Wonderful!!

We rented this lovely home and Christine, our host, was just wonderful. It was truly a “home away from home”. This home is a perfect rental for a family, has a separate gathering space for kids, has a fully equipped kitchen for family meals, and a private office area. The host was so helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone staying in the greater Washington DC area.

Lovely Home & Neighborhood

This property was perfect for our family - very safe and family friendly. We loved the location just south of Old Town, close to the Harbor and a reasonable drive to DC. The house had everything we needed from pantry staples to ample linens, blankets and pillows. The house was updated and well decorated (and includes the most comfortable beds) as well as a large backyard. The host was welcoming and always responsive to questions and provided fun extras for the kids. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfection!

This home is absolute perfection. Our hosts could not be more gracious or accommodating. We rented this beautiful home as a corporate rental and were treated to five-star accommodations all the way. Christine is so lovely to work with and is a fabulous hostess. The property is immaculate and our experience was top notch. Highly recommended!

Nice house in quiet neighborhood.

Our host was very attentive if we needed anything. The house was clean and very comfortable. Close to any shopping you might need. There is a large fenced yard. They even have a grill for your use.

Lovely Forty Hunt Home

This was simply a lovely home. As the pictures accurately show, it is spacious, bright and beautifully decorated. Christine is a fabulous host both in her preparations for what guests might need and in her responses to any questions or problems. Among the special touches were new pillows for every bed, and the whole family including our dog enjoyed the beautiful backyard. Christine’s attention to details in the home and her suggestions for local activities combined to make our stay a real pleasure!

Amazing house in a beautiful community

This place has a modern layout, was recently renovated, has a large deck and yard, and is tucked away from the main road in an amazing community. My family of five had plenty of space to hang out, work, distance learn, cook, etc. while while quarantining. 5-10 mins from downtown Alexandria, and less than 30 mins from Downtown DC, just off the picturesque George Washington Memorial Pkwy. The house came stocked with food to welcome us, a very nice welcome kit/note, nice cookware and dishes, high speed internet, cable TV and everything else you need to enjoy your stay. The property manager was extremely helpful, courteous, and standing by to assist with anything we needed, which was minimal. The pictures in the ad do not do this place justice. I highly recommend this house rental to anyone interested in an amazing house in a great location.

Safe, Friendly, and Comfortable

This house looks exactly as it is pictured online, and we could not ask for a better place to stay in the DC area! The property is in excellent condition with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Our family loved the private yard and quiet community. If you have young children, you will be delighted with the many parks less than five minutes away. The area is very peaceful, and the neighbors are amicable. The amenities are of high quality, and everything that you might need during a long-term stay is pre-stocked. I was able to make it from the house to Rosslyn in about 35 minutes using GWP during rush hour. Christine is delightful and available at all hours to assist you with any needs that might come up. After staying here for 58 days, it was very tough for us to leave this home and area. I would highly recommend this house to my friends and family, and we hope you have the pleasure of staying here as well.

We fell in love with this neighborhood and zipcode and moved here to raise our family more than 15 years ago. The community is a great place to call home and we think it's the perfect place to stay for an extended visit or as a relocation or transition platform. We're located in an upscale family friendly community tucked away along the scenic GW Parkway with easy access to as much as the DMV area offers.

Great neighborhood location, close to "everything" but tucked away. Renovated 2018/20 and newly furnished. Set back off the street, generally quiet and good for family. Walkable neighborhood with sidewalks, children's parks, ball fields, public tennis courts, libraries, shopping, rec center with indoor pool and ice skating nearby. We are also close to historic areas and museums. Fun fact - the home itself sits on land once owned by George Washington.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Better than an extended hotel stay - more space, privacy and flexibility. Spend a leisurely day "at home", in the neighborhood or venture out as a tourist. Prepare your own home cooked meals. Absolutely clean and uncluttered but well stocked with items for your best stay.
