This cottage is a perfect couples escape. It's pet friendly and is wonderful for an older dog since there aren't any stairs in the cottage. The direct beach access is great and the views off the balcony is unmatched. We would rent this again for sure!

Nice location. Bed was terrible. Cabin cute was clean but smelled bad. Looked like they still had a rodent problem from the droppings noted under the bathroom sink.

Perfect size for us

Had a wonderful time and enjoyed the scenic views of the beach and sunsets. Loved not having stairs to the entrance of the cottage. Loved the path to the beach.

The view was amazing! The fireworks put on by locals/visitors were right there, in your face while watching from the balcony. Couldnt have asked for a better show. The cottage has everything you need for cooking, which was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again!

We greatly appreciated the fantastic view, open floor plan and direct access to the beach through a private trail. House features are well labeled and the bed is comfortable. If bringing pets again, would be happy to stay here again in the future. Great little market around the corner with everything you could need (plus Indian food).

Charming cottage with great view

We have stayed in this special area before, but this was the first time at this wonderful cottage. Fingers are crossed that it won't be long before we're able to visit it again!

Netarts Beach Paradise

Blue Rose is a really cute, cozy cottage above the beach, perfect for the two of us. The bed is very comfy, awesome water pressure, the deck view and the beach here are amazing. Beautiful spot!

Road Trip from Canada

We were more than pleased with our quick 2 night stay at The Blue Cottage. It was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property and if we godown to that are again, we will try to stay here again.

Beach cottage

This was a great little cottage with an excellent view of the ocean. It was nice having the stairs down to the beach. Very quiet. Everything was just as expected from the vrbo site.

The view is amazingl! The walk to the beach feels like magical fairy land. This is now our favorite spot for a coast getaway.

We’ve stayed at several areas along the coast of Oregon, and love Netarts. However, this was the worst experience we’ve ever had renting. You always expect places along to coast to be a little older, but this place was dirty, and had the worst smell in the bedroom. First thing, we never got check in info, I had to call to get it at 4pm., which was annoying. Then we got there and the place had not been cleaned. It was dirty, had wet towels in the dryer, blankets looked dirty and were wadded up in a cabinet, and the bedroom couldn’t be slept in. I tried to sleep in it the first night, and it had the most awful smell coming from the wall, so I tried to sleep at the end of the bed, fell asleep for about 30 minutes, and was woke up by something going across my arm. It had to be a mouse, or rat, and basically had to sleep on the chair the rest of the time there, and my son slept on the pull out couch. You could not pay me to EVER stay here again. The location was amazing, but the place was so filthy, and Ididn’t love sleeping on a chair.

Lovely beach front home

We have loved staying at this property and the one next door for the last few years. Beautiful views and a private walkway down to the beach. I would recommend either home for families wanting to adventure in the bay (long walks on the sand, crabbing etc). Thanks for sharing your home with us as we were able to create memories that we will remember for years to come.

Cute, comfortable cottage.

We enjoyed our stay here. Celebrating our 40th anniversay and visiting this area for the first time, this was conveniently located to be able to see and do all we had planned. The cottage was comfortable, well stocked with all we needed. Following the owners suggestions, we did the 3 Cape loop, and had dinners at Schooners and Rosanna's. Very relaxing weekend. Thanks!

This little cottage is very cute! It's surrounded by flowering shrubs with an excellent view. Private stairs take you right down to the beach. We enjoyed watching the changing conditions on the bay, and watching all the birds from the deck. The bed is huge and comfy, the shower has excellent pressure. There's a convenience store/deli within walking distance that also has burgers, samosas and ice cream. The price is right for this little gem.

We tried to check in and was unable. Finally getting the code and inside, the property was not cleaned, bed unmade, food in the refrigerator, dirty floors. It was obvious the property had not been cleaned after the last tenant. Got a hold of property management, talked with the owner of the property, and there had been a mistake, renting us the property. They thought it was going to be in two weeks when it was clearly obvious that the rent was for April 25, and 26th. We told the property manager, and owner that we would not be staying there and found another place to stay. Unfortunately, I have not received a refund on my Visa so now I am dealing with that which is taxing my patients.

Brilliant

Very pleasant stay, warm and comfortable with great bay/ocean view. (Front row seats for New Year fire works.) We would happily repeat! Only negative was the usual...trying to figure out TV operation with 2 remotes, and navigating the options.

Clean and simple

We had a wonderful time! The cottage was just the perfect size for us and our 2 kids. They slept on the pull-out couch. Everything was clean. We LOVED the short walk down to the beach. Clammed from the beach directly in front of the house and we just had the best time. Can't wait to come back. Thanks!
