KLUBHuset

Når du kommer ind i udvejets porte, bliver du mødt af vores imponerende og moderne to-etagers klubhus. Inde i dig bliver du mødt og checket ind af vores Concierge Team, som kan hjælpe dig med aktivitetsplanlægning, bådudlejning, snorkelture, restaurantanbefalinger osv. Vores klubhus har også et avanceret fitnesscenter med sauna og dampbad, adskillige lounger med storskærms-tv og et spillerum med shuffleboard, billard, pokerbord og brætspil.


POOLDECKEN

Lige uden for klubhuset kan du opsuge Florida-solskin på vores ekspansive pooldæk, mens du nyder de forskellige faciliteter såsom en poolbar, stor opvarmet strandindgangspool, boblebad, bordtennisbord, majshul, loungemøbler, poolhåndklæder og parasoller .


MARINAEN

Uden for pooldækket, ved Florida Bay, ligger vores 99-slip marina med fuldt drevne beton dokker med vandtilslutninger. Marinaen overvåges af vores dedikerede Dockmaster og Dockhands, der er her for at hjælpe med alle dine sejlsport behov. Glipene er i øjeblikket tilgængelige til leje dagligt, ugentligt eller månedligt, og der er rabatter for gæster, der bor i vores hjem. Bemærk, at vi ikke kan rumme jetski på resortet, men kan bestemt give anbefalinger til nærliggende indstillinger.


BOLIG # 3819

Dette hjem ligger direkte på vores marina og giver nogle af de bedste udsigter over ejendommen. Det er over 3600 kvadratmeter plus fem udendørs terrasser med en privat springbad og spiseplads på terrassen i stueetagen.

Der er tre historier sammen med en elevator, så du nemt kan få adgang til hvert niveau. Der er også en tilknyttet privat garage, der kan passe op til 2 moderat store køretøjer.

Det andet niveau er det vigtigste samlingsområde i hjemmet og indeholder en stue med en queensize-sovesofa, en formel spisestue, et fuldt udstyret gourmetkøkken, der problemfrit strømmer ind i en familieværelse, samt et vaskerum og halvt badeværelse. Et af de fire soveværelser ligger også på dette niveau og har en kingsize-seng og et komplet badeværelse med eget badeværelse.

Det tredje niveau indeholder de resterende tre soveværelser, hver med deres eget komplette badeværelse. To af soveværelserne har en kingsize-seng, og det tredje soveværelse har to enkeltsenge. Der er også en bekvemt beliggende morgenmad / våd bar i opholdsområdet uden for de tre soveværelser.

Dette hjem kan rumme op til 10 personer og er et fantastisk sted for familie og venner at samles i The Keys!

Amazing trip

We had the absolute best time. We will definitely stay here again. Staff was wonderful. I only wish that the pool bar had served food. If it did I don’t think we would have ever left lol

Very relaxing stay

We traveled with our adult children and our 1 1/2 year old grandson. The house fit 7 of us comfortably. It was clean and pretty. There was a beautiful view of a harbor that we all loved. Our grandson loved the club pool. The management was very responsive. We would book again.

Nice spot with plenty of room

The property is well located and is pretty nice overall. The unit is very nice! Only complaint is that there’s no garbage disposal and wished they’d have supplied some more cooking seasoning & Or oil. That said, the unit is very nice and wed stay there again.

Extremely Clean

I was shocked how clean the house was upon arrival. Spotless! The property managers were extremely helpful and available around the clock. It’s a lovely resort, amazing home and we would stay there again! I highly recommend the main pool area which was so chill and beautifully designed. There’s always enough room for everyone to have a seat and an umbrella.

Awesome property

House was fabulous. Everything we expected. They thought of everything. Property was gorgeous, well maintained, and we never had a crowded pool fighting for chairs. Our only complaint is a poor Wi-Fi signal in house. Those trying to log into work calls frequently had to go to the bar/pool area to pick up a good signal.

Christmas trip

The property was nice and the views were amazing. Pool heater didn’t work and took two days to get it going. Should have been tested before I arrived. Pool towel bin was full of used towels, however this was corrected immediately. Elevator was not functioning which was a disappointment with elderly guests.

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the property and views. We do complete preventative maintenance checks prior to guest's arrival (Including the private plunge pools), but unfortunately the pool heater failed shortly after that inspection. Due to the remoteness of The Keys it does take a bit longer than we'd all like to schedule vendors and/or obtain necessary parts for repairs. Our apologies regarding the elevator, but sadly there are not vendors in the area that are licensed to work on residential elevators so we have actually removed it as an amenity for this home going forward. We hope despite these hiccups that your group still enjoyed their time in The Keys and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

There were a few items I wished were different. The checkout time (10am) and check in time (4pm) were not flexible and both times were problematic. The other issue was the extremely high fee for cleaning. We were paying rack rate for the house (over $1K per night) and a $480 cleaning fee was excessive.

Beautiful House and Resort

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort is beautiful, the immediate surrounding area outside the gates is definitely an area in transition. The home we stayed in was beautiful and we would stay there again. Plenty of room for all of our guests. Main living room/tv area is small not enough comfy seating for a party of 8, but that was only an issue at night if we were watching a game on tv or playing a board game. Otherwise, we were outside enjoying the sunshine. Checking in and out was super easy and texting with the staff was uber convenient. We loved the clubhouse- fitness center, game room, and definitely shuffleboard. Wish the game room was open later than 6:30. After pool and excursions and dinner it would be nice to be able to play shuffleboard or borrow a game. The hours of operation for the clubhouse were stated as 8am-6:30pm yet one night I was told whileIn the middle of playing my kids in shuffleboard that they had been closing at 6 and they let us stay (it was 6:15) so could we finish up and leave. It was a little maddening- we paid a lot of money to rent the house, additional money at the bar daily, and were told in check in materials as well as a welcome text that we had access to clubhouse til 6:30. One staff member in particular was very odd and protective of the game room. One rainy afternoon (3:15pm) we were playing shuffleboard (we were the only family in the game room our whole trip) and she came out from the office and she said, “we have offices in the back and we have a meeting going on so could you keepIt down?” We weren’t even being loud- just usual game banter between teams and chuckling or commenting on good strategic play. Everyone in my party was older than 16 and we, the parents, were present. The game room was left orderly and just as we found it each time, borrowed games returned, no need to hawk your guests. We were just trying to enjoy our vacation.

Frustrating visit

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our fourth week renting in 3 years at Marlin Bay. We have noticed an unfortunate downturn in the property based on the following: 1. The home we stayed in 3840 had multiple issues that we addressed with maintenance, not a single issue was resolved besides getting us a new coffee pot. Below were the issues.A. Hot water heater is only 30 gallon which does not allow for a family of 6 to take showers or baths within several hours. When you spend luxury dollars you expect hot showers. B. The ice maker is broken and has been brokenC. The service elevator is broken and we were not made aware it was broken EVEN at registration we were not made aware! D. The tea kettle was broken, totally broken and not repaired Again, this is our fourth and likely last visit at Marlin Bay. The customer service is not what we expect for the price.

Amazing experience

We had never been to the Keys before, and happened upon the property online. We decided to book because of the dockage for our fishing boat and house that would accommodate four adults and a child. We didn't know what to expect, but were blown away by everything there -- the luxurious home, excellent dockage/harbor, incredible service and beautiful landscaping. The pool was the nicest we have ever used, and everything was carefully maintained. There were too many extras to even mention, and the staff was eager to do anything they could to make us comfortable. We couldn't have been more pleased with our ten days there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having spent over 40 years from the Windward Islands to Nova Scotia on the water. Marlin Bay Resort and Marina stands clearly above a majority if not all the resorts I have ever stayed. Over the past two years I have spent nearly 4 months, at the Resort and Marina. I have used and experienced every amenity, facility, and service offering the Resort and Marina have on offer. These offerings have included the; rental of their largest home, several marina slips and boat lifts, gym, pool, spa, game room, bar, marina lounge and more. Marlin Bay‘s facilities across every offering are outstanding. The maintenance, quality, and dedication to providing guests witsuperior stay are a constant, and a high importance to the management and staff. Marlin Bay‘s management and staff throughout the hierarchy are exceptional. Shortly after the moment you arrive the entire staff including the general manager, concierge, security, dockmaster, marina staff, and landscapers know your name, are ever present,and available to support you, and your needs. Our home rental this year was for 28 days, and never once if we had a broken item, or a need for repair, or any service did we wait any longer than an hour or two for it to be addressed. We had the home cleaned 4 times and each time it was immaculate. The quality and level of service is a solid 4.8 to 5 on a 5 scale. Marlin Bay could easily attain a 6-star level rating on a 6 scale if they so desired. Our stay always includes a great deal of cooking, baking, barbequing, and entertaining. The homes are built for precisely these types of activities. The kitchens are fully stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans, glasses, plates, cabinetry, wine cooler, refrigerator, and box freezers one requires in such a facility. Great property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of room for us and 3 college students and 3 teenagers. Everyone had a great time . The kids seem to really enjoy the dipping pool . The marina is always so nice and a class act . Everyone there is a pleasure to deal with .
