Beliggende i afsondret stille kvarter cul-de-sac, med vandrestier cirka ti til femten minutter fra Augusta National Golf Club elegant og sikkert kvarter, bekvemt til indkøbscentre og kun få minutter fra interstate. Et formelt spisestue, et formelt mødelokale, stort køkken med moderne apparater og separat morgenmadsområde, halv bad, trægulv, indhegnet veranda med gasgrill og to bilgarager. Stuen har to store sofaer, pejs, trådløst wi-fi internet, surround sound underholdning system, high definition satellit kurve fjernsyn i stuen og køkkenet.
På øverste niveau:
Master bedroom med stort badeværelse, separat bruser og jacuzzi, og komfortabel queen size seng. De to andre soveværelser har queen size senge og fælles bad med badekar. Et soveværelse har en vægmonteret HD-tv. Det omfatter også kontorområde med internet og printere faciliteter.
Stuepigeservice er ikke inkluderet, men kan arrangeres mod en lille ekstra omkostning for at passe lejerens behov. Dette er strengt et ikke-ryger rent hjem, uden kæledyr.

Augusta is a consolidated city-county on the central eastern border of the U.S. state of Georgia. The city lies across the Savannah River from South Carolina at the head of its navigable portion. Georgia's second-largest city after Atlanta, Augusta is located in the Piedmont section of the state.
