Beliggende ved stranden ved siden af den maleriske havn Maalaea, har denne ejendom en blød sandstrand og et pulserende snorkelrev lige foran. Ideelt og centralt beliggende mellem Kihei og Lahaina, skaber denne ejendom en helt fordybende havoplevelse, få skridt fra elevatoren. Lejligheden har kabel, AC og WiFi, et køkken oprettet for at forberede og servere din private tropiske fest og en Lanai hvorfra man kan nyde de legendariske Maui solnedgange eller bare slappe af til havets rytme nedenfor. This was a perfect location for our month-long stay in Maui. One of our favorite things was watching whales and sea turtles from the lanai, while having our morning coffee. It's also in the center of Maui and provides easy access to the whole island. It's a short walk to the harbor where most of the ocean tours leave, saving 30 parking; and it's also near are the Maui Ocean Center (a must do!) and 2 great restaurants - Havens Harborside and Seascape.Although small, this condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. The location is wonderful with a great view from Lanai. We plan to come back to Maui again in 2 years and will be staying at this location again !!Big shout out to Jace, Ian, Jake (the maintenance guy) and Tom (the property manager). Jace accommodated our son's college interview time. Ian provided us the extra blankets. Jake was wonderful in fixing the toilet on time and Tom let me borrow his allen wrench to unjam the garbage disposal.

Stunning View

The view from the lanai was absolutely stunning and the condo had everything to be perfect for our vacation for a family of 4. The pool was beautiful and clean, turtles visited the beach daily, and the condo itself was perfectly set up. Great central location too to explore the whole island. There is only 1 Walmart on the entire island and the condo was only 15-20 minutes from it, so that was very helpful too. The only thing we found difficult was that our flight didn't leave until 5pm on our day of check out. We had planned to do some activities that day but realized that we would have to leave our luggage in the car because checkout was at 10am. We were told that theft from cars is high on the islands and not to leave anything in the car. We asked but we're not allowed to leave our luggage at the condo that day so that unfortunately made us unable to do much our final day. I completely understand, it's just good to be aware of if you plan to head out on your last day.

The stay was fantastic

Awesome location and great hosts! 10/10 view and a perfect central spot for exploring the island. It's an older building, but very well kept and clean. The only minor things were the mattress could be a bit more comfortable and the ceiling fan had a small noise until we adjusted the setting. Overall, the stay was fantastic and we would definitely come back again.

Unbeatable Location and Serene Shoreline Moments

The location of this condo was great. Easy access to roads that take you every direction on the island. Every morning you can wake up and enjoy a coffee on the porch and watch the turtles eating along the shoreline.

5Snorkeling with Turtles and Relaxing Ocean Breezes

Wonderful views of the ocean great place to stay very comfortable in the condo with the air-conditioning and windows open in the evening gave a great breeze and called off the rooms. We saw many many sea turtles snorkel and loved the monk seal that visit us every evening. Great place all around!

Wonderful views

Toilet not properly working… toilet replaced last day of stay. Dryer not woking properly. Advised management. Waiting for response. Lost about day of vacation dealing with various issues.

Wonderful views and ocean sounds

We had a great stay, loved the balcony! The second bedroom is actually upstairs in the loft open area so there is no privacy, please note! There is very nice local beach and park for morning runs just minutes away! The location is 15-20 minutes from other larger towns including the airport. Close by there isn’t much but a Starbucks.

Beautiful Beachfront Stay!

Absolutely wonderful stay here! The views were stunning, we saw a lot of sea creatures from the balcony, the AC worked great, it was a short walk to the beach, and it was a great, central location for all of the must-see Maui locations!

Maui vacay

Overall had a great vacay at this condo. The location was perfect for us as centrally located and easy to get to different parts of the island. It is a very quiet area and beautiful quiet beach within minutes walk. We enjoyed eatching the ehales and turtles from the deck each morning and evening which was a nice feature. The condo served its purpose while a few small items could have been checked prior to pur visit such as making sure drains were working but the management werw quick to repolspond and addesss.

Condo needs repairs and updating

There were many issues wrong with the general upkeep such as broken couch bed, sliding door needs repair to track as it was extremely hard to open, virtually no storage in the master bedroom and bed listed in amenities as a king and it was a queen. Maui rental agency did actively work to fix issues and gave me a partial refund as my daughter had to sleep on an inflatable bed.her whole stay except one night. I believe that the rental people should do an occasional inspection of these properties. They did change the amenities list to queen bed. The final recommendation would be to put a dresser with drawers in the master instead of 2 tables pushed together with triangle shaped openings in the front. My husband had to put his open suitcase under the bed because there was inadequate storage.

Overpriced

The pictures are deceiving. The building is very rundown. The elevator is over a year expired on being serviced. The patio door is loud and very hard to open/ broken track, we had grandma with us and had to open it for her it was so hard.You cant have food unless its in the fridge because they have a infestation of ants and they are bad if there's any food. Alot of the dishes we pulled out of drawers and knife block were put away with food stuck to them. Water pressure is terrible making it hard to remove sand from your hair. Pool /beach access closes at 9pm. Overpriced. mediocre and not worth what we paid. There are tons of homeless living on the road right behind the parking lot and the parking lot smells like sewer everytime you go to your vehicles.great view from patio and saw turtles on beach. Amazing location and property

We had an amazing stay in this property. Perfectly located and a lovely place - would love to return. We watched the turtles and spent several days at the beach at the end of the road. Shops and restaurants within walkable distance.

Overall stay was ok

Our room we reserved was updated as best as could be but the overall property is dated. The hallways are dark and elevator was dated. Maalaea seems to be the most windy part of the island so be ready for the wind. There is only 1 AC in the condo which is in the living area. The back bedroom can get warm, so you need to sleep with the windows open. With the wind and noise from the outside, might make it hard to sleep at night.

Perfect location

Perfect location to explore rest of island. Aquarium within walking distance. Had a couple minor issues, management was right on it. Really should have handrails on stairway going up to upper bedroom and should have a pullout sofa bed that is a little more user friendly.

Great ocean front condo

The condo presented exactly like the pictures. I love Maalaea because it's quiet, on the bay and really centrally located. We treated our son and nephew for their high school senior trip. They lived the lift room and having their own bathroom, the views, breakfast on the lanai and Maui never disappoints. It's walking distance to sugar beach, the aquarium, the harbor and a few shops and restaurants. Great spot!
