This is such a beautiful house and we had a wonderful vacation. There is plenty to do on the property from adults to little ones. We spent evenings on the porch overlooking the lake and those are a wonderful way to wind down the day. The lake was wonderful and there is so much to do that is so close from breweries, wineries, parks, and golf. The entire process from check-in to check-out and all communications and interactions in between were very smooth. I highly recommend a stay.

Five stars all the way! This beautiful five-bedroom home on Cayuga Lake has old-world charm and plenty of room to spread out. Each bedroom felt private, and the bathrooms were spotless.The kitchen was a real highlight, with a gas stove and a butler’s pantry stocked with a thoughtfully chosen array of cookware and kitchen essentials. You could tell someone had put real care into making guests feel at home.Susie and Steve are fantastic hosts—attentive, welcoming, and thoughtful about the details. Their guest binder answered just about any question we could think of and included great recommendations for dining, things to do, and places to explore throughout the Finger Lakes.A house with character, comfort, and wonderful hospitality. Susie and Steve will definitely see us again on our travels!

The house is beautiful and close to Cayuga Lake. The kiddos could play in the huge yard and the parking/driveway was perfect for chalk masterpieces. Host was wonderful. The location seems central to the wineries, breweries, day hikes that we enjoyed.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and provided plenty of room for our crew of six. Each bedroom was super cute and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. We enjoyed cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, eating together at the family-sized dining table, playing baseball in the large front yard, and relaxing on the front porch with a beautiful view. We would definitely stay again!

This is a beautiful historic home that is well maintained. The owners kept in touch with us and resolved our concerns immediately. I would definitely suggest staying at this beautiful home and in this wonderful area of Seneca Falls.

We were are group of 4 couples coming from WI, NC, VA and FL for a family reunion. This home was perfect! The bedrooms were spacious and while there were only two bathrooms, they were very large and had plenty of storage for everyone's toiletries. Lots of space in kitchen and butler's pantry to store food and prepare meals. It was great to have an oversized dining room table to seat everyone with room to spare. The front porch was definitely the favorite gathering spot. Too many wineries to chose from on the trail, but we had a great tasting (and too much fun) at the Thirsty Owl and don't forget to stop by Muranda's for a cheese tasting.

Wonderful Place to Enjoy the Area

The location was excellent and the property was very well suited for our group. We couldn't have been happier with the house, and the area was very convenient to the Cayuga and Seneca Wine Trails. We would happily stay here again.

Property was perfect for our family. Yard was great for the kids and the front porch was great for morning coffee and sunrise. Boat slip just down the road was convenient for us too. Good location for winery, beer and cheese tours. If you're n It's a Wonderful Life fan not far from the museum and bridge.

Great Location and Charming House

The owners were great communicators and their VRBO home allowed us to have an enjoyable family vacation. There were plenty of rooms, a nice porch to enjoy the view of Cayuga Lake, and the location was close enough for some fun day trips to Ithaca and Geneva. Great character in this home and a fun place for a relaxing family vacation!

Peaceful Getaway

The house, and the location were perfect. Being our 3rd time to the Finger Lakes, this was the best loction as it was in close proximity to many attractions not only for adults but for the kids as well. The house was beautiful, clean, and full of charm.

Girls trip to the Finger Lakes

Great location, nice house with plenty of room to spread out. 4 ladies for 5 nights, mainly just breakfast there, cooked on the grill one night. We loved having coffee on the front porch, looking at the lake.

Cousins weekend

We had a great weekend with our family from Michigan to Maine. The house was perfect for our needs and location was great. The hosts made it very easy to check in and communicated with me well to coordinate our trip. The house was great and had everything we needed to feel at home during our stay.
