4 Seasons Flathead Getaway - Hot Tub & Sauna!

Welcome to Rose Creek Farm - your Montana home away from home! Come enjoy a beautiful, 2 bed, 2 bath apartment on our 23 acre farm in the Flathead Valley.

Centrally located between Kalispell and Bigfork, the farm is just 15 minutes north of Flathead Lake and 40 +/- minutes to Glacier National Park & Whitefish Ski Resort. Enjoy the splendor of Montana in every season! Relax & unwind on our farm with expansive views of the Flathead River, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, swings & sunsets galore!

The space
Private entrances, detached building, dedicated parking, full kitchen (you make coffee and tea provided), high speed (200+ mbps) internet, private deck, Dish TV, gas Weber BBQ, shared picnic area, hot tub (new in 2023), sauna (new in 2025) and fire pit upon request, super quiet and farm is listed as part of the Kalispell Historic District.

Guest access
You'll have full access to the apartment with private entrances and will have a dedicated parking area behind the building adjacent to the stairs leading to the upper entry. We have a wooded area as you enter the farm and pasture areas to the south and west of the apartment that you're more than welcome to explore. Take a look at the original homestead and granary built in the 1890’s and feel free to say “howdy” to the small herd of American Bison that sometimes graze on our lower pasture. We also have a fire pit and would be happy to help you have a campfire (pending any local burning restrictions that may be in place during your visit). This would be a shared experience with the owners for a couple of reasons: first, we love having a chat with friends around the campfire, and second, we need to take every precaution to ensure the fire is contained and properly extinguished especially during the dry summer months.

This was an amazing stay in a beautiful location. Owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. The house was clean and offered great views. Check in and check out process was very easy. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed only two short nights which was way to short. The apartment and grounds are both so nice! My teens loved wondering around the pasture looking for wildlife which there was enough of to keep them interested. The place is immaculately kept. Great job Mr. and Mrs. Chadwick! We hope to return and stay longer.

This place was absolutely amazing. Communication was very prompt and thorough. Jim was at the house to meet us on arrival and gave us tips and info for various things. The property is so beautiful and the guest house is updated and very clean. Would absolutely recommend!!

Exceptional Place to Stay

What a wonderful first stop on our National parks tour. The accommodations were exactly as advertised. We had everything we needed for our two night stay. Highlight of the visit was certainly feeding the bison! Thanks for your hospitality.

Everything about our stay was stunning! The farmhouse feel to the apartment, the scenery, all of it. Sweet hosts, including their cute pup. We loved all the care and detail that went into our stay with them. Would absolutely recommend if you want a serene location!

Spectacular stay!

Jim & Brenda were great hosts. They met us when we pulled in. They even gave us some fresh cherries a couple days later. The property was just as represented. It’s in a beautiful spot 40 minutes from Glacier. It is a peaceful place to stay. We highly recommend!

incredible all around!

The place, views and hosts were absolutely amazing! Brenda and Jim are incredibly hospitable and accommodating. They made sure to welcome us and were more than happy to help with anything we needed during our stay. The location is perfect for a montana getaway with bison to feed as a bonus! If you have any hesitation - don’t! This is the perfect stay and I couldn’t recommend it more.

Best Location in the Valley - Beautiful!

I cannot express how perfect our stay at Rose Creek Farm was. So relaxing and fun!!! Great location very easy drive to Bigfork and the Park. The apartment was immaculate and we had zero issues arise other than a question about the coffee pot which was answered within minutes. Jim and Brenda were great hosts. Jim is an expert on the rules and regs of cornhole and was a great score keeper!! Highly recommend staying at Rose Creek Farm!!

Meets and exceeds all your expectations

This place is not only beautiful on the outside but spotless on the inside. The owners took a lot of time in making each room special as well as beautiful. You will not want for anything . The owners made you feel at home and were so helpful in answering any questions you might have. Plus they went out of their way to make our stay extra special by providing something for us that wasn’t on there amenity list. It’s so amazing. The hardest part is leaving.

Felt like HOME!

Brenda and Jim are warm, patient, open, wonderful people who have thoughtfully curated their rental to have everything you could ever need. We loved coming home at the end of the day to cook, do puzzles, visit, and look out over the beautiful vistas from the huge windows. Our 7-year old loved exploring the property and talking Brenda and Jim's ears off, and he had a really hard time leaving the last day. I've never felt so comfortable and content in a vacation space. We don't have enough words to express our gratitude and appreciation for Jim and Brenda. I hope to return some day.

THE PICTURES DON’T DO IT JUSTICE! AMAZING PROPERTY AND HOSTS!

We could not have had a better time and location! The pictures do not do it justice at all. The carriage house is adorable and had everything we needed. The hosts are beyond thoughtful and kind. They are such wonderful people. You are central to everything here. We spent 3 weeks on the farm and did not want to leave. Highlights on the farm were the sledding hill, the fire pit, the amazing wildlife, watching the Buffalo, and the hosts (including Chester). Off the farm our favorite times were spent at Blacktail Mountain Ski Resort, North Shore Nordic Club (snowshoeing), and West Glacier National Park. We CAN’T WAIT to go back!

Beautiful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home is very cozy, warm, and comfortable. The scenery is stunning to look at during all times of the day with a 360* view of the mountains and buffalos. Early April is a tricky time for the Flathead valley. Having a well appointed and comfortable accommodation make rainy/snowy days a pleasure. This is our second visit at Rose creak farm and there will surely be a third.

I would recommend this rental to anyone and everyone who is looking for somewhere to stay in the Flathead Valley. It was extremely clean, and anything we needed, Jim and Brenda were on it ASAP! A TV in the guest room would be nice, but overall it was an awesome room for three people to stay in! As someone who enjoys cleaning, more cleaning supplies would be greatly appreciated. The fire pit and swings were awesome, along with Chester! Thanks again!

Peaceful valley with easy access.

We enjoyed our stay at the Rose Creek Farm. The peace and quiet and occasional wildlife passing by made for a restful stay. When we were not resting we found getting to the local attractions easy. The apartment was well appointed yet casual. Comfortable. Jim and Brenda are delightful people and great hosts.
