceiling are managed by the resort/HOA, we understand that these areas still impact your stay. We appreciate you bringing everything to our attention and hope we have the opportunity to restore your confidence in Book That Condo.

We’re sorry the construction had a greater impact on your stay than you anticipated, particularly with your assigned covered parking space being blocked without clear advance details. We appreciate your understanding that our team did offer an opportunity to move to another condo before your stay, though we understand that the full extent of the disruption was difficult to know beforehand. We’ll take your feedback into consideration when communicating construction impacts to future guests so expectations are clearer. Thank you for staying with Book That Condo and for sharing your experience.
