4 soveværelser, 2 badeværelser, 2 stuer og endda 2 køkkener med udsigt over Old Town FT Collins & Old Town Square. Gå til alt (barer, restauranter, bryggerier, købmand osv.) Intet som det i den gamle bydel. Se Tour De Fat-paraden gå forbi et hvilket som helst af de Kæmpe vinduer med udsigt over byen. Gå ikke glip af de BEDSTE og mest velrenommerede kaffebarer lige under Loftet.

Great Location and perfect for walking to campus and around town. Very comfortable for weekend stay. A nice feature in each room was a sound machine, much appreciated.

We were thinking there would be free parking but it was actually paid parking, although inexpensive. The alley behind the property could be a little loud (garbage trucks started as early as 5:45 picking up the restaurant dumps). However the apartments were very nice and you can’t beat the location- everything was within walking distance

I'm sorry that you thought that the parking was free, but it says it in the booking that parking is not free nor designated and that there are parking structures all around the building. A group of CSU alum and long standing friends visiting for a holiday weekend celebration. Great location to access Old Town FoCo's shops, restaurants, and breweries and close to campus.

Awesome place!

The place is located perfectly in Fort Collins. Tons of shopping and restaurants right downtown within walking distance. Property manager was awesome to work with! Highly recommend this property.

Great Downtown Location!

Great location right in the heart of town

We stayed in these nice apartments right in Old Town Fort Collins for a family wedding. We were very happy with our responsive host and the easy check in. Everyone was comfortable and we enjoyed the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Family wedding

Best spot in Fort Collins

Fantastic location for anyone looking to stay in Old Town Fort Collins! Everything is within walking distance. The loft is also very clean and we all had plenty of room.

Lovely Stay

Everything was very nice, and it was perfect for our party of 8. Absolutely loved the location and it was great to be able to walk everywhere. Street was pretty loud late into the night, but that is to be expected given the easy access to the bars/restaurants. Hope to visit again sometime.

New Years Eve in Fort Collins

This stay was perfect for our group! Plenty of space for everyone, in walking distance to bars and restaurants. Very clean and easy access. We want to come back again!

Son's Graduation

The family went out for our own Covid style graduation ceremony. The loft was a perfect location, clean and manager was friendly.

Great Location in FOCO

We loved this location for our Thanksgiving week. We had to be in FOCO for our son's football game. We loved watching the Turkey Trot from our window. We were a bit surprised by the 2 separate apartments. But it worked out great having the separate spaces for our college aged kids. Old Town Fort Collins was magical this time of year.

Fun loft in Old town but very noisy

The loft has a great concept but very bare on amenities such as kitchen needs like coffee, sugar and just the basics. Street noise is high . Definitely enjoyed the location during the day.

Also glad you enjoyed the location and hope you read the part in our description that states that we overlook old town Fort Collins and that noise could be a possibility especially on summer weekends.
