All of the issues raised in this review have been addressed. In fact, we installed a completely new kitchen, all new appliances, cabinets, etc. We also replaced the pool heater and pool lighting, installed a large motorized canopy over the outdoor dining table and made many other improvements.

One of the hardest, most demanding guests my property managers have had to deal with. They were called constantly during their stay for minor occurrences as if this was a hotel. The pool man was at the house twice for maintenance that week and was called over (they had his number) other times to clean six leaves out of the pool and to adjust pool settings like a decorative waterfall on/off time. They found a dead cockroach and baby scorpion during their stay most likely because the exterminator’s maintenance was held a couple days before they arrived. the AC did NOT back up and did NOT overflow into the bedroom. There is small area of ceiling damage from a past line leak in the ceiling that happened and was taken care of when no guests were present. There were no leaky ceilings during their stay. There are no screens on any of the doors because they are all 20 ft tall sliding glass doors. The guests couldn’t figure out how to release a secondary lock on the garage doors, they weren’t broken and plants were dead because their stay was at the end of a record breaking hot summer. The landscapers were in the process of annual scalping, seeding and replanting. Another note...these guys called and extended their stay a couple days..if the house was so horrible, why do that? I’d be careful about renting to these guests ever, unless you want a headache AND a bad review.
